GoIbibo Hotel stay Cancellation

Cancelled on 8th June 2022

Refund mode Goibibo wallet. Till 14th June 2022, didn't receive any refund. It shows technical glitch.

No support from customer care, extremely dissapointed with the way Goibibo handling customer issues. This is a kind of cheat and fraud.

Multiple calls were made but didn't get a proper response.

GoIbibo Refund issue

I have book bus ticket from murad travel from jaipur to sri ganganagar on dated 04 may 2022 but on same day bus is cancelled and after that i book another bus. Refund of that ticket is still not receive to me and goibibo is also silent with this matter.. I have raise service request against the issue same is also under review. my name sunil kotecha i have booked hotel from goibiob , but at e time of booking wrong date selected ex 16th and 17 i have paid 5500 but they not given refund on same day i paid more six thousand on same hotel for new booking

but not one given refund of which i paid online

GoIbibo Refund not initiated from Goibibo wallet Booking ID GOFLDMT3FDF41640274186

On 7th March, I transferred an amount of 10390 from goCash wallet to my original account [protected] but till now the amount is not credited to my account. They told they will call me but till now they have not initiated the refund to my original bank account. It has been more than 12 days from then. My PNR is UNL44T. I have also attached bank statements from December to March 2022 and till now two EMIs have been deducted on 5th of February and 5th of March with an amount of 979 rupees. Kindly please refund the amount asap to the original account or else I have to take some necessary steps for the refund. Please do the needful.

GoIbibo Redundant & disgruntled service at zone by the park via goibibo

Hello,

This email is in the pursuance of our last visit in Hotel zone by the park situated at D-65A, Madho Singh Road, Sindhi Colony, Bani Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302016 which we have booked via your platform on the basis of goodwill of your existence in the market.

Through this email, I would like to mention my experience during my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the gesture I received from the receptionist was not delightful, she was very rude and there was nothing like attentive and polite behavior towards visitors.

Effortless behavior of the staff Receptionist(Miss Meenal is her name) was disrespectful and after entering into the room things were not working in a fine manner. When a Hotel has to show off their facilities then they highlight the same, but at the same point when they are unable to furnish the same, they just neglect it like anything.

Dryer, television, fridge and one of the table lamps were not in working condition and when we were asked to repair the same, they just performed a formality and not a single time felt sorry for the same.

I can say that when any one is coming for a day outing because of some genuine reasons the hotel is not taking them respectfully and not showing any gratitude and responsible behavior towards them. Repairing these gadgets almost took minutes from our own time. But being a good human being, we have neglected it softly.

Apart from that the biggest blunder we have gone through was connected rooms with a door which you can easily see in enclosed images and video. How a room can be allotted to a customer while abandoning their privacy and making them suffer with loads of noises of nearby /connected rooms. It's so evident that a door in between both rooms is violating the safety of both customers staying at those rooms. If it was a family type room so it has not to be allotted to others as this is inadequate and unacceptable in terms of someone’s privacy.

I haven’t paid the hotel to provide an awful experience and to make me suffer like this while muddling our privacy. We have been forced to take the noises of other roommates due to that joint door and to get irritated with it.

Things did not end here at the time of food delivery in the room, they just messed up the things while getting an order in one go and that resulted as food was just getting snowy. We bear with that too and not complain to anyone.

Things got insufferable when just 5 minutes got over from 6 pm and receptionist Miss Meenal called and said you will be charged for the next day because your time got over by 6 pm, I was like yes, I know it and to come down things take time. When I said give me 10 minutes which was not 10 hrs , she just showed a rude, discourteous attitude towards us which was definitely not at all ideal.

When you are allotting such rooms while ignoring the privacy of visitors, and not checking room condition just passing keys then you are not noting it out in your notes that what we have provided and plus on that this uncivil attitude throwing out to the customer is an irony and woeful event.

During checkout she has shown such a pitiful outlook towards us like she has offered something to us for free and we are nothing, this was so ill mannered and disturbing for us. Later on, there was nothing kind of thanks for visiting us kind of lines from her and to ask for feedback. She just screamed like an unlearned lady and said its all clear.

I was astonished due to this behavior of that lady which was truly ungrateful and ill mannered. For the sake of minutes, she has thrown such an unpleasant behavior towards us and not even grasped their own mistakes related with room type, time wasting of a customer and so on.

It was a literally despondent and inconsolable event from the side of hotel staff (Receptionist) and all these events ruined our day outing and just created a troublesome situation and experience for us during our stay at the hotel.

I want compensation from your website or from the hotel whoever is going to take the liability of such an insubstantial experience because it was a waste of my money and time with this hotel into which I have gone via goibibo. Now I wanted to check, what kind of customer satisfaction you people are maintaining in reality or it's only in papers to do the marketing.

Prompt action on this will be appreciated and later on I'll be forced to update ratings on social; media platforms too because when it comes to privacy it's not a matter to be taken for granted.

