George Spooner and Associates Excellent Service

George provided excellent service. It was a little hard to get a hold of him as he is always swamped. He has been in business over 25 years and has only 2 complaints. As he has over 2, 000 client annually, that must show the 99.99 satisfaction rate of his clients. After all who can be happy when dealing with taxes. He has always been very professional and dedicated and truly tries his best to get everything done and that i shard to find now a days as there are so many scammers out there. His practice is geared towards the entertainment industry but he is very versed in most industries.

I have always wanted the expert and found that when dealing with very busy people that are high in demand, there is usually an excellent reason. They are very good at what they do. I would definitely go back again and again.

The prior two complaints must be disgruntled taxpayers and they should file their complaints against the cheating IRS and all the unfair tax laws out there. Maybe they should go to Jackson Hewitt who recently filed bankruptcy.

I have sent numerous emails to find out who submitted the complaint with no response whatsoever. The actual complaint never happened and it appears to be an old employee who just wanted to disparage my reputation. I always address problems right away.

George Spooner and Associates Bad Service and Liar

DO NOT USE GEORGE SPOONER! It cost me over $10k to fix his mistakes on my taxes. I gave him the opportunity to make it right, he dodged my phone calls and emails for 4 months. When I was finally able to get a hold of him he kept telling me it was being handled. Come to find out he NEVER once did anything he said he did! Now I have a tax lein on my house and the IRS is breathing down my back! He is a complete FRAUD and Liar, he should have his license takes away!

Never happened. This is posted by a reputation defense company. No contact form this person whatsoever and he will not reveal the identity so any problem could be resolved. Fake review

George Spooner and Associates Bad service

I used George for many years. He has always been challening to get ahold of and pin down. Two years ago I had the following experience. He strung me along for many month and I constantly got the run around. Eventually (around June), he got my returns done and was apologized etc. Last year was similar but not nearly as protracted. This year, he is back to the same old deal. He made an appointment, which he cancelled with about 2 hours notice. He said that he would contact me the next day to reschedule. Thats was 3 weeks ago and I still havent heard from him despite multiple calls and emails. So I moved on...and have encourage anyone I know who still bothers with him to do the same. Just a lack of professsioanlism all around despite many years of loyalty to his services. NO MORE!

There will always be a few problems when dealing with the IRS and Taxes. Who has not had a problem dealing with the government and their workers. They do not work fast and only delay things. Then they blame everyone else. People who file complaints without using their real name are usually fraudulent and are being done by reputation defense companies trying to get peoples business.

There will always be people who are not satisfied with services. When you have over 2000 clients there will always be a few who are never happy. I guess it is true that you can't satisfy everyone.
