Globe Telecomthe connection service and the hotline agent

Please help, i keep on complaining about my internet connection, and i keep on calling your hotline agent, but they are all useless, they gave me wrong information just to satisfy me just the day and to end the call.. and i found out that the problem is about migration of the line last 2018, without informing me and giving me feedback..

I really need your help, where to address my concern and my complaints.

    @DeAndre Washington I am using my mobile data, just to search where to complaints regarding my internet connection and to your hotline agents. I really need help
