Globe Telecom globe bill

I had a problem with my bill since December 2018. I was charged for Netflix even though I did not subscribe. I though it was already resolved however it became a monthly dispute. Every month I get charged for Netflix and every month I dispute. It's hard to dispute the bill because I am here in UK so I asked my mom to be an authorized user for my line so she can call on my behalf. Last February 2019 we spoke with a consultant named Jennifer in Retentions Dept and said I should not be charged anymore for Netflix and she also issued me a refund. She gave me a reference number which is [protected]. That was February when I spoke to her and she said I should not be charged anymore. That time I already wanted to cancel because of this non stop issue. The following months we were charged again and for some reasons the consultants that my mom talked to always say an adjustment has been made but the balance doesnt change. We decided to just cancel the line June 2019. Ive made payment for the plan not the dispute because consultant said it was requested.

Now I get an email (not even to my email address - it was sent to my brother) from a Dynamic Outsource Solution demanding I make a payment and that I have have shown malice and callousness to their client. Are you kidding me? Rating for Globe CS is way way down the drain and Im not surprised.

So given what I mentioned above who can help me resolve this matter? Please take note this is an ongoing issue since December 2018 and I live in UK.

Nirereklamo ko yung empleyado sa cashier no. 2 ng globe telecoms, waltermart, tanauan city batangas. October 26, 2019, about 11:30 am. Ngpunta ako dun para magbayad ng aking postpaid bill. Nakuha kong numero sa apghihintay ay 43. Number 38 pa lang yung serving. Umalis aki saglit tapos bunalik ako at naupo mga nsa number 39 or 40 p lng ang serving. Naghintay ako. Pero nakalampas yung numero ko. Number 44 na agad. Lumapit ako sa cashier no 2. After maserve na yung number 44. Sabi ko nakaligtaan ako. Number 43 ako. Ang sabi b naman sakin after ka na lng ng number 45. Hanep? Tagal kong naghintay. Ang bagal ng service. Tpos ganun? Tinawag ko na nga attention nya pero Di parin nya ako inasikaso at inuna parin yung number 45. Nirereklamo ko siya at sna mabigyan siya ng tamang kaparusahan. Nasisira imahen ng globe. Globe Telecom coins wallet loading service

I bought load in my coins wallet app 9 PM of October 23, 2019. A P.90 load for my globe sim to register for a promo, then as of now October 24, 2019 at this current time I have not received any load yet, I complained already to the help center service in the company but still there are no actions provided, just some report and I need the load ASAP.

Globe Telecom the connection service and the hotline agent

Please help, i keep on complaining about my internet connection, and i keep on calling your hotline agent, but they are all useless, they gave me wrong information just to satisfy me just the day and to end the call.. and i found out that the problem is about migration of the line last 2018, without informing me and giving me feedback..

I really need your help, where to address my concern and my complaints.

Globe Telecom poor and very process. no updates

Hi. I applied for a globe device plan at SM Delgado Iloilo City last 10/17/19 and its already the 20th and I still haven't received any update about the status. They sent an email to our HR but didn't asked for any email. Address from me. I followed up at work to our HR and the email was sent to my offices' Manila branch. I went back to globe and provided them the email address for employment verification. Could've they asked an email address from me, I wouldn't waste my valuable time going back and forth. The next day I followed up with HR and they replied to the employments verification from globe. In the morning I went back to globe and check the status and they lied that our HR didn't respond to the employment verification they sent. They could just be honest and say if its approveol or not than GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS FALSE HOPE. Worst customer service experience I had. Wish they change the management. I've heard a lot of negative feedbacks and they have very low sales.
Now I'm still waiting for their response about the status. How many days, weeks or months should I wait more?

Globe Telecom internet services

So far its been 7 days with no internet.
Bill was paid on time two weeks ago.
Contact the Globe shop in SM Mall, General Santos and told to "switch on and switch off" blah blah blah.
Nothing works.
Contacted globe via their Facebook messenger pages (all 3) and get no help but a constant run around because their message bot is as useless as the humans working for them.
We all pay a lot of money for a 3rd rate system from a company that doesn't care one ounce for its customer

Globe telecom Philippines is the worst and useless company. I called to request for on site last Friday and it's Tuesday no one show. I called today Tuesday and the stupid customer service girl hang up on me. Please send this to NTC with my reference PQC00003682. I talked to Ram Rico last Friday. Get the girls id and terminate her for neglect of duty and call avoidance.

