GoJane booties/boots

This seller has listed items on several occasions that are on for sell but doesn't ship out to customer.

Having had the experience of ordering a pair of boots from this site and receiving confirmation of my order. An email from my payment provider was forwarded 10mins afterwards, confirming that the transaction was cancelled. This seller didn't explain/provide a reason. This isn't the 1st time this seller has behaved in this manner.

This has happened more than once.

GoJane what a trash...

At first, I wanted to place an ordinary order with a standard shipping, but then I thought that maybe my stuff will be too late (I needed them till the end of July), and chose an expedited shipping just not to be nervous regarding it. I called them for an assistance. They said that to get an expedited shipping I have to cancel my order, but it's already impossible, so we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do.
Asked why I can't cancel m own order they didn't find any excuse to say. That's it. My order had come when I was away so I don't really need them, maybe next year...
Summing it up, if you want to buy something and get it sooner, choose an express shipping and nothing else. I don't know how it works, honestly. I mean whether they deliver on time or not... But remember, that your order cancellation is impossible...

GoJane Shipping

I bought a clutch from this website www.gojane.com as a present for a friend. I asked about the delivery date and they assured me I'll get it on time.
My friend was moving abroad and that was a goodbye gift, but unfortunately everything went down the hill.
Order did not arrive on time and my friend left before it arrived.
I contacted GoJane and spoke to their rep. I was expecting him to offer me something, maybe a discount or something else, but they only said that there were sorry that I wasn't happy with my order.
I will not buy from them in the future because I don't want to deal with a company which does not care about its customers.

GoJane Express shipping

GoJane is the worst online store ever! I have ordered a pair of shoes and decided to pay some extra for express shipping. I wanted to get my order as soon as possible so I thought that spending some extra on fast shipping wasn't such a bad idea.
Unfortunately they shipped my order with the slowest shipping service ever and it took ages to get it. I am very disappointed. I asked them to refund the money I paid for shipping and they said that they can't do that.
GoJane is a highly unprofessional company and I would not recommend them.

GoJane I have no idea what is going on!

I paid extra money for fast shipping because I was planning to go on a vacation and wanted to take the shoes with me. My order did not arrive. And even after I came back home there was still no sign of my order. Recently I contacted GoJane and they agreed to cancel my order. They said I'll get a refund soon but they did not mention the exact date. It is now over two weeks and still no money and for some reason they stopped replying!
I have no idea what is going on, all I want is my money back - cost of the shoes + shipping. I won't be buying from GoJane ever again!

GoJane Lack of customer service and no refund

I bought a pair of heels from www.gojane.com and when I was just about to pay something went wrong and I got an error screen. When I checked my bank statement it showed that they charged me twice. I thought that happened because their site crashed and that there will be no problem with refunding me. I contacted their support and they promised me a refund but that did not happen. About two or three weeks later I received my heels but there was no sign of my money. Two months already passed and I'm still waiting and their customer service is absolutely useless and unhelpful!

GoJane Seller refused to take the order back

Don’t buy from the website www.gojane.com. The company is dishonest. I bought clothes for my teenage girl from this company, but all clothes were terrible and the quality was really low. I checked their policy and decided to return the order, but the seller has stopped me and told that he hasn’t accepted any returns. But there was completely different information on the website. I don’t know whom I can trust.

GoJane Scam

I ordered around 160.00 worth of merchandise, I never recieved my order but was charged. I am in the process of having the charges reversed I believe this site is a total scam and very UN customer service.

I orden some stuff from gojane ..i never got my orden ..and i get full charge for everything, i been calling and sending emails, , and nothing..when i call i cant even live message bcuz the box mail is full!...my orden was almost $140...and i cant do nothing about it!..DO NOT BUY FOR THIS PEOPLE..SCAM BIG TIME!

GoJane TERRIBLE SHIPPING

Absolutely horrible shipping. 2-4 weeks for a small parcel is ridiculous. I ordered from another American clothing online store (karmaloops) the parcel arrived in five days - two of which were Saturday and Sunday - this is amazing service.

Definitely lost a costumer.

That is of no fault of Gojane.com's. You have a choice of regular and rushed shipping (which costs more of course). Rush orders get to me in 5-6 business days, and I live on an island which requires ferry passage over for mail so it would be even shorter for places on the mainland. As with all international shipping, there is always a chance that your package may be stopped and inspected by customs. Gojane itself processes and sends out orders very quickly, after that it is in the postal service's hands.

