Grant One Day GET YOUR MONEY BACK

My friend works for In deep services wich manages grantoneday and grants for you know as well as max colon' s customer service, and she told me about all the horrible calls she recieves all day. heres what she relayed to me: Now, when you sign up for the site it tells you that the fee for the cd resourse guide is 1.99 for shipping and handeling but what your actually signing up for is a 7 day subscription (same thing for max colon except its 15 days for the trial), and if you dont cancel within 7 days then your account gets slammed with a 94.89 charge each month. Now you may think that the charges are unauthorized but heres where they get you, in the terms and conditions it states that you have 7 days to cancel or you will be charged. so when you check the box consenting to the charges your giving your aproval. Also they have a third party listed as a google profits program by erika miller for 19.12. What THEY dont want you to know is that, that box is already checked so you automatically get charged for that as well if you dont notice its checked. Now if you mention the 19.12 they will refund you that on the spot. But as far as the 94.89 they tell you to contact the billing department thru email. Wich is bogus because she said that the customers dont even recieve the email more that half of the time . They tell you that if you dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company you cant get your money back but thats just because they dont want to go thru that lenthy process. If you ask for a manager all the customer service reps are told to say that they are the manager so you wont get anywhere there The head guys name is ryan. When you finally do reach the billing department, this department sends you a refund form to fill out...BUT...you cant fill it out untill 88 days of your initial sign up because of their policy. Dont fall for their scam. Let you card company know and contact the better bussiness bearou. Let them know that you will be contacting the California attorny general (find out the attny general information b4 you call) This company has found a legal way of frauding innocent people and should be shut down.

I have an updated letter from this AM. This will help some of you I hope: Any questions please feel free to contact me at amycervantes@att.net

Dear Customer,
Our outlined terms state that our customers give our services a fair evaluation of 3 months before we issue a refund. We feel that this is ample time for the customer to genuinely try the program to determine if it works for them.
However, we have an alternative option for you if you do not want to wait the remainder of your 88 days. We can issue you a settlement refund of $47.45. What this means is that you must reply to this email stating that you agree to accept the amount of $47.45 now, instead of waiting the 88 days to obtain the full amount.
Please reply letting us know if you would like to accept this offer.
Thank you,
Rochelle

Iordered a $1.99 grant CD and was charged 94.89 for April and May 2017. I did call and cancel and was told March payment would becredited on April statement, instead b my April statement was charged another 94.89. I want my money back, I am furious and will not let this go. If GrantOne Day does not return my money to my account immmediatly, I will pursue all legal actions necessary just so this cannot continue. This company needs to be held accountable.

My wife was scammed by these weasels too. I am getting the runaround as well. They send you to another dept via email and fill out a form. The promise back is we will refund your funds after 88 days because we really want you to get some benefits from our site. A Google search reveals this to be just more scamming. There is no refund after the 88 days. I am calling and sending threatening emails. Giving them 5 days and then I will spend a few hours filing complaints with the BBB, the Attorney Generals Office and see if there is a possibility of starting a class action suit.
Good luck to all.

Like many of us, I wanted to see what the One Day Grant had to offer.
I read over their offering and there was NO REFERENCING a 3rd party billing. I called and cancelled the same day. Yet, I was billed 19.12 by a Erika Miller, whoever that is. I called the number on my credit card charge, [protected], their HIDDEN customer service number - 4 times. Each time I called a recording said that there was a 10 minute wait time.

The first person I talked to, a Chrystal, was extreemly rude and unwilling to give out any information at all. As I pressed she threatened to leave the charge on my credit card.

Alex, was a new hire, but a little more helpful yet not real knowledgeable. He couldn't say where on the request for the ONE DAY GRANT it authorizes an additional charge.

Call the number [protected] and they will give you your money back but don't expect any additional information.

I would like to cancel my membership and get a refund for $94.89 My intent was to get some information on government funding ...not making a monthly morgage payment. I filled out information on government funding ...which I did get charged for 2.99 and that was fine. On that same day I ended up getting billed by a third party with out my authorization of $19.12.
When I spoke to Larry this evening he had mentioned that the $19.12 will be credited to my card with in 3-5 business days. It should show on my next statement.
The membership fee will be refunded to my credit card of $94.89. and my membership will be canceled and no further charges will apply. I was to write this complaint in hopes that someone is listening.
What really bothers me is that were trying to get information on how to get free money thru the government and finding out were spending more money to do so. We should not have to pay anymore than what we requested for information. I quess, just about anyone can be taken advantage of if you don't watch out.
Please could someone get back to me. Thank You Larry for your help!

I too was signed up and agreed for the $1.99 and was then charged an additional $94.89. When I called to request the refund I was confronted by a very rude "customer service" person who told me it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. When I told she should look for a new job because she is working for a scam her customer services "skills" worsened and she got very loud and talked over me - I then told her she was a terrible customer service person and should again look for a new job. She says that I will receive an email that I can request my refund through - it is very doubtful that I will ever receive such an email.

