wax warmer
I bought a wax warmer for 10$ at DG. It is awful. Doesnt not melt the wax nor put off any smell. It gets really hot but puts off nothing. I would like a refund. Or a replacement of a different one that you may have. I have wasted money on different brands of waxes trying to see if it was the wax. I am very disappointed because I love your products and have plenty in my home.

Hi, I bought a Glade Air Wich Freshmatic at B and Ms in Edinburgh on 13th November. When I got home and set it up, it did not work. I asked someone to have a look and we could tell the motor wasnt working. On Monday 11th November, I returned it and got a replacement and the exact same thing has happened.
I am now unable to take this back again, so now I have an Airwick which doesnt work and several sprays (I had to buy a twin pack to get the scent I wanted) which I now cannot use.
This is the first time I have bought one of these on the recommendation from several people and really disappointed that of the two I have, neither work.

what is the second time I've gone ahead and done this cuz I've never received a response from Glade apologizing or anything of the sort their Glade tall kitchen bags 13-gallon with order control every single other one the tie-breaks I could grab it by the ties I can grab it by The Vasquez of the trash at self and I want to go to Target the tire brakes I'm having to double or triple back thanks and it's becoming very costly I would like glaze response on why this is happening or something from them but apparently my first complaint did not even raise an eyebrow because no one ever responded to it so I'm highly highly disappointed in Glade

Yes I bought the glad trash bags with the tie and the alpha breeze with the order of control but I am very disappointed in what I bought i'm having to double bag every single trash can every other bag seems too when I use it even if I don't use it to pull it out of the trash bag can or if I just looked it up and then tie try to tie it breaks every single time one one of them will just completely break and come out so i'm having the double bag everything and that's a waste of money on my part but i'm on a fixed income as it is due to my disability so i'm complaining about having to use to trash bags instead of just one for the for the price that it was that I paid for them I should have just be able to use one bag per trash and not have to worry about double bag and everything so I thought I would inform you of this incident thank you

wax melts
I buy your wax melts all the time and am usually very pleased. This time however I bought blooming peony and cherry wax melts and it had ZERO smell to it. It was just colored wax. I wasted my money on a product that doesn't even work. That's pretty upsetting. I just wanted my house to smell good😥 due to this error I would like to revieve a new package of wax melts that have (a lot of) sent to them please and thank u. -a woman who just likes good smells and loves your company
glade automatic spray
I have spent multiple amounts of money on multiple of these air refreshers. I have been having a very bad luck with these from going to changing batteries to different fragrance canisters to see why these air refreshners don't work. Constantly have brought multiple of them and none of them work. I am very disappointed at the product the company is releasing as it is faulty not just with one refreshner but multiple. Have lost a lot of money with not being able get any refunds. I also brough some for friends and relatives which are having the same problem so it is an ongoing issue that needs to be resolved and very disappointed would like a fund for these products as it is not acceptable.

Hi, my name is Tracy Innes I have been buying glade products for years, I love all your products but lately the devices have been breaking after a few uses, these devices are not cheap sometimes £10 each, over the past few months I've had to replace three of them, I feel this is unacceptable and may have to change what products I buy in the future.

I plugged the radiant Barry plug-ins three days ago and I can't even smell them. Have you had this problem with these? Is there anyway I could get plug-ins with essential oil orange tangerine citrusy. I do not have my receipt or the packaging because I plug them all in and threw everything away, I can unplug them and send them to you or something. Thank you very much Jennifer McCallister
glade sense and spray
Hi, I purchased a Glade sense and spray refill Chery & Peony and when I have come to open it and fit it the metal top is mishaped and it wont fit into the air freshner.
I can't remember where I purchased this so can't take it back to a store.
Would you be able to offer a refund or a voucher/coupon to replace please?

glade automatic air freshener
Hi
I recently bought your smaller size automatic air freshener and was so pleased with it, that I bought the larger one too.
However, on setting up the lsrger one, I realised that although it has a timer, it does not have a sensor. This is very unclear on the box and therefore misleading, as the product is packaged and marketed to look the same as the smaller sensor unit, only larger.
I am very disappointed, as this means I have to physically turn the unit on and off regularly, as it was bought for a bedroom and therefore, i assumed would be off during the night as there would be nothing activating the sensor. Lack of a sensor makes this unit unfit for a bedroom and therefore, unfit for purpose.
I am therefore left with a unit that I cannot use.
I also, purchased refills.
Please advise.

