Name Kathy who is . Autistic. I went to giant Eagle and bought about 6 items. Gave the girl 2 coupons. And she went crazy and didn't finish my order started to scream that she was stressed out and left the register without finishing my order and the customer who knew nothing about what had started yelling at me horribly because he said the store will close and he won't be able to get food because of me. l. am 76 years old. I am paying an agency $120. For a 4 hour minimum to shop to take care of my handicapped husband to put up with this is awful person because she shouldn't be working because she evidently cannot handle working right now. I told the manager she should not be working if she is that stressed. I think she should not be on register if she cannot handle working with the public

Plastic as everyone knows has become a big issue for our environment, so why is Giant Eagle taking 5 years to do away with plastic bags? We have started using our re-usable bags for shopping which are not expensive and actually very convenient (I always have plastic bags in the garage ready to take to recycle which means by the time I remember to take the bags they are becoming a real nuisance)

I went to your Willoughby, Ohio Giant Eagle at 5:55am when i noticed that almost every aisle was blocked off with cardboard end caps. I couldn't get down most of the aisles. This was a huge inconvenience so i went to Meijers. The aisles that weren't blocked by cardboard end caps, were blocked by employees filling the shelves . Shouldn't your employees fill the shelves at midnight ? This type of attitude speaks loudly to your customers. And i notice that the majority of your employees park near the entrance . Aamazon will be coming out with their drones soon and Giant Eagle cant afford to lose any more customers . The Willoughby Hills, Ohio Giant Eagle location had to close because of poor turnouts. I paid for a SHOWROOM car wash and parts of my car weren't even touched! This is unacceptable. Even the cheapest of car wash selections should wash your entire car! But the most expensive selection (SHOWROOM) should undoubtedly not miss a thing. I've submitted my receipt and photos. You can see where the spinning washer touched the back of my car but missed most of it.
stocking & checkout
Nothing is ever stocked in this store despite the # of box carts strewed all around. There's generally 3 people working registers and 4 or more just hanging around looking for a light to blink. They should be bagging for those forced into self checkouts and don't. And the self checkouts are so slow and so sensitive that using them is completely unreasonable. A lot of us put up with a lot from this store because it is a rural area and we don't have a ton of options. What we do have however is a nice local store that will order, stock, and checkout all my products. I will never step foot back in this garbage giant eagle. Of all the ones I've gone to it's by far the worst. I'll happily pay a bit more or drive a bit further to avoid this [censored] hole. You have the laziest employees that I've ever seen. The only ones working hard are the cart boys.

The bread has good flavor but is full of really large holes most likely due to incompetent bakery personnell who haven't a clue about how to knead dough.
