Then on the 14th november a email from them stateing your order was marked to shipped to you but unfortunately your order was not able to ship.
Order will be put into production and will be delivered between 30th november to the 5th of december
As this one ran out of stock
Instead we can offer you a alternative item
So I payed a little more for a diffrent brooch they have sent this item on the 26th of nobemver and should be with you shortly
Then sorry for postal delays
Can you confirm your address we will put the shipment under investigationwith the post office
How ever we can send a order if there has been no signing and the post has lost it and can send another out on the 28th december

I ordered and paid for a piece of jewellery at the start of August and it's now nearly the end of September and I have still not received it.

Each time I email this company they say just wait a bit longer and it should come. Then when I advise them it still hasn't arrived they say they will send it again and guess what it still never arrives.

I have asked for a refund and I just get the usual response of just wait a bit longer or we can send it again.

I get a large amount of packages delivered and never have I not received an item. Items I order from the USA are delivered in one to two weeks after placing my order. Plus I have absolutely no idea why this company does not get tracking on its parcels.

I've kept waiting for this item for nearly two months now and I've had enough! I just want my money refunded!

I received an email saying my order has shipped but I have yet to receive it. I have emailed three times with no response. When I call the phone number given I received a message telling me to email. I paid for expedited shipping which was guaranteed. I would like a tracking number. If I do not receive that soon I am going to file a complaint with my card to cancel the payment.

So Actually I've been living in Dublin Ireland and I bought my ring last week, I got one email saying that my order [protected] had be shipped, but i didn't get nothing and I have no answers from email that I emailed them ! Please help me

Unfortunately I join the long list of people who have been cheated by the so called "Glencara" jewelry. I want to report the same "modus operandi" which some of the people have stated. I ordered a ring which value was 494, 8€ on Feb, 20th and still nothing arrived. First, I emailed them to ask what was going on and they said it was a hand made piece and the silversmith was working on it. After a while I emailed them again and they said it was in quality check queue and they the send it. It was a wedding ring so imagine my anger and frustration when I got married and the ring did not arrive. I emailed them and they answered me back saying that they were very sorry and that they will produce a new one. From now on it was the same Maria some people already mentioned in this threat who answers back all the time. Eventually, they ship the package through FedEx and again, as someone already have said, I tracked the package and surprisingly it was in customs delay in one of Moscow's airports and after 3 days, they returned the shipment to Galway, Ireland and gave me a new tracking number. Last time I tracked the number it was shown the shipment had been received by the company on May, 19th. I emailed Glencara and gave them an address in Spain where they could ship the package since apparently the problem was, as Fedex answered in an email, that imports for individuals was being temporalily held in Russia due to COVID'-19. I am still waiting but after reading all these reviews I am afraid that I will never get anything since it is simply an scam, a very well worked scam by the way, since they send you tracking numbers and you get several emails from different divisions in the company. I will contact the consumer's office in Ireland and try to report them unless as someone stated here, they are not even in Galway, but in the US.
Well, I guess there's always a first time and this is the first time I got cheated through online payment. Next time I will lead a thoroughful research before buying anything online. In the meantime I have already contacted CCPC in Ireland and EU Cybersecurity institute and may be report them to Garda because it is a fraudulent company. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING from them

I ordered a Ring on January 12, 2020 and still have not received this.
They charged my credit card. I have tried to trace it with USPS but they tell me it was not insured so they are unable to trace this. I am going to my credit card company and next a lawyer. This is a disgrace. You cannot reach to company by mail or phone. Just receive a voice mail when using their phone number as listed.

Ordered a ring to use as an engagement ring. Paid extra for FedEx shipping and I never received a tracking number. My order was due to arrive on 18 December, 2019. Have not received my order Or any real correspondence from glencara. I have emailed multiple times including the message "urgent" in the subject line on everyone. All I get is a generic response or the offer of a gift card. The company had no problem processing my payment but can't seem to do anything else they promise. Wish I had searched reviews first and I'd never done business with them.

I ordered a 10k white gold claddagh ring on December 16 with a promise that it would arrive before Christmas with the shipping option I selected. It's almost New Years and I'm out $300 from this ring and it ruined Christmas. The company boasts of 4.9/5.0 ratings yet when you check the BBB they have a F rating. I just want tracking information and someone to return my phone calls and emails I sent to the company. They promise a response back with email within 24 hours but that hasn't occurred yet.

I purchased and paid for a ring on Dec 2nd and was promised by Maria I would receive it before Christmas. I have called, emailed almost every day and no response. I finally received a email stating that they are sorry it is not done. Still waiting and no response from them . No emails, no calls no follow up. I recieved a email again saying click this link to show your gift order. What the hell is that?! I want the product i paid for ! They do not answer the phone and only send automated emails. I want what i paid for ! Buyer beware. Stay away. Fraudulent company! Appears everyone else who ordered from them is having same experience reading reviews.

Glencara has deceived, lied and now just out right stolen money out of my bank account and refund to deliver the merchandise I have verified all listed addresses with the help of a tech specialist I regret and warn all potential customers this company is a scam! One address is nothing more than an actual federal express location! To which I let fed ex know - the said company is livid that glencara has misled consumers that their shipping address is a glencara address I cannot imagine what federal express will do to them as I sent the correct representatives from fed ex screenshots that glencara has and are willingly and arrogantly using as a glencara business address - do not place an order with them! They'll steal from you! I've took legal action. That will in evidently be brought against them "glencara" abroad and I look forward to facing the thieves in court and will use all social media forums and outlets to expose them! Our bank account is under surveillance (they've tracked where my money went) I just don't want anyone else to go through this - i've been grieving losses of family members and friends and they took advantage preyed on my weaknesses shame on them! If you've been subjected to the same - not receiving merchandise from glencara and ludicrous emails from a "katie" email myself and let me help you seek justice - that or take legal action! Report them to all local authorities in their area and your bank will trace where your money went to and you'll receive help and justice - these are federal charges that glencara is looking up! Thieves! Liars! Manipulate!

