GlassesUSADo not order from GlassesUSA

I was very disappointed with the quality of my glasses. After two weeks frame broke! I contacted GlassesUSA and they offered me a replacement. They seemed nice and I thought that they really wanted to help. Following their instructions I sent the broken glasses back and was promised a replacement within a couple of weeks.
Two weeks later nothing arrived and company did not reply. That moment I felt that something went terribly wrong and went online to read some reviews. I was shocked to be honest. I sent another message and asked for a full refund and of course was ignored. Do not order from GlassesUSA, they are not to be trusted!