Hello, I am inquiring about the glade Automatic air fresheners, I purchased two of them from the same store and they both malfunction, I paid $20 for them plus two cans of air spray costing me a total of $30 and they leaked every where all over my bathroom shelve and in the bedroom all over my dresser and into my drawers! I am so upset, I was thinking it maybe the cans so I took those out and went and purchased more, but it did the same thing so now I am out $40 and my bathroom shelve ruined! I am livid!
glade scented candle
Whilst using one of your candles it exploded sending shards of glass flying around our lounge. On inspecting the candle it appears that once the wax had burnt out the wick was still burning and kept heating the glass.
This was not good as we have pets and children in the house and trying to locate all the pieces of broken glass proved very difficult.

Just a happened to me. Now my bathroom sink which is porcelain has a brown burn mark. Gonna have to try to fix it seeing how I’m renting. :( never using these again. I have used candles since a teenager and this has never happened.
This is happened to me twice, This time nearly started a fire. People beware!
solid air freshener
when you take plastic paper off the whole top of freshner comes off and the bottom part will not stay up to release scent, this is 2nd or 3rd time it has happened with them, so i just wanted to let someone know before i purchase anymore of them. Do not know how it can be fixed if they are all like that. Do you give refunds, replacements or what, hopefully you guys can get it fixed, i like the scents but cannot afford to keep buying them and then can't use it.

My daughter was asleep in my room when my smoke alarm I had recently fitted was going off and this was because the plastic covering around the glass of your candles was melting and smoking.
I'm disgusted that this has happened as my daughter was asleep in that room and if I hadn't fitted a smoke alarm, the smoke alarm in the landing wouldn't of picked it up for a while which could of been catastrophic.

It's not Glade's fault you're too stupid to not remove the plastic from the candle before lighting it.

Hi, I have sent an email last month regarding this but don't seem to have a response, may of got way laid. Refills and products for automatic air fresheners aren't cheap and its just reminded me buying another new one today that the last two products I have purchased have been 'faulty' I noticed my spray can was near on full but wasnt being pumped out so changed the batteries, wasnt the batteries, there was orange rust like around the nozzle part of the spray and I didnt know why. The spray isnt spraying through the correct part of the can, its spraying out the side of the plastic nozzle head causing a leak, this is the second can to do so. I have kept one just incase you needed to see, mind you it still has alot of product in it. Is this going to keep happening, why is this happening because they are glade products for glade machines and have my 2 been faulty batches or a coincidence.

I have just bought a new Glsde touch and Fresh because my very old one that was lovely and small got left behind when I moved house.
I was most disappointed to find the current replacement is much larger bulkier and ugly. . Also i used to take the old one on holidays as it took up very little space.
I have spent 15 minutes trying to work out how to put it together. The instruction diagrams are so small that they cannot be understood. I resorted to You tube where thankfully someone who had the same problem posted a video showing how to do it.
I just wanted to let you know that I am not the least bit impressed with this new design and I would suggest you go back to the old one (which I must have had for at least 20 years.

I recently bought a glade candle from my local Morrisons. It's cherry I believe but could be wrong. Definitely red candle.
Now I have been using it daily for the past few days and I have to say am deeply disappointed with this product.
Yes it burns nicely but there is no fragrance from the candle what so ever.
Ihave tried burning it for longer but still there is no fragrance.

I'm sending this complaint because I am tired of buying spray bottles of glade to provide a nice clean smell to my car or house and then they will spray for a couple of times and then the spray nozzle doesn't work anymore and I end up throwing out the whole bottle of air fresher or it will sit on the shelf until I break down and purchase another bottle or hoping I can run it thru hot water the nozzle part and it will unclog it but that doesn't work either. I purchase a lot of glade products but I'm tired of throwing my money down the drain for sprayers. If you can't provide a good spray nozzle for the product why use it? Please advise me on what to do with my spray bottles if there is any possible way of making them work. My room mate even uses this product of course in different flavors however; it seems as though they all have a issue. We can never ever use a full can of it.

I brought a glade candle from dollar general I lit it twice now I cant light it anymore the wick can't be reach. What can I do so my money wont be wasted I have tried digging down to the wick also. new glade plug in warmer
I originally bought a set of the glade plugins with 2 warmers from Costco. The warmers worked fine with the first plugin. After that they barely got warm. I felt the warmer & it only was getting warm around the upper area which is not touching where the oil holder touches it. I then went to target & bought just the warmers in a 2 pack which is doing the same thing on the first try( getting warm at upper area not the base of the unit). These new units are really no good at all in comparison to the old ones. I still have older ones I had been able to use over & over until they changed the complete design of the oil container. Will be returning these warmers to target & probably going with Febreze from now on. Save your money & don't buy these warmers.
