Placed order for what was listed as "In Stock" Ships Same Day" item. Had to make repeated calls and sent 4 emails (which no one ever replied to) before being told, "Order is shipping today".. Shortly afterwards I get a call from Alex stating, "This is a special order item and is not in stock".
Very poor customer service and borderline fraud by listing it as an in stock item when it isn't.
Worst company I have dealt with.. buyer beware, there are very reputable businesses out there that DO NOT attempt to deceive customers...USE THEM and NOT GlassWarePro.com
