GlassesShop two pair of glasses

When filling out my glasses order I added in the comments section to call me before filling the prescription. no one ever called, after a week I called and had to chase around the phone BS to get anyone. the company that sells them is located in Michigan, however the glasses come from china which i did not know when ordering or i would have never ordered them. second of all after receiving the bifocal area to see through is only 1/8 inch wide and is no where close to my PD .. I have to look with my right eye towards my nose to see and the same with my left, also the lens in the right eye is fat at the top and shinny at the bottom my left lens is skinny at the top and fat at the bottom, they look to be made by children, very very bad quality. I called and requested a refund and they said they were sorry but i would need to contact the company in china.. fortunately i paid with a PayPal credit card and they are intervening for me... be very mindful of all these complaints when your thinking about buying cheap glasses as that is apparently what you get

GlassesShop non-existent CS

There's a phone number on your website ending with 0123, but no one piсks it up.
I have tons of questions before ordering and there's no one to answer them.
I also have written three emails 2 weeks ago, but the result is the same - no one replies.
I wonder if you have customer service. It just seems it doesn't exist whatsoever. I am going to just give up...

GlassesShop my glasses never arrived

They said to me that my glasses would be here in a week.
What I got was ... nothing. Still waiting.
Do you want to know when I ordered them? Two months ago. So they were supposed to be here 2 months ago.
I contacted them to find out where my glasses were, but their representative couldn't say absolutely anything as he just didn't know, he had no tracking number (and it's strange, don't you think).
Next week I will ask for a refund. We will see how they will react.

GlassesShop Customer unfriendly support

I have purchased a pair of glasses and they were very poorly made. I used them only two months when they fell apart.
I contacted GlassesShop and asked about the replacement but they refused and said that it was already too late for that. Then I asked them if they were able to fix them and they said no and added that it was not their problem.
Glasses were ok, but very poor quality. I would not recommend buying anything from this site.
But the worst part was GlassesShop customer unfriendly support.

GlassesShop Received only two pairs

I have purchased three pairs of glasses from Glassesshop website and received only two! When I contacted customer service they were very impolite and did not believe me. They said that they have sent me three pairs and added that I was probably lying. I told them again that there were only two pairs in the package, but they refused to even listen! What company does things like that? These people are absolutely dishonest and totally unprofessional! Will never order from them again!

GlassesShop Glasses

This company has been the worst service I have ever ordered from. It has been over 2 weeks and my order has not been shipped. When I call customer the best answer they can give is that they are waiting for my glasses to arrive to their office, then be shipped to me. It sounds as if I am calling someone's home. The manager was completely apathetic. I was told to cancel an order that had not been shipped to me would charge at % restocking fee..for an item that has been been completed or shipped. The dates on when I should expect my glasses continues to move further -out by business days each time I call. The absolute worst company to buy from

GlassesShop I didn't get the order and opened the dispute

I bought one pair of sunglasses from the company www.glassesshop.com. I paid through PayPal and received the receipt only from them. The seller hasn’t provided any information about the order, and it was really bothered me. I sent emails to the seller, but he didn’t respond. I waited 3 weeks and the order hasn’t been provided. I already opened the dispute in PayPal. I really hope that they will return my money back.

GlassesShop Poor product, poorly run company

Horrible service. You are virtually on your own ordering glasses, if you need help or call Customer Service, you get a big-time attitude which I find upsetting for a web-based company. Most successful on-line companies have helpful people there to assist in your purchase.

My glasses came after several weeks, I was told I had to pay extra for standard tinting (on sunglasses no less)

The glasses did not fit and were returned within 5 days but the company would not refund my purchase price or give me credit for return postage.

To date, it has been about 1 month and I have not recieved my refund, when and if I get the refund, it will still cost me about $25 for this poor transaction.

Although many foreign-based companies have great service, correspondence with Glassesshop makes me think they are foreign owned/operated and don't care one whit about customer satisfaction

Poor product, poorly run company.

Terrible service. Bad frame, bad customer service response. Long time to receive. I think in a foreign country. Billed on my charge card as Megamotorma and not glassesshop. What is up with that? Do not buy from them.

Ordered frames 3 weeks ago, still have received nothing after contacting them twice. I see my payment made it through in days but nothing else since then. This company is a rip off, have contacted BBB about them.

GlassesShop Would definitely never order from here again

Waited a month and a half before my order even came in. They claimed to have sent a confirmation of my order and I had already confirmed. I had originally ordered 3 pairs of glasses, but one of the pairs I ordered seemed to be out of stock. Although I know it wasn't so at first, because they had changed the sale price of the glasses after that week and they were still labeled "in stock" long after i had ordered them.

During the emails would not give me a straight answer, and it took a lot of hassle just to make them give me a refund for the glasses they I had already paid for but were sold to someone else.

When the glasses arrived one of them was already breaking and was very cheaply made. The prescription is also a bit funny.
Would definitely never order from here again.

GlassesShop After confirming my prescription 2 weeks later still no glasses

I waited 3 weeks for my glasses, i called, tried the online chat and even e-mailed them, got no response. The only communication i could get from them was through FaceBook. they stated that they needed to confirm my prescription even though i did it several times during the checkout process. they said they sent an e-mail, and waited a few days (3 weeks). After confirming my prescription 2 weeks later still no glasses. I have filed a complaint with The BBB and my Credit Card company.

GlassesShop Wrong vision prescription

I was mad at my glasses that arrived 10 days ago from GlassesShop.
I could not totally understand my prescription and you know the worst thing happened. When I fill in my prescription during ordering, I mistook the right for the left, and now the eyeglasses don't fit me well. Once I heard it is possible to prescribe online directly, so my suggestion is may be GlassesShop would add this function later so as to avoid the same mistakes just as me.

Your a ###, Dont blame glassesshop for you not knowing what your doing. Hell if ya cant figure it out just call them. my freinds and i have ordered a combined total of 22 pairs of glasses from them and every one was spot on perfect.

I've ordered glasses online before, and it turned out fine. According to your description, it seemed to be your problem, filling in the wrong prescription, instead of theirs.