Globe Telecom no landline services after migration

Following Globe's migration last September 19, 2019, my landline had not been working since. I did not want to have my modem to be replaces as it was working fine however your technicians said it was mandatory, technicians started working on the modem 2:30pm but could not sync the telephone and it took them until 6pm, they promised to come back the next day to finish it and that I have to cancel tomorrow schedule just so they can finish the fix. however the whole friday September 20, 2019, there was a no show at all. I have called customer support several times just to be promised repeatedly that they will fix it but up until now October 15, 2019 there had been no action. It was almost impossible getting through to your customer services! And if I did get through, your customer representatives just guarantees they will do something about it and then the promise ends the same time as the call ends! The migration or the replacing of modems was not my request but Globe's own initiative as to better services but again better services that obviously did not deliver! I need my landline to constantly check my mother! I have made it clear to every personnel I talked to, my mother is not techie so reaching her thru internet is difficult! It is almost a month and there have been no word from Globe even after endless follow up. it is as though they have no respect for their Customers! My modem and landline worked just fine before the stupid migration, I wanted to decline the replacement but your technician said it was mandatory had I known it would give problems I should have declined it!

Globe Telecom customer service

I contacted Globe about my bills. They are only reachable on twitter or messenger. I was on a chat for 12 hours! They never came to the issue at hand, they just went in rounds to ask "security" questions again and again, effectively blocking everything off.

They did not even log my issue. I am abroad and cant go to a Globe center. I have been with them for 20 years. Their "customer service" ia an absolute disgrace

Globe Telecom gcash

I tried to withdraw money yesterday using my gcash mastercard at bdo sm fairview. The money didn't dispense but i was deducted 8600 pesos! I sent an email with no response. And yesterday night i received a text message assuring me that the money will be credited back today at 3pm. Its now 3:45 and my money isn't here. Im calling u with no hope 1 hour on the queue. I swear if you cant put my money back i will file a formal complaint and escalate it further!

Globe Telecom poor quality of internet/wifi connection in my house provided by globe philippines

Sir/Ma'am,

Please, we are paying you monthly due to get a quality of internet connection but what we've got ay sobrang hina po ng internet/wifi.
Please send your techincal support team in our house immediately.
Please check the apparatus
Please check the antenna
Please check everything
I am an OFW and videocall is very important to my family in regards of communication. In the morning and in the evening we are praying together so please dont let you internet service will destroy a good family relationship. Please help us urgently.

Globe Telecom gcash

Sir/Madam:

Good day!

I would like to seek for your assistance in resolving my current issue with GCASH/GCREDIT transaction back in August 18, 2019. I have 2 reference numbers regarding this concern, once was created last 8/19/19 ref # 6298103 and ref # 6510270 follow up request on Sept. 6, 2019. It's been over a month already and have not gotten any resolution from them. They keep saying that they are still awaiting response from their Support Team.

Incidents:
8/18/19 - Received payment reminder from GCREDIT amounting to P720.36 due 8/21/2019
8/19/19 - I paid P2, 439.76 to settle my due amount P720.36 and the excess (P1, 719.40) to cover and replenish my GCREDIT limit back to P3, 000. I expected for my credit limit to refresh to P3, 000 however, I received text notification saying that my remaining GCREDIT limit was P560.24. This was the same amount showing in my GCASH App. My excess payment was incorrectly posted as an amount I owed them. I right away sent an email to GCREDIT (wecare@fuselending.com) regarding the issue along with all the screenshots I have at that time. They replied to my email on 8/19/19, 8/20/19, 8/21/19, 8/26/19, 9/18/19. However, they have not provided any resolution apart from saying that they were still waiting from their support team.
9/6/19 - I called their Hotline to follow up but was only given another ticket 6510270. Still no resolution. Same day they sent payment reminder via text and email saying that P2, 616.86 is due 9/21/19
9/17/19 - made partial payments for those amount I actually owe P500
9/18/19 - They sent me payment reminder saying that P2, 116.86 is due 9/21/19. This is still inclusive of my dispute of P1, 719.40.
9/19/19- Made another partial payment for those transaction I incurred amounting to P1, 382.20
9/21/19 - At 6:09AM they sent another reminder for the amount due of P734.66. I intentionally did not plan to pay this since I have an ongoing dispute amounting to P1, 719.40.
9/21/19 - At 10:26PM, they sent me a text message automatically deducting P734.66 without my authorization from my GCASH balance.

