I phone Glocell to find out what the amount is that they say i own them and on there side the acount is closed but i owm

I am thoroughly annoyed. I also don't get any accounts and the amounts taken from me are outrageous and appear on my cellphone as totals. I require an itemised billing for the past 6 months (March to August 2019)

I have been trying to get a hold of Glocell I am unfortunately unable to get a hold of any of their numbers on the internet [protected]. Glocell's customer interactions have been extremely poor and their service levels are non-existent.
Glocell adopted a contract of mine from Altech Autopage .This means that i didn't select them by choice.
Since he contract moved from Altech Autopage to Glocell they haven't been deducting the monthly fee.
I have an outstanding of R7000 where they got that amount from they alone will know.
My contract has been expired long ago they don't deduct but yet every month when I check my ITC Report the amount increase.
I would like someone from the accounts department to give me a call about this amount and I need to cancel this contract asap.

I upgraded my phone on 29 January 2018 to a Samsung J5. I was told it would take two to four weeks. After two weeks I phoned and was told that they do not have stock of the Samsung. I phone a week later and was told that I could upgrade to a Samsung J7 Prime (was not told they do not have stock) for a lesser price as my previous J5. Called three days later was told that they do not have record of my new J7 contract. Phoned on 19 February to enquire about delivery. I was given a tracking number. Phone the tracking company they did not have any parcel with that tracking number. I phoned on 22 February and enquired whether I could collect the handset and was informed that I could not as they had to deliver it. Was then informed that it would take another two weeks for delivery. Cannot understand why not one of the consultants have the same story.

    I love how every single one of their so-called resolved complaints have exactly the same response that they could not contact the complainant and therefore it is not their fault and their company image should not be tarnished... Like hell! GloCell if you answered the client's initial emails or calls you would be able to talk to them, I believe it may rather be a case of "we could not care less about good or even fair customer service".

I took out a contract with Glocell. After a few months my line was continuously being blocked and after a lot of time spent on the phone and with at the Glocell store, it was realised that the reason was that GloCell was expecting me to double pay for the sim and connection fee; which I paid when I received the sim card. After numerous requests and time spent with the terrible service consultants who make you hold for 45 mins before cutting you off or just don't do anything when you do get to speak to somebody, I returned the sim card to the store and requested a cancellation as I was not getting the service I was paying for, due to my line being continuously blocked. Even the manager at the GloCell store tried to sort it out to no avail. Now I am still receiving invoices, yet nobody responds to my emails? I am so frustrated at the pathetic lack of service from GloCell, I have never ever come across such a pathetic company before! Cancel this contract and reverse these charges!

I receive my monthly all inclusive benefits of 200.00 MB data on the first of every month. The first was yesterday. This data lasts me a month as I am at work most of the day in a WIFI zone and then again at home after work. Yesterday was no different Now today i get an SMS saying one of my data bundle sis depleted. 24 hours after I got it!!! of which I was in my wifi zone for all 24 hours barring maybe 3. m This is not the first time this has happened. Strangely it seems to happen every year...in December. Is this just a coincidence? OR Is it a money making scheme for CEll C /Glocell so that we have to go out and buy data and you make thousands more for December. OR is there a legitimate error here on your part. I trust that this enquiry will receive your immediate attention and that the matter will be looked into.

Strangely the number you provide on the internet for customer support [protected] has a voice recording saying "this number does not exist" and your other number [protected] keeps on replying with a voice message recording saying you must pin in your choice for what help is needed but it wont accept the pin. Shocking customer service you have going here! I think its time I changed my service provider along with the rest of my family.

I called Glocell in October 2016 to upgrade my contract and was told that I qualify for R270. I then received a bill of R1132.60 in November 2016 which was shocking as I have a limit set to 0. I also requested Glocell to stop my debit orders as I was being charged R150 for it to be returned by Standard Bank.
My contract ends in 31 January 2018 and I have been having endless issues surrounding billing. The number has been suspended since the 19th July 2017 and I am still being billed. I would want that the total account be consolidated and a final amount be given as I did not receive service from the 19th July 2017 and should be charged pro-rata and a settlement. I have since got another number.