GoJane Cheap clothes / terrible customer service / will not refund returns / missing items and will not do anything about it

Do not order from this company. . . Terrible customer service, does not deliver entire order, missing orders are ignored. . . Returned items. . . Still did not refund nor gave credit after 8 days of receiving the package. . . Cheap clothes with cheap materials. . .
Repeated emails and calls to their customer service and all they can say is that they will get back with you through email. . . Becuase they do not want me calling them anymore! What a joke company this is!
I emailed this company once everyday since i got my orders and i already informed them of the missing items and the returned items. . . No reply for 10 straight days. . .
I ordered a lot from this company thinking i would be happy with the items. . . Wrong! You get what you paid for. . . I already read some blogs and articles about this company. . . Very cheap clothes! They are already broken once you get them from the mail. . . I really wish i could have read more about this company before ordering a big amount. . . What a waste of money!

I just want to prevent anyone specially teens who saved money and did summer jobs / side jobs just to earn and then they will get cheap clothes / with terrible customer service. . . Believe me. . . Just order from forever21. . . They are far better. . . You can exchange your items in any store if you made a mistake. . . This company. . . You will just have to call your bank / file a chargeback to get your money back. . .

Yeah, I have contacted them through phone... very very bad customer service. I usually order from forever21 / Delias, but I thought I would try them out, turns out... very bad company. I will continue to order from Forever21 and Delias and STAY away from this company. Gojane.com / Go Jane website just SUCKS! Bad customer service, bad quality products, super slow shipping... all description of a BAD COMPANY!

I recently had my credit card information taken. My credit card company told me that the person who took my card used it on gojane.com. My credit card company is unable to give further information other than the prices of the items that we're bought and the exact dates of the purchases. I called GoJane customer service line, telling them my problem and giving them the last four digits of the card used, the prices spent, and the dates the items we're bought. The customer service was terrible and did everything not to help. I was on the phone with then for at least an hour, they repeatedly requested information I already gave them. They acted as though there was no way they could help, when I know online retail stores keep the information on the items people buy. They were very unsympathetic of the situation, it really shows a lot about their service in general.

Do not order from this company, really terrible customer service does not deliver anything, orders are ignored they don't answe their calls or respond back also they never refund nor give credits back.
I have placed an order almost more than month and half, all they do is send repeated emails from customer service saying they will get back with you through email.
I have been emailing this company almost everyday no solid answer
where the hell my items are!
I ordered a lot from this company thinking I would be happy with all the items but crap!
I also did the same mistake I bought a lot if items without reading about the company and I just noticed how bad this company treats their customers. What a waste of time and money!
No one should buy from this cheap company with terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER from GO JANE EVER I have never in my life received the customer service experience that I received through them. I spoke with a LEAD by the name of Tiffany that stated that returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days however on there website WWW.GOJANE.com under FAQ for returns/exchanges it states orders are processed within 5 business days. Meaning once the package is delivered and sign for it will take 5 business days. THEIR definition once take the package to the department which can be 3 business days then its processed in 7 business days which is 10 business days which is false information. Besides all of that she was BEYOND rude she would not let me speak with a manager she said they were all out?! OK! She then kept talking over me saying "once its processed you will receive a email", then hung up?! ###! So I called back and got her again and ask to have the owners telephone number or email address and she stated she doesn't have his name or any of that information I needed to send an email to service@gojane.com which is a general email department that some random would just reply to. This company sales cheap clothing that breaks apart before even receiving it. They are a rip off and more importantly people are spending their money with this CLOWNS and they don't even provide free great customer service. They treat you like you don't even matter. URBANOG.com has great clothing almost similar but will be delivered to you in a timely fashion and they always include a cute little sample of something as far as shampoo's, lip gloss, etc. & GREAT customer service. I feel sorry for GO JANE because that company will not last long because of the customer service alone not even including the cheap ### raggedy clothes. *### YOU TIFFANY* EMPLOYEE ID 084 you can take a long walk on a short bridge*

