GrabCar / GrabTaxi / did not receive e-receipt for taxi journey

I am Sashikala Suganthan. I booked a cab via Grab on the 4th of April 2019 from Singapore Centre for Chinese Language Limited, 287 Ghim Moh Road Singapore 279623 at around 5.15 PM. I paid in cash, and when I asked for a receipt, the driver said it would be sent to my email address, but I have not received it yet. I need the receipt to submit my claim to my office.
