Google YouTube TV

As a stockholder and customer of many Alphabet/Google products I want to express my extreme displeasure with the recent news I have received about YouTube TV. It appears that you are on the verge of ending the relationship with Roku for streaming YouTube TV.
I want to encourage you to reach an agreement to continue offering YouTube TV on Roku and to follow industry practices pledging not to require access to sensitive search data or to manipulate your search results.

I am a retired computer services executive and many of my friends and most of my family rely on my advice for the latest products and services. I use Roku on several TVs at multiple houses to stream YouTube TV. I have at least 10 families relying on my advice that this is the best combination for streaming services. I can assure you that we will all be choosing another streaming service if you do not settle your negotiations with Roku to continue use of their devices. When each family has purchased multiple Roku devices the investment in Roku is much more valuable and more difficult to change than changing streaming service vendors.

As a stockholder I cannot imagine the revenue repercussions to Alphabet for the YouTube TV service due to anyone with Roku switching services. There are many more services today that are comparable than there were 2-3 years ago. There are many competitors coming after YouTube TV and you are going to give them the ammunition they need if you fail to settle this issue.

Google search results

Hi

When I perform a google search of myself "Brian Cowie Bangor", the top results are from a website marksoutoftenancy.com that is using my name and home address without my consent. It is also promoting defamatory statements from anonymous reviewers.

As this is in clear breach of GDPR, I will be taking legal action against this website but in the meantime, please remove this from your search engine results ASAP.

Google Gmail account or google account

Couple of days ago google emailed me, for my bithdate, on a 7 year old account?
Again just now!
To create a account birth date is required, so wtf is goigke doing?
Recently facebook did similar, which hijacked me to google!.
I have no trust in google or facebook & have taken screenshots of this stupidity or phishing!

Google Google Play Ap g.o/helppay#GB

On my bank account there is a debit to the above destination of £9.99p on the date 19/04/2021 and is unrecognisable as a transaction I have made. I am concerned at this withdrawal of funds as I have no recollection or paperwork that would justify the payment to a Google App as displayed on my bank statement. Please refund and cancel any ongoing debit to this company address.

Google Google Nest Outdoor Camera

Purchased July 2020, quite working Sept 2020, got 3 months use and spent the next 6 months trying to get a working replacement on 2 outdoor cameras. Google Nest Customer Service is Horrendous! Every chat or phone call will cost you 2 to 4 hours of your life! And you will go around in circles with these people who do not seem to comprehend their product at all, and who really do not listen to what you say at all, as you keep repeating and repeating it to them. I have owned these cameras for 9 months they worked for 3 months and the other 6 have been the most frustrating waste of time, working with completely incompetent people at Google Nest! The issue is still not resolved so after wasting so much of my time over the past 6 months I asked for a refund since they have not been able to give me a working product yet. And they said refunds only happen in the first 10 days after purchase! I will never, ever buy a Google product again! S. Fulchino NH

Google Unauthorized charges on my CARD!!

I have a charge for 49.99 on my statement and it says it's
GOOGLE / Hazel Mobile. I have no idea what this and I did NOT authorize this charge and would like to know who I contact to get my money back and stop this!

Neither 1 of us have any idea what this charge is.

We do not play games on the phones and never download any games. So again we are not sure what this is. It JUST appeared about 30 minutes ago.

Google Samsung Self-Clean Washing Machine

The Samsung Self-Clean Washing Machine in my opinion is nothing more than a glorified RINSE MACHINE. Since they and most others began installing the "1" agitators, no one I know is happy with how they clean. Everyday stains especially on white clothing doesn't come on regardless of how much bleach you use. This system is simply a cost cutting measure and we the consumers bare the burden. My prior machine was a LG front loader and it was tremendous. Unfortunately I sold it with my home and bought the SAMSUNG JUNK. For me, SAMSUNG IS DEAD no matter the product.

Google Fraud

I received an email, text and call from my credit card company advising me that my account had been flagged due to unusual charges Goggle play. The charge was from 1600 AMPHITHEATRE PKWY, CA 94043. I looked at my online statement and to my disbelief, saw over 5 purchases made on 04/7/2021 of $5.0 from Google. When I contacted the customer service department of my credit card company, the agent stated that there had been over 5 attempted charges and they caught one of them! All $5.00. My credit card company did an excellent job of taking care of the problem on their end. I have no idea how these thieves got my card number, but I was advised that I was just 1 out of many/numerous customers who called with this exact problem. Obviously, there is a large-scale scam going on and they are using your company to steal money from people who actually work for a living. My account had to be closed, a new card mailed out, and I must wait until they conclude their investigation to be able to use it again. This is very dangerous inconvenient for all/me of us but most importantly, I hope you can get to the bottom of this scam, so it does not happen to more people in the future. This could potentially cripple someone who does not have a lot of income and/or children to feed. You are one of the largest companies in the world with endless resources at your fingertips. You get involved in politics, social agendas all the time and that is none of your business in reality! This type of fraud hurts everybody, and it is and should be your business !I hope you use some of those resources to combat this fraud. Also, a tip off may be that people do not make multiple charges of $5.00 one right after another on accounts that have never used Google play. I'm old enough to remember the big monopolies that didn't stay in their lane in the past. You need to address these fraud issues or unforeseen things will most likely occur to your company. It happened to large companies in our history should teach us all.

