I wish i would of read other reviews and found out that they do not have a phone number to contact them prior to giving them my $49. I sent them a picture of our current logo and told them in detail how i wanted to freshing it up from a silhouette character to a carton character with facial features and more color. 3 days later they email me an all black silhouette that is free clipart anyone can use and find by doing a google image search. I then replied to that email and also the contact form on their website and 10 days later no responce. They stole my $49 and ran! will be filing a credit card dispute. Im attaching pictures if what they sent me, a screenshot of a google image search showing that image as free clipart, and finally what our current logo looks like that we asked them to make into a cartoon character.

Ihave purchased for 19$ a logo and it charged me 149.99$ this is totally fraud I want my money back! That logo also doesnot open it shows error "couldnot open the file" is this is what I paid 149$ to them they show me deal of 19$ and at the time of payment they charged 149$ like seriously? I will not tolerate this kind of [censored] I want my refund back from this frauder!

I need this matter to be resolve so I can proceed with another email or some reason your site keeps giving me error when trying to download the image logo.

Warning*** Do not use this sight to purchase your logo***I have sent several emails and yet to have had a response from anyone for months. I purchased my logo with the upgrade to be able to edit. I edited my logo and now it is asking for purchase. The first time I tried editing my logo I deleted the picture to see how it would look then when I tried to add the picture back to my logo it would not give me the option. $100.00 down the drain for something I cannot even edit and no one replies to your emails or calls you. I should have just used that 100.00 to have someone create it for me! There is not a good number listed anywhere. The one number I found says it is a disconnected number. Is this sight a scam? I have read all the responses on this sight too.. they all say contact us.. seriously isn't that what everyone has been doing.. why can't you just contact your customers!

I paid over $3000 for logos on this website where each logo cost me $99. This option is supposed to give you "Graphic Protection" and remove the graphic from the database. My graphics were NEVER removed and it was always available for anyone to purchase again. I spoke to Graphic Springs about this and they pretended like they didn't know about this. For 2 years since my purchases, I am pretty sure these guys knew well what they were doing. When I first bought my logos, we encountered some technical problems and I just overlooked it thinking its not their fault, but 2 years later, there is my logos again, ALL 30 of them! Youre telling me for 2 years you did not notice nor was able to sort this error out? I call that suspicious activity. Since they did not want to honor their Graphic Protection contract, I asked for a refund, because well you get refunds for technical errors right? WRONG! That's apparently not how it works with these guys. If you have ANY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS with their graphics, they will BLAME the problem on you. But wait, it gets better, not only are they breaching their contract, they have been RECYCLING THEIR DESIGNS and calling them unique. When I called them out on this and questioned why my logos look so much like these other ones they are selling, they said they have the right to REUSE parts of the design. Um, excuse me? You are basically copying and pasting the designs I bought and slapping an additional element to it. So much for calling yourselves "graphic designers". I told them to refund me my money for the Graphic Protection cost minus the cost of a Standard option where graphics do not get removed from the database and they chose to ignore me.

Do not use this service! GraphicSprings gave me nothing but headache! I have purchased this product and wanted to make a logo, but the whole thing was full of bugs and I could not even use the editing toolbar!
I tried to get some help from GraphicSprings support, but they never ever replied! Once you buy their product and give them money it's all over for you! Don't even hope to get any help from them!

I decided to contact the online chat agent, but he didn’t reply. I sent several messages already, but still no info from them. Please, post comments about your things with them.

Don’t use the website www.graphicsprings.com. I tried to make logo, but I faced only problems. I asked to help me, but these jerks provided only useless responses. They really didn’t help me, and I also noticed that they started to charge me for something. I wanted to get any info about these fake charges, but no one replied. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to stop it?

I contacted the company www.graphicsprings.com and I asked if they could make the logo for my company. The rep replied that “yes” and after that I paid them money. After two days I got email from them, and the rep told me that the price changed. I needed to pay a little bit higher price. I paid and waited for news from them, but they again asked to pay more. They wanted only money from me, but did nothing about logo.Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
