I paid for 500 pesos top up. After I pressed 'confirm' I asked the driver if 'ayos na?'
(is it okay). He said yes.

Today is Nov 11 8:30 pm and still the 500 pesos is not credited to my wallet.

    Driver refuse to fetch me in my office compound, since i am suffering from stroke, i req the driver to drive a little further in. Instead she insist me to hurry & meet her outside the gate. Bcoz she has another customer. So we agree to cancelled. Luckily a other grabcar nearby i wish she is reschooled.NDA6595, Kavita a/p rasayiah, 4 32pm, 23.10. 19

      Grabcardriver behaviour

      My sister tried to call the grab yesterday in kl, was told to take selfie, with she did.. but the driver rejected her request. Refused for the ride. Twice! She is a senior, it's because she is not young enough to call the grab? Or because the race? Very disturbing and really hope the company look into such matter. I will say he/she is not fit to drive the grab. 😡