Google My personal information automatically being giving

Google finds its ok to give addresses, including apartment #'s to anyone who searches for a name. Somebody "GOOGLED" MY name and you found it very ok to share phone number, address, apartment number, including family/friends information. WTF?

ANY MORE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO GIVE TO ALL PUBLICL?

get OFF google, EVERYBODY will know exactly where you are who you are family friends, addresses and phone numbers

Desired outcome: Why Would I give any more information that you let public know............especially MY CHILDREN.

Google Missing emails

I noticed that emails sent to (obijiaku.[protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com) have been missing or delayed for the past weeks. I have missed medical appointments and payments which has affected my family and my business. Please I would like to be informed on the reasons why mails to both addresses have been delayed or why they are missing.

Google Crater Lake Ford Lithia new car dealer regarding a used GMC Yukon We purchased from them.

My wife found me a 2020 GMC Yukon SLT which are very rare to find and we went to look at it at Crater Lake Ford on [protected]. We liked the vehicle and it looked ok but we asked if the vehicle was ever been in an accident or collision and the salesman assured us it was not. He showed us a car fax report that showed a Biohazard incident that he explained as a possible broken window that possibly cut someone and damaged the third row right rear seat. I told him I would accept that and we bought the car after negotiating the asking price down. The car showed 13, 443. miles on it. we paid $51, 114.44 for the vehicle and drove it home. The next day was St. Patrick's Day and I had chores to do but I was looking the car over to get familiar with the features when I discovered the rubber door seal on the Right rear door was missing. Upon further investigation I found the rear quarter looks like it was replaced but the work was never finished by the body shop. The rear quarter panel and the bumper were not attached to the inner fender as the bumper bracket was torn off so there were no places to put the bolts.
We called the dealer at 11:00 am 0n the 18th and told them we were bringing the vehicle back as it was not as represented and neither of the people were available but a person named Brice said to bring it in and they would take care of us. We got there about 1:15 pm and Brice turned us over to Robert who was a finance manager. We explained the situation to him and he did a cursory exam of the car and stated 8 missing bolts and a missing rubber strip don't mean the car was in an accident. By Oregon law we have 3 days to turn the car back but he refused to do it. He said he would buy it back for 4, 000. dollars less. I told him here is the key and the paperwork we are leaving. He threated to have the car towed away and charged to us. We took the car and left. We got an estimate to get the damage and missing parts replaced which came to 4, 335.56 but he forgot about the rubber seal. I reached out to Lithia Cares who sided with the dealership and I never got a higher up name to appeal to for help from Ford or Lithia. I can't believe a new car dealership would do business like this. I guess they are high fiving all over the dealership on this one. We are very frustrated and looking for some place to turn next.

Google I want all my data back that was stored and google has it and we know it I pay for it on top of it being free stop selling my information

Well let's start back in December 3rd of 2020 my Facebook was hacked I pay for Google one I have I've had it all my stuff backed up Facebook everything I have backed up on Google this Google that Google Drive Google Play Google fit Google this Google that nothing got fixed nothing gets fixed all they do is sell your information nothing was fixed anything nothing was backed up nothing they need to stop what they're doing their using the internet was wrong who are they to do all that taking my money automatically off my credit cards for stuff I don't even have or I don't get and I can prove it my email won't even work nothing works with Google all they do is sell your information I'm sick of them

Google Undefined google services

I have been charged for undefined "Google Services" on my credit card. When attempting to find the charge in my Google account, it does not exist. When attempting to reach someone at the phone number for Google Services provided by my credit card company, it only provides a recording with no way to resolve the issue. When I search for answers online through Google, there are no applicable answers.

Desired outcome: To have the charge identified, so that I know whether it is valid or if it is fraudulent and needs to be challenged and refunded.