I have made multiple follow up with them, 1 month has passed and am not getting any progress or resolution even.

I would highly appreciate if you could look into this and help speed up/ resolve my case.

I get no bill from u!.. I got txt that u will send electronic bill to my email adress.. [protected]@ymail.com.. but i get advertising with email from u only. The amount at ur txt i think is wrong so i need the bill for check it. I was at ur Globe shop at SM Seaside at Cebu City. There are many Globe employees but one only "work" with customers. All others running around like chicken. At start I got nomber for the desk but after 30 minutes i gone cz is to long for wait for tell u ur problem. At Billpay mashine cann't pay too cz i think the amount is wrong.

So if u cann't send ur bill i cann't pay u!... and if u cann't serve ur customers at ur shops at normal waiting i cann't solve the problem at this way too!

Globe Telecom gcash cash in / customer support agents and supervisor

Oct. 4 at 7:54AM I cashed In 3500 to my gcash account from my bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank and they gave me a reference number as s proof, unfortunately it wasn't reflecting on my gcash account. To cut the story short, I've been calling GCASH support hotline and the agents kept on hanging up since they don't know what to say and can't resolve my concern. Until now no superviosr has called me despite them saying I will be transferred to a supervisor, no feedback and no resolution. I wish all affected gcash users file a complain and raise this to the agency who can help us or maybe even Raffy Tulfo can help us with our gcash dillemas!

Your customer service sucks. You took all my personal information. Kulang na lang pati SSS ko at Credit Card ko hingin niyo oara sa kaanumalihan e.

Special shout out to Ms. Jo ng Customer Service phone niyo na binabaan ako habang ineexplain ko problem.

Also to your messenger team na it takes 3 months or so bago magreply.

Kudos to your email team na nanghihingi ako ng tulong sasagutin ka ng generic na reply na useless.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. - 10 out 10.

Globe Telecom gcash

I bought Steam Wallet Code worth 250php and 50php using my GCASH last September 30, 2019 at 11:15am. The 50php amount came at 6pm but the 250php didn't, I tried calling their customer hotline and they said it will take 2-3 working days for them to credit back the 250php or still send the Steam Wallet Code . Been calling almost everyday for any feedback or update regarding my problem, but to no avail they still don't have a resolution. I called them twice today and the first agent hanged up on me when I got irate and the other agent tried to transfer me to a supervisor then ended the call.

Note: This is the 4th day that I'm calling them for my concern with no resolution.

Globe Telecom globe broadband and landline

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to make a formal complaint against Globe Telecom. My complaint is that they failed to provide the service that was promised and still continue to fail up to this point.

• We received the below notification from them last Sep 26. This was forwarded from my husband's phone.

- As advised I settled the bill through the link that they provided and paid 8600. It was paid on the same date that I received the text which is Sep 26
After making the payment Globe Telecom disconnected our services Landline and Internet.

- I called them and was informed that they saw the payment and wait for 2 to maximum of 8 hours to reconnect. After waiting for 8hours I called again since nothing is working and was advised that reconnection time is within 24 hours from date of disconnection.

- I waited and after 24hours called them again and contact them
In messenger as well and they told me that they will escalate and will tell the back end support to prioritize prior to my training call but then again nothing happened. It has been a long saga and a lot of inconveniences and call waiting for 1 hour to 2 hours and spending on the phone with them for almost half of my day and still the line is still disconnected. I asked for an escalation or manager and for 1 instance they had me waiting for 40 to 50 minutes then they hang up and when I called back their office is closed and only available until 12 midnight. Earlier the rep told me that I will be transferred to the supervisor but after a long wait of 1 hour again the call was disconnected and it has been 5 days and counting.

They said that they have error in webtool and they sent email back end support. And they always reply that it is monitoring.

Globe Telecom gcash money not credited to my gcash account

I made cash in through my linked account worth Php 3000.00 last September 27 but the money did not get credited to my gcash account. I check my act online and the transaction did push through. I called customer service but there was no options to talk to a representative. I called globe hotline and was informed that Gcash is no longer part of Globe. I was on the phone for more that an hour and still did not get any resolution. I told them I need this funds ASAP but seem no one knows any sense of urgency. I want the money either back to my linked account or be credited to my gcash today.