GoIbibo Mentally harassment and cheat innocent peoples

GoIbibo Refund of amount against flight cancellation.

I had done booking on 30/04/2021 and my ticket get cancelled at the time of booking due to cancellation of flight and I didn't received my payments back yet, Ref No. [protected]. The flight is between Ahmedabad to Varanasi. I have complained to Goibibo earlier but my query is not solved yet and their is no customer care service who can respond to query.

Desired outcome: I want my refund back.

GoIbibo Delay in refund of flight ticket by Goibibo even after Lufthansa has provided a refund

Dear sir/madam,

I am a 61 year old senior citizen, I booked a flight to visit my son last year through Goibibo www.goibibo.com/.
My flight was supposed to take off from MAA-FRA, FRA-MUC on 5th of May 2020 and the return was planned on 5th of June 2020 from MUC-FRA, FRA-MAA.

Unfortunately due to COVID 19 pandemic, the flight has been cancelled. When I tried to contact Goibibo through their Customer Service, it was not possible.
I tried multiple times for many months, but the line did not go through I also tried to email them to their email address but there was no reply.

I tried to contact Lufthansa, the airline from which the ticket was booked through Goibibo, they said the refund has been provided already to Goibibo on December 2020.
I still did not get any response from them or I cannot contact them.

I would kindly request you to please provide me help and support to get my refund. Being a senior citizen and just a tuition teacher, this money is very important to me.

GoIbibo Did not get refund

I tried to book a flight from Hyderabad to Jaipur on Cleartrip, but after making the successful payment through airtel wallet, it was showing the payment unsuccessful, Its been more than 30 days, I didn't get refund.
I contacted airtel customer service, they said contact clearTrip and when I reached to clearTrip support, they said payment receiver is IBIBO web, please contact them but Ibibo saying please contact cleartrip, I am really frustrated, please help me getting my refund.

GoIbibo Cancellation notification for booking id amdosvk8f

I spent 4 months waiting for my refund. On 2nd May an email was sent, that my refund will be in my account. I have yet received feedback to my follow up email and money has yet to reflects. 17 emails later from then, i have not received anything.

My bank cannot trace this transaction and we have now been waiting 24 days.

GoIbibo Goibibo airline services

Hello Everyone,

Issue : Goibibo Baggage policy.
Loss : Huge amount loss

I had my travel from Bangalore (India) to Dusseldorf (Germany) on Feb 2020. I have booked my ticket with the goibibo airline services (TO and Fro journey) . In the generated ticket by goibibo the baggage policy is mentioned as below.

Allowed Baggage :

2 PC - check-in 23 kgs each
1 PC - Cabin 7 kgs each

I have traveled from Dusseldorf to Bangalore on December which is my onward journey and no issues with the travel.

Dusseldorf - Bangalore Airline details:

Dusseldorf to Munich - Lufthansa Airlines
Munich to Bangalore - Oman Airlines

During my return journey from Bangalore to Dusseldorf they have not allowed me with the following baggage.

Baggage Info :

2 PC - 23 kgs each
1 Pc - 7 kgs each

The Oman airways said they will allow only 30 kgs (1 pc is 15 kgs) which i don't aware.

I have not aware this because i have traveled from Dusseldorf to Bangalore with the same airlines. During my return journey i dont have a choice apart from paying the excess baggage amount since i cannot call to the Goibibo service in the short of span of my boarding.

GoIbibo Interaction After the Issue:

I have called the goibibo customer care next day and escalated the issue. I got vey poor response as follows.

1. Goibibo says we know the Oman airways provides 15kg of baggage of each piece.
Question: As a service provider if they knows the baggage allowance why cant it be printed in the ticket .

2. I have sent around 40 emails and more than 50 calls to the customer care and the response is very poor and they say that you need to check with the airlines.

Question: When we travel through multiple transists having more than 3-4 flights in between, Do we need to check all the airlines to confirm the baggage ?

3. The service provide(GoIbibo) says yes you need to check with airlines.

Question: If we want to check all these information with airlines then what is the point in booking from Goibibo ?

I have escalated this issue for more than 20 days and still continuing their response is as follows.

" We cannot do anything this is as per our policies and this is the final decision"

I have gone through the all the terms and conditions of the goibibo website and found weird terms and conditions in my opinion.

When a customer travels through some airlines cant those airlines information is clearly printed in the ticket ?

Its a system generated ticket they can print if they want, if they knows the information how a customer will get know ?

For example: "If any flight ticket cancels their flight until unless they provide the re-ticket we are not responsible for the amount paid "

What is this, then what is the need of booking from the service.

Moreover i sent all the attachments related to the tickets and their terms and conditions and clearly and they are telling its their final decision and they cant do anything.

I would like to bring this issue as many people are facing the same issue when i read through the reviewed and they are fed up to bring to the social media to make everyone aware.