I will NEVER order from this downscaled place ever again. I wish I can chop their heads off! I tell you! You have to know the rules and regulations otherwise don't place an order with them. Scam ! Including LA fitness gym! I lost out on money I could've spent else where dealing with these companies, better yet donated to someone that needs it! What happen to customer satisfaction guarantee? I'll never do business with these companies every again! And the supervisior! So discussed! Maybe it should be a world for all evil and a world for all good! Since that's where the world is headed. Then the evil can perish forever! I spoke to the supervisor Ruby, and received an email from someone name carly! I don't know what type of games their playing however, the only time they'll wake up is if someones playing games with them or one of their family members. We're all equall let's enjoy life while we still have it. And GO JANE stop running ###ing games on people ignorant robots! All of these nice people ordering from this company, paying their hard earned money is being ripped off! The material is cheap! 100%polyster what the ###? What happen to 100%cotton! You have to pay more for it and the american dollar is going down hill. Which means investor are investing in gold and silver since the U.S. is in debt! Companies are trying to make as much as they can to save their own ###! And the stupid customer service representative are going over and beyond scamming people butt really their only hurting themselves. Working 8to12 hr shifts and not getting paid well.. To scam and hurt another person. But what's goes aroud comes around not only for the the bad but for the good too! What has been taking from you shall be given back! Have a good day too all... Go Jane is a company I will never order from again. I ordered 2 pairs of boots and they are were not true to size. Normally, when you are dissatisfied with quality, sizing etc. most companies will pick up the return charges. They did not and I could not believe how uncooperative they were. I would advise that you only order from them if you don't mind paying for the shipping back if the quality or sizing is not right. I really don't know how they can do business like that and survive in this economy except for the fact that knowing all the negative reviews they have, people order from them anyway. So take a stand and DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Just a follow up to my previous comment:
It occurred to me that the 800-number difficulty might have more to do with me calling from Canada than anything else, and I was right! I used Skype to phone the toll free number (such calls are free on Skype) and I got through very easily and was able to arrange the exchange--including putting all the items I wanted on hold. I'm still not sure how reliable it is to contact GoJane via email, but I would say that calling their customer service number gets immediate results! Well, at least for my own situation... Should I ever decide to get a refund for item(s) ordered in future, I will find out how easy or difficult that process is, and if they attempt to put me off.

Also, to address the main complaint from 2009: I agree about the cheapness of some of the items because the shoes I am returning really look as cheap as they cost (although it's partly my fault because it was kind of obvious from the photos on the web store...I guess I just wanted them to look better in person!), but the jeans/jeggings, leggings and boots I've received from GoJane have so far been surprisingly comfortable and of fair quality considering the prices. I think it really depends on the brand of clothing you get, too, since GoJane offers apparel and shoes from various different brands including Qupid and Aphrodite. The unfortunate thing about the web store is that they don't list brands with the product names, which sites like UrbanOG.com (which sells many of the same shoes and clothes) actually does, so you really have to use your own judgement and use previous customer feedback to help you gauge the quality and fit of the items you want to buy.

Sorry this is long winded, but I hope it helps some of you who are considering shopping at GoJane, or have already ordered and feel anxious about what you'll finally receive!

I've ordered twice from GoJane, and the first time was in late January 2012. I'm in Canada, and Standard Canadian shipping time is estimated at 2-4 weeks, but both times that I ordered from them I received my items after 1 week! I do consider shipping to Canada to be expensive, but I haven't had any issues with missing items or delays so far. The order that I received recently unfortunately has an item that I want to send back and exchange for something else, so I'm a bit worried about the whole process after reading the feedback here. Today was also my first time to try calling the toll free 800-number, and it was impossible for me to get through; it seems to be out of service! THAT is definitely sketchy. So I'm on the fence about this company... If they haven't responded to me by email soon then I'll probably be a little distrustful of GoJane in the future and may not even bother going through the hassle of exchanging items (I don't want to waste money paying return shipping if the exchange process is faulty).

ive never had a problem with them just double check before you go through with the process, alot of the things they have there website you can find in charlotte russe, shoe carnival, rainbow ect they just have the item for a cheaper price ...but i jst recieved va item nothing was wrong with it ijst didnt want it after reading these comments im skepital about exchanging it will i get my money bck or what?

i've ordered from GoJane once already and i had no problems ... shipping did take a while but that is understandable because im all the way in Atlanta but i got everything i wanted. I want to order some more stuff from them, but after seeing all of those negetive comments ... idk if i should anymore, kind of confused on what to do. Forever21 is my favorite, but GoJane has some stuff that i want but can't be found in Forever21 ... ugh im so confused.
