SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Globe Simcardabout my account still in billing I already paid off everything annoying and disgrace.

I already paid this off last year when the globe called me to settle my bills after paying this they close my account until now 2019 still have credit? seriously? I feel so disappointed, I dont have the simcard since 2017!!!
Please do the fair investigation specially SM seaside many times my authorize person keep coming and complaining there, your staff/personnel just keep saying we do update for this mam but why until now?