Grant One Day online fraud

I applied online for a program which promises help in obtaining government grants, for a fee of 1.99 to cover shipping. This amount was immediately charged to my credit card, as well as a second, unauthorized, transaction for 19.12. I immediately emailed the "member support" site, with no response. I called my bank to cancel the transaction, but found I could not. I can only file a report and a claim to try to be reimbursed, after the transaction goes through. My bank agent gave me two customer service numbers for this company that I should try, which I did. One is not in service, the other just a recording. I googled this company and found several online fraud claims from other unsuspecting people, all with similar scenarios. This company is highly unethical and should be banned and red-flagged!

This company has several sites all having to do with Grant assistance. I was ripped off at grantstoyounow.com but they all come same address in Rancho Cucamonga CA [protected] POC: Erin Kelley
and believe it or not it sounds like an official business but all you receive is Answering machines. No return calls.
I have seen over 100 complaints at the BBB.
I believe that all affected by this scam receive 3 times the amount owed because it is simply stealing. This company advertised something did not hold up to there deal and took money from my account.

Heck, Give the phone number a call on the half hour and that should upset them a little. they still have our money.

Grant One Day has a web site stating they will send you a full report for grants for 1.99. I had the 1.99 debited from my bank then with out notice they also debited 94.89. I called and they stated that the 1.99 was just a trial period and I would charge the full amount. If not canceled. Non of this information is on their web site.

I contacted my bank and they are putting a hold on the money and changing my debit card number. My attorney is filling against this company for fraud and has plans to come to court with the case.

I did not receive even their 'trial' package from them, nothing at all.

I also got taken in by grant one day. I had money taken from my bank account that I did not authorize. I was unable to get the first charge reversed by my bank, however I did get subsequent charges stopped after I closed my bank account. I then waited the 88 days you are told to wait and then request a refund. I sent the request in by mail as instructed on their form, after 6 weeks, I recieved no response, so I resent the request again marking it as such. I sent it priority mail with tracking this time, and it was returned to me marked "not at this address" and no forwarding address. I am attempting to contact them via email again, however I don't have much hope. SO everyone watch out. They will rob you!

On 2/24/09 I ordered for Grant One Day and was charged the 1.99 and 19.12 from Erika Miller. Then 7 days later I was charged 94.89. On 3/3/09 I cancelled the service, but was still charged on 3/5/09 the 94.89. I submitted a request for a refund on 3/3/09, but was told I would have to wait 88 days to submit it, they sent me the link to print out the form and fax or mail it for the refund. On 6/5/09 I faxed the refund request to [protected], it states claerly on the "refund request form" it will take up to 3 business days to process and it will take an additional 3-5 business days to post to my credit card. As of today 7/7/09 the credit has not posted, I have tried to call the number but it is no good, so I have started to fax it everyday and send them emails, also, mailing it everyday. I followed there rules, but still no refund.

I had ordered from this comapany a CD for $1.99 and did receive it. I also ( the same day) was charged $19.12 for a product I did not knowingly order. When I did call to request a refund they did so promptly. Unfortunately I have now been charged again $94.69 and am asking for a refund at this time. I have called Grant One Day and the "operator" -
"Larry" said that they have cancelled the charge but that I would have to contact this site -
support@memberservices.com in order to get a refund. I hope that information was true.
I would appreciate hearing back from someone at this site as to the details of getting back a refund. Please contact me ASAP at -lisaarcher76@aol.com

This company is a rip off - they tell you they are billing you $1.99-then you get charged $19.12 by a third party ? and after that (5 days) you get slammed with a $94.89 cahrge on you ucredit card - all of this caused be an additional $ 30.00 as an overlimit charge
And then they want you to fax them a statement to get it taken off your card - they say because of customers getting credit with thier credit card and also getting these clowns to credit your account also -

Hopefully someone in the legal profession will get screwed and they will take the $300.00 per hour fee they charge and do something to the little lady that runs this scam.

I ordered Grant one day cd for a $1.99 so I could look in to different grants to help my family out. I used a friends credit card for the $1.99 and now they have charged his credit card $100.00 I called and cancelled it and they still charged it. I am a single mom looking for some help and this program obviously is in to helping people but ones who have money. The grants should go to people that actually need them not the ones who can afford $100 a month or whatever you charge. I don't have the $100 to pay back my friend and I have not even used the CD cause I just recieved it. They said I had 7 days to cancel it I did'nt even get the cd in 7 days. I would really appreciate it if you could reimburse my friends credit card I will return the CD I have yet to use. Maybe you should make it a litlle clearer that this program is'nt to help people who don't have money but the one's who already have money who obviously don't need this help with grants. Please inform me of what can be done as soon as possible. I just don't have the money to pay my friend back . The only reason why I ordered it was it was $1.99. My name is Cami Lou Bessey email is camiloubessey@yahoo.com and phone is [protected]. Thank you for your time. And if you know of any programs to help me out can you please let me know that information I just really want to pay off some debt from my divorce so I can take better care of my baby girl. Thanks again.

The company called to confirm the subscription and I cancelled based upon charges not disclosed until after enterning my credit card authorizing a charge of $1.99. I have been charges 19.12 and 94.89 after cancelling the subscription with their representative. After three conversations today, I was finally provided with a confirmation number cancelling the membership.