I paid to watch two movies on consecutive days. You took my money, but the trailer was what played, not the full length movie! (The Bourne Supremacy and Hombre). Please refund my money. Google Google games

Google claims that they check for fake games, and, will remove them, if they find just cause for a game that is fake. They claim they do check, however, some games may fall through the cracks, or at times may not have the time to check every game. Google also claims they are not sponsors, and, nothing to do with the fraud and lies done by the fake games. It seems google rents for a lack of a better term, a spot for the games on google play. Now my only resources for checking and playing these games is me, my laptop, phone. Google has all the resources such as staff, funding, etc to check the fake games out. Now if google was a credit card company, they would not last long. If they cannot keep track of fake games, how could handle all the transactions as credit card companies do. Now these games make the gamer an idiot, by the way they force players to watch the ads every thirty seconds, depending on the game. In many cases the game starts high, and they are very generous with rewards, at the beginning. Now if the first cash out is a hundred, some games lower the reward, by the time one reaches the 80 or 90 level, the reward may be at a penny a level, in one case it was one tenth of a penny. Finally if the cash out was a 100, and, one reached 99.99 dollars, that was the end of the game, some other games let you play, get you to win a large amount. Some at points tell you that you are cheating, and, take away your rewards, which they would not pay any ways. If you find a game that allows you to win, they send a message stating the funds are in ones paypal account. Of course. Nothing is there. Now why do paypal, amazon etc allow these games to have their names on every fake game. Now is this the way to teach our children, that fraud and lies are a ok. Now google claims they are not accountable for the actions of the fake games, however, if one hides a criminal in ones home, then he would also be charged. Now these fake games use gmail e mail, you would figure they would use a more formal address. Plus they never reply anyways. These games mock the player, making them feel like suckers. I am one person, with a laptop, cell phone, I have played about 80 games, which showed me a hundred percent fake rate. I believe my earnings would have been, about thirty thousand dollars. It takes hours of annoying ads, which in many cases are the same. Google makes money, the games make money, the gamer gets nothing but fraud and lies.

Desired outcome: Google be accountable , if a peson wins and does not get the rewards , Google must cover the reward and give it to the winner .

Google Pixel stand died

I attempted to get my Pixel Stand replaced through Google. I received the wireless charger on 11/1/2020. I purchased the wireless charger through Amazon. Today, 3/13/2021, the wireless charger quit working. No power was running through it. I tried plugging it into different wall outlets and tried different Google USB Type C cables and nothing would work. I tried contacting Google through live chat and was turned away 7 times. I tried for 4 hours to get help and each time the live chat agents would disconnect the chat. The first chat agent, Indrani C., this person offered to do a standard replacement but I would first have to send in the defective charger and then wait 2+ weeks for a return charger to be sent to me. I asked about just having a replacement sent to me and then I'll return the defective one. This is where it really got weird.

"For a limited period of time necessary to resolve your customer support issue, you agree to allow Google customer support to access data about and associated with your Google product and account, which may include product information such as IMEI, Serial Number, country in which your product was purchased, account history and limited historical usage data. The data accessed will be used to improve your customer service experience, to troubleshoot issues with this product, promotion history and for fraud prevention. Google will handle this data as described in Google's privacy policy. Do we have your consent?"

I asked for further clarification and did not receive any. The chat eventually disconnected because I refused to give consent to something I did not understand. This happened 6 more times. I spent 4 hours and went through 7 chats with 5 different people and had the same exact outcome each time. They will not replace the device unless I give consent to allow random Google employees access to my personal account/data.

It really makes no sense. The device is a wireless charger. A standalone device that has no network connections. It has no IMEI number. It has a serial number and that was provided, along with the proof of purchase from Amazon to the chat representatives. As for them needing any other information that pertains to my personal data and not the actual wireless charging device, I refuse to give it.

Desired outcome: I would like my defective Pixel Stand replaced without having to provide consent to allowing random Google employees access to my personal data.

while it is TOS that might be unclear its not uncommon for companies to ask so they can investigate any issues. what google actually wants is to know the one who you purchased from and to see if it is one of their accounts. if it isnt they can take action against that party but also confirm if you have a legitimate claim. if it was from a unauthorized 3rd party they have a right to refuse service since 3rd party is covered by their retail partner list. if the seller is not on the list than its up to google to choose if they want to or not in servicing your claim. some other companies do the same thing and it is listed in the terms of service [not unclear but not as detailed as mine.] under "use 3rd party accessories at your own risk".

Agreed. I am in the same boat here and they are asking me to consent to terms that are not clear and provide no resources to fully understand the extent to which they will take and review my personal data. Basically, if you do not accept their ambiguous terms, they will not fulfill their obligation to replace a defective product under warranty.

The fact that there is seemingly no cooperation or willingness to divulge the terms insinuates the very terms are in the "gray" area.
