Grand president hotel bangkok — failure to provide service resulting
The hotel failed to give a wake up call at 4.30am resulting to missing the flight, which was at 8.10 am, I woke up at 7.30 and when asked them why did they not give me a wake up call they said it was a mistake then i was provided with a room and assured that they will in get the flight dates changed for me . and pay for the difference which comes out to be $300. But in the evening I was informed that the hotel will not pay for the difference . Its the failure of the hotel which is resulting to $300 fare difference for me and being a repute hotel how could they cut the common courtesy of backing out for the fault they have committed .I have lost the whole day and will pay japan airlines $300 for fare difference and no show charges .