Hi I ordered a ring of this Glencara sight on the 13th of December, it said it would be delivered in 2-5 working days. On the 4th day I still hadn't received an email to say it was being delivered, I had just received an email saying confirmation of purchase. I have sent them 2 separate messages asking were my order is and still have received no word back from them.

I ordered 2 claddagh rings on the 18th of december. I was told that these would arrive around the 21st or 23rd. When they did not arrive on the 21st I said ok, they did say between the 21st and 23rd. But here I am now on the 23rd no rings, my order status says that the order is completed and I am concerned not only that my rings will not come in time for christmas but that I have been scammed. Having seen previous reviews there are many reviews which accuse the company as being fraudulent. I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible or I will take due action.

GLENCARA you need to respond to [protected]@ymail.com so as to whether we can determine if there is merit for legal action and/or proceedings -She has exhausted every avenue in trying to reach out to you all have come to a dead end -She is waiting on a ring - her email is again [protected]@ymail.com Hopefully you do right by the customer consumers deserve answers and products they've paid for!

I ordered the ring last Thursday, December 12th and received an email to say it was shipped at 6.30am on Friday morning, the email advised that I would receive the ring either Saturday or Monday to which I haven't received, I called their number and emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back.

I am obviously starting to worry as all of their reviews are negative, it's a Christmas present so I need it soon, I just want some tracking details and they won't come back to me. I'm only in Westmeath so it shouldn't take long for it to get to me from Galway.

This is a fraudulent company.
I'm not sure how they continue to exist or why they are able to keep their website going but I am one of many many people who has had their money taken and no product delivered.
There is no such thing as customer service with these people it's just emails back and forth promising things that are never delivered. I have thankfully gone through PayPal and will let PayPal deal with him at this point I've given up.
Is there a way to shut them down? If so I want on on it.

I bought the item on the 12 of last month from this Glencara company site and when I contacted the sellers, they said that they'll ship it for a week while not clearly say that it'll ship within 24 hours. It's been a week and still no email info about it being shipped. I contacted them again a week later and they said they'll ship it for a week. And again, no email notification of shipping info. And still no item delivered. They said time and time again that it'll get shipped, but I don't know if I trust them this time. It's been almost a month for me to wait for this item. It seems like the sellers are lying to me and that they ripped me off. This site should be shut down. From now on, I'll never shop from this site ever again. They're frauds. I'm contacting my bank and PayPal for a dispute settlement. Buyers beware of this scam company site. I'll shop elsewhere such as amazon and/or eBay.

On June 24, 2019 we purchased Silver & Gold Claddagh Band Rings Unisex Mens Ladies with Solid 14K Yellow Symbols; Size 8.5 and Size 13 with inscription united 7/19/19 on order #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by 7/5 19 or 7/6/19. As of today 7/8/19 we have received nothing and when we checked order it says on hold. We tried to call 1-66-567-7451 many times and a recording comes on saying you have backed up logs and working on them. We sent a e'mail 7/6/19 and now I'm sending another as we got no response from the first one. We ordered these early because we need them for a wedding by 7/15/19. They've already been paid for through PayPal a total of $250.95. I hope you can find the urgency to address this issue and get these sent out ASAP as we need them by 7/15/19 the latest. I placed an order on 3/8/19. I was charged for my order, as well as an additional few hundred (totally different from my order total) which I had to follow-up to get refunded. Over the weeks, I continued to ask about when it would ship. I was told that my ring would be ready and ship on 3/25/19. On 3/26, I asked where it was again. 2 days later, it was apparently still under production. I emailed again on 4/1/19, 4/3/19, and 4/4/19 to ask if it had shipping yet. They responded 4/8/19 (finally) that it had shipped. Today is 4/25 and it still has not arrived. I followed up again Monday this week, and it took 2 days for them to tell me that it was lost in shipping. I understand shipping and quality issues, but the number of times I was forced to reach out for updates (instead of them just being provided) and the amount of time it takes them to respond (longer than the 24 hours their site promised) just makes them not worth buying from. So far I have asked them twice to refund my purchase amount. I'm still waiting.

I had bought a Claddagh ring for my God Daughters Confirmation in March. Paid extra for gift wrapping and to have it engraved. I should of been guaranteed to have it in lots of time with there delivery time frame. I also received an email saying my order had been shipped and then received an email stating the ring I ordered was out of stock and will be shipped at a later date. Still no Ring! Also it states on there website everything is in stock.
Looking at the rest of the reviews I would never order off this company again. Taught it looked genuine as it says its a company from Galway!

Want to take a moment and warn everyone about this garbage company. I ordered my wedding rings from this "company"... Here is what happened.

I paid 1500 dollars for a bridal set made from 185 dollars worth of gold... According to the appraisal we had. We contacted these clowns stating we want our money back as we did explain why severe not happy.

We started receiving automatedbbemails every time we tried to contact them. Oh! Their phone doesn't work, so don't expect to be able to call them. We asked numerous times to return the rings, they would not let us (even though they claim they accept returns.

They finally answer our email statingbthey will send us a ring with corrections to our identified complaint. A month later, no ring, no answer to our emails... The actual last response was pretty comical..."we are trying to find the new shipping date". That's it... What the he'll does that mean? Irish clowns! These were suppose to be our wedding rings.

If anyone is doubtful of my claims... I've kept every email. I'd be happy to share lastly, check them out on the better business bureau.

We got robbed. Don't let it happen to you. We are now filing fraud claims.