I lost a huge amount and would like to recover with the help of the complaint.

GoIbibo Cancelled on 22 oct: refund yet not received of 2530/-

Goibibo has not refunded my money for my booked accommodation at Hotel lake retreat of Rs 2530/-, despite several reminders through their online support, reminder mail to the Hotel, and cross-checking with bank, I am seeking an urgent refund of my payment, No single response was received, except their age-old generic status on the system. It has been over 3 months now, but neither received any sincere response nor my money. I request an immediate refund of my money. Kindly resolve the case at the earliest.

GoIbibo Hotel is not accepting the online payment

I had booked the room for my parents from goibibo.com and made the payments for hasselfree checkin for them as they are old but the hotel persons had denied for checkin as he told that he will not accept the online payment and told that they hace to made the payment in cash to the hotel itself.then i tried alot to contact customer care but failed...also written in review for that and message comes that the rwolution will be done in two hours but not got any message or call.now plz suggest me that what to do...whether its the mistake of hotel ot the goibibo

GoIbibo Change in flight jaipur to muscat

I have just received an email intimation against my booking id AMDSITH3W,
that our Jaipur - Muscat flight on 13 October 2019, 10 AM, has been rescheduled on 14 October 2019.
I cannot accept this change as I have to be at Muscat on 13 October morning; I stay at Muscat and not at Jaipur; my hotel booking is till 13 October 2019. So, please arrange a flight for me to fly back from Jaipur on 13 October morning to Muscat.

I failed to contact your given Customer care number as it is asking for an Indian mo
bile phone number to log in. Your system is not accepting international number.

GoIbibo Hotel management not accepting goibibo confirm hotel booking.

We booked a oyo 8966 star regency hotel, near hawda railway station through goibibo. My booking id - htl6vgd3q3.. I paid and booking confirmed but now at mid of night when I reached hotel. They are not accepting goibibo booking. Why?.. They clearly said that they r not accepting goibibo booking from last 6 months. Then why goibibo showing this hotel name in searching list and why getting confirm booking. The customer are suffering in this situation... Refund is not solution of this problem.. Plz remove this hotel from goibibo hotels search list..

GoIbibo Refund status

Goibibo has not refunded my money for travel in Jet airways flight which was on July 28, 2019 which was cancelled by them..
No proper response and once they tried to closey query mailing me that " as there is no response from your side the issue will be closed"
Then I mailed my issue to Airsewa where I got response from Jetairways saying that if booked through travel website the particular travel website should be apporoched for refund but goibibo is not doing that and they mailed me saying its jet airways to give refund now how it is possible when i did my payment to goibibo for travel its their responsibility to get it from jet airways butbinstead they are making the customer to do so.. its almost three months and I've not received any sort of refund and mail from goibibo side..
Their reply is careless.
Hope the case resolves soon.

GoIbibo Providing no refund on refundable international ticket

I had purchased refundable international flight ticket worth ₹53000 from Ahmedabad to Atlanta. On 30th June 2019 I requested the charges for cancelation and goibibo provided me that in a mail. All charges including penalty was around 8000. After 2 days I canceled the ticket and then they says that this ticket is non-refundable. I was shocked that how come it be nonrefundable. I raise the concern on 3rd July 2019 and since then I am doing follow up on my refund and they are saying that our team is working on it, please give us 24-48 hours. Now it's been more than 20 days and still they are saying the same. I got a cancelation mail mentioning 0 refund amount in it. I do have my confirmed ticket with refundable mention on it and also have cancellation charge in email from goibibo. I am really in big trouble by booking with goibibo. Please help me by providing refund as it is a huge amount for me.

Now they have refunded the amount after waiting for a long time.

I ask for the reason of such a long wait but they did not provide the specific reason for it. They told that miscommunication may be due the third party vendor who booked our ticket or with the airlines.

GoIbibo Jet airways refund

My Booking was done on 1st March 2019 from Bahrain to Mumbai (28-07-2019) and then Mumbai to Bangalore (29-07-2019) travel date 28th July 2019 with booking reference and PNR 9W/VWNPWR by online banking. Due to the closure of Jet airways service, All the flights of theirs being cancelled. As per the cancellation from their side and no alternate arrangements done even after contacting them for number of times. No proper response was given from their side with regards to Refund also.
Jet airways has not refunded the money yet. Its almost two months now, I've not received any proper information about my refund.. I'm worried as dates are nearing the airlines should not give excuse by delaying and make statements after travel dates. Though the flights are cancelled and the tickets too.I want the concerned authorities to take stern action and carry on my refund process.
Meanwhile I contacted the customer service agent he gave me a service request id [protected]. But no response and again when I contacted them for status no proper response and she cut the call and sent me a mail telling the call got disconnected. there is still no refunds kindly resolve my issues. Looking forward to your early response.
