We purchased a rebuilt transmission from this place on Ebay. Since 90 days are passed since the purchase on 4 October, 2009, Ebay does not hold position. The transmission that was sent to us was for a 2WD van, we purchased a transsmisison for a 4WD van. Therefore, the transmission was not correct from the beginning. We contacted him immediately, and He sent a collegue to make the transmission adaptable to the 4WD Van. The transmission did not function properly. We contacted him immediately to advise him. He made broken promises to us in telling us that he would come to NY and "make good" on this purchase. from November to the first week of January he kept making promises including refunding us. He never kept any of his promises. My family is in a position right now where we are living on one income and it has been very difficult. That is why we attempted to purchase the rebuilt transmission, . to save money, we wound up spending so much more than we bargained for between rentals and taxis...NOT TO MENTION THAT WE HAVE A VEHICLE WE CANT USE.
