I called the customer service number to inquire about my statement. My last name is incorrect. All I wanted to do was pay my bill.
The customer service rep was rude...and REFUSED to help me. She then without saying anything put me on hold. I waited for 15 minutes and then the call was disconnected.
Will NEVER use them again.
They kept telling me I didn't have a balance when I was looking at a statement that showed them I did have a balance. It was because of the name being wrong.
The WORST customer service ever!
