Ordered Cake and personalised Pillow. Pillow delivered, cake never arrived. After repeated complaits they just igonre. Their rason was "attempted delivery but failed as recipient didnt answer the calls". They called twice, my mom answered and gave all the detailed instruction how to find our house. After that waited all day for her birthday for her cake (she is alone as we live abroad). NOTHING! And they have the audacity to say she didnt answer the so called 8 calls they made (not true at all, also not necessary as they had all the instructions and my mom was at home waiting).

Ruined an eldery Lady`s birthday just to steal cake money!

I have used other companies in past and never had any troble. Hope id have read the reviews here before ordering. NEVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

This is order number . I ordered on 2nd Nov it is expected to be delivered on 8 th Nov but till now no response and the contact information provided no one responds . Very frustrating .I ordered for 3800 rupees and literally wasted money . No proper communication .no tracking number or mail communication. The person in Wats app always send same reply - awaiting courier logistics .

I ordered a gift from this sham of a company for my Father-in-law's birthday on Oct. 20. their website said it would be delivered on that date, the receipt I received from them stated the same. Now Baba's birthday has now come and gone and the package wasn't delivered. It is now Oct. 22 in New Delhi and their tracking website says it's still in transit. I've contacted their very poor customer service department about the matter and they refused to cancel the order and refund my money. So now I am out of money and a gift for my very disappointed father-in-law and I look shameful to the rest of the family for not providing a gift.

This is the most untrustable site that I have seen so far.They are cheating everyone without delivering the products on time.When I talked to customer care executive he spoke harshly saying that I opted for standard delivery and he cannot tell when the rakhi will be delivered.He also advised me not to book rakhi from this site next time which is unrude.I request you to take action on this website so that no one else will get cheated like me.

I ordered some baby items like the Baby giggles play gym, Johnson & Johnson baby products hamper and a cake to be delivered to my nephew and his wife on her baby shower occasion. the gifts were supposed to be delivered on 9th April 2023. They only delivered the cake and no other items were delivered. I sent several inquiries to customer service at [protected]@gifts-to-india.com and also called from USA several times on their customer service phone number which was never answered. I did not receive any updates or any kind of response from them. My charge card has been charged with full amount. I am really frustrated with them and I wish I had read some reviews before I used this site. It is a scam and they should be put into jail for scamming people like us. Never ever use this site!

We had ordered 3 gifts from the Gifts to India site for the occasion of Diwali. One was for Hyderabad, One was for Berhampur and the other was for Bhubaneswar. Unfortunately, only one of them got delivered that too with a broken Laxmi Idol.

The status of the rest two orders is still unclear as we are not being able to track them down. The site has provided only one number [protected] which is always switched off. There is no other way to contact their customer care service. You can only raise a ticket through the site and get a cold or no response.

Please do take a look at my complaint and save other customers from falling into the trap. I also have an earnest request to Google for taking the site down as it is good for nothing.

Fraudulent site... looting customers...no customer service... looting in the name of business...FIR lodged against them.. customer service says..they will not entertain my complaint..i had ordered rakhee..for same day delivery on 11th August...it's still not delivered...and they are not willing to refund the money...when u write post on Facebook they block ur comments...they delete ur comments..this company is playing with peoples emotion in the name of gifting..

I ordered Roses and Gerberas centerpiece christmas with candle and Christmas Santa theme cake along with chocolates to be delivered on 24th Dec as I placed order on 10th December - They hand delivered only cake and centre piece

Cake was nowhere designed closer to what was advertised with christmas theme as it was just a plain designed cake

Centre piece christmas theme candle - no where closer to what was advertised as they delivered fresh flower with tiny 3 candles which we use for birthday

Chocolates were delivered vi express transit on 29.12 and this does meets the advertised product but had to be delivered after raising the complaint

Both cakes and candles could have cost much cheaper than what I paid for

Chocolates were delivered by parcel when I had to raise a complaint that this wasnt delivered along with my cake and centrepiece candle as I made order on 10th Dec and nothing was been advised to my receipient that chocolates will be delivered soon

I raised complaint email asking for full refund with valid explanation immediately on 24th dec followed by pics of delivered products on 25h dec as soon as they asked for proof and only explanation they gave was that they have delivered products with fresh cake and flower which are BIT different from what was advertised.. Delivered products are no closer to what was advertised and if this is what they call as bit closer to website, then I would need my money back. I am still chasing for their response for past couple of day but no response till date

I made an order one day earlier than birthday but they delivered at 9 PM when all of my friends and relatives are already left,
Due to this worst service we had do buy another cake and gift from our local bakery, I am highly disappointed and frustrated with their service, When I enquire their customer support, they simply say its still delivered with our regular delivery time (9 AM - 9 PM).

I had placed an order more than two weeks now. The order was HGTI-[protected]. It was chocolates and Prestige BBQ. Chocolates got delivered not the BBQ.
Repeated messages and Facebook chats only give same messages back saying they looking into it.
I have requested for a refund but no results or messages so far.
Kindly look into this fraudulent company who are taking people for a ride and putting genuine gift companies in trouble.

The order was placed on 1st May for the delivery on 5th May. I need to know the status of the same. I understand that India is reeling under a massive Covid wave and that we all might be affected in some way or other but I am really keen in knowing whether the delivery was done by GiftstoIndia24x7.com or not. If not, I would appreciate if you can get it delivered at the earliest. Looking forward from hearing from you.

