GrabCar / GrabTaxi / grab suspended my account when I change new phone
Have called Grab Customer Service many times and all they can say is submit the appeal form. My phone was faulty and have to change to new phone . Account was suspended and response Grab from my Appeal is just said Account suspended permanently. I have credit in my account as I have been topping up for Grab food and use credit card for the rides. When ask about the reason and refund of my credit, Grab just went silent without any response. I am sure many passenger face this issue. Not only suspended my account as Gold status but Stole my available credit of RM15.
