GMX Mail review: Is gmx real or a gimmick?

Almost 2 weeks ago, I set up an account with GMX. I tested the account to ensure it was up and running by sending a test email. It worked. All seemed good. I gave a board, and I am on the email address I will be using. I was considering getting a paid account because of the features I read about. The next day, I went to log in to the account, and it was blocked for “suspicious” activity or something like that, and I was asked to contact them. I contacted them 4 times and never received anything. I will set up an account with another provider. I have never seen anything like this. I would never, never trust them after my brief encounter. Be careful signing up with them—they are here today and gone tomorrow.