My flowers did not reach on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I had placed an order on 9th May for a delivery on 11th May for my mother's birthday but strangely no deliver has been made till date.

Can someone please check and respond back as to why the delivery was not done. We understand that the country is currently under a lockdown due to Covid - 19 situation. But a prompt response will be appreciated.

Fraud company.. product (Invoice Number: GTIP-8790) was not delivered and even not replied any mail.they have everything very nice in website and little bit cheaper. So people get trapped. BE careful this ppl are total fraud and for the small amount no body will go to court. But thet are making fortune by this.
I have tried to contact by phone, by email as wells as whatsapp. NO body gave any reply clearly indicating that this company is opened to cheat people and earn some quick money without investing. Sorry they might have invested in website creation and linking there bank account online.
People who stays outside India are getting cheated by this kind of companies as they know nobody will come to theirs office just for Rs. 2600.

Hii, I highly recommend to people please don't order any thing from gift to indai 24/7 i tell you my story this rakhi festival i order rakhi 11 aug and delivery date was 19 aug i am thinking that is alright rakhi was 15 aug and i suppose that they will deliver rakhi on 19 aug to canada but on 20 aug I check email that I didn't get any email about confirm delivery and i call to my brother and i ask are you got any delivery and he said no i just messages to customers service and firstly they didn't reply me fist time and after a-lots message they reply and said oh sorry mam we forget to send your order i was shock that what are you doing and message me mam we send your money back i just said its 20 aug and now you told me about money back and no body message me or call me that we forget about your order than i call to Austrlia Custmer service and he said sorry and promises me that he will send my order as soon as possible with chocolate hamper and i have no option that time and i said ok and they send me again my order slip and they're was written that your order will be send on 26 aug i just tell to my brother that sorrt i know rakhi festival is gone and now you wait and my order will be send on 26 aug and last night i check that its 27 aug and i check online where is my order and your guys not believe that my delivery stuck in Dubai and i send messages again to customers service and this time they message me your delivery send on 31 aug and i was literally shocked and thinking why I chose this [censored] website for rakhi i am really upset from this incident now i am not sure that they will send my order on31 aug Or not i email last night to company but I didn't get any response

I have called the company yesterday, February 27, '19 from the USA and asked them for a delivery of package of sweets to a business address in the city of Kolkata. They explained same-day-delivery service and assured me of delivery next day, by noon on Feb 28, '19. I put the oder by 2:00 PM IST on Feb 27, '19 writing an instruction that package should be delivered by noon today, Feb 28, '19. As of 4PM IST the package had not been delivered. I called several time the company & talked to Samir and Karanjit. They keep informing that they need to call the delivery person and called the in 1/2 hour. I called 3 times and I am on hold as I am writing this note. It is 5:30 PM IST/7:00am US-EST, package has not been delivered. In my 3rd call & on hold for 8 min & continuing.

I would like to highlight the fact that they had shipped the wrong item and also a damaged one.I had ordered for the brand Royal Dansk Danish cookies but they have dispatched Sapphire chocolate cookies which was broken.They were trying to pin the blame on Bluedart.Its the mistake from their part for dispatching the wrong item.I requested them to re-send the Royal Dansk assorted cookies (Rs.595/USD8.50)and not the Sapphire chocolate cookies(Rs.275).It's not good from their part to substitute wrong and cheap brand when the customer has paid more money for a different brand.I am attaching the pictures of what I had ordered and what we received.I have yet to receive the remaining part of the order of 2 boxes of Ferrero Rocher (total 48 pieces) and 50 roses flower bouquet and a black forest cake.I had ordered it for my mom's birthday.would have never wasted time n money if I had known that they are a fraudulent company.

I order a cake and then pink roses bouquet for a birthday for someone but these people send rose petals instead of a bouquet when I ask the reason of the wrong order they said there was no notice available this is the disgusting solista provided I mean who order rose petals for the gift I ordered candles and rose petals only in a plastic bag and and it was first present to my mother in law on her birthday and it was really embarrassing @@ when I complain to the customer support they said the manager will contact you and he will send you the New Order if needed but I never got back from the customer service again and they stopped answering my calls and returning my email response they when do you think it's necessary to send the order correctly this is the disgusting customer service hour and is it was so disgusting disgusting customer service and the present is sent to my mother in law on her first birthday with me it was a scam they took money from me and they didn't send the rules to get to the address I attach the image of the rose petals you can see how disgustingly how badly they deliver the order to their customers and the kick this and it was really messy I couldn't even read what is written on the cake

I had a terrible experience with Gifts-to-India and too bad that I did not read the reviews before I made an order. There are tons of negative feedback about Gifts-to-India! These people are absolutely unprofessional, they do not keep their promises and they are completely unreliable! My gift was supposed to arrived on a certain date but it didn't. When I contacted them they said that they had some problems with the delivery. Cancelled my order.

I've ordered a gift from www.gifts-to-india.com and they did not send me anything! When my order did not arrive I contacted customer service and asked about my order and also asked them to refund my money.
I received the most ridiculous reply you could even imagine! They said that customer has only 48 hours to contact them in order to resolve the issue.
When my order did not show up I tried to reach them but they did not reply and I received a response only two days later!
They did not even give me a chance!
In the end then said how sorry they were that I received such a bad experience and said that they'll try to serve me better next time! Are you kidding me?
And they still expect that I'll ever order from them again? Beyond ridiculous!
