My nine year old grandson has ordered three different games from you either on my cell phone or on his xbox and they were charged to my credit card ending in 8261 without my knowledge or consent. Two charges were for $7.99 each and one was for $1.99. I would likje to request these charges be taken off my visa ending in 8261 and my visa deleted from your site so he can't do this ever again. my 7 yr old grandson made multiple charges on my debit card when he used my phone after I instructed him not to download any games or activities. the largest charge @ google merger was for 99.99 on 2/9/19 there were also 2 others one on 2/24/12 for 4.99. because of the child's age and the fact that he didn't understand what he was doing I'm requesting a refund. I noticed it today and went to the the bethpage federal credit union and had my card # changed so it doesn't happen again. my cell # is [protected] & email is [protected]@yahoo.com.
