I would avoid ordering from this company as the other reviews have stated- wish I had seen these sooner. I had to contact them twice as the "processing" took double the time quoted on my order confirmation: "Thank you so much for your order! One of us will get your items boxed up and shipped in the next 1-3 Working Days. Once it ships, you will receive a second email with your shipping details"- for reference, none the statements/promises made in the aforementioned quote were fulfilled, accurate or honest. I took multiple attempts to even get a response. Ironic, considering it says their customer service is available to help from 9-6 PST. It was not until I told them I would be flagging the charges via my bank, that I heard back at all and was told "good news! you're item has been shipped". No explanation for the time lag. I still have not received my product and am skeptical that it will arrive in the now extremely pushed back delivery window. Its a domestic shipment so the fact that I have received international items in less time is beyond sketchy and extremely disappointing given the price-point of their products and labels they carry. It is quite clear that they never bothered to even prep the order or respond until I offered to stop payment. Mind you I had already been charged on day 1 of my order being placed. The shipping label literally was not even created until yesterday. Genuine People did nothing to remedy the situation and feels they need to supply no explanation or communication to their patrons. For high end clothing or just general customer respect, I would look to alternative retailers.
Return process
I bought some items from Genuine People and everything did not fit. I asked for a replacement but their rep said that was impossible and their policies did not allow them to replace. I did not understand anything, but everything they told me seemed like a scam.
Anyways, I asked them what options did I have and they said that they were able to give me a store credit. They said that I have to send the items back at my own expense and after that I'll get my credit. There was no point in doing that so I decided to keep them. I will not buy from this site ever again because of their terrible and unfair return policy!
Gift order for christmas
I would warn anyone and everyone that this company has ZERO customer service, , no phone contact, emails are answered a day or two later with, , "we'll look into it and back to you"., . they should not be dealt with at all. arrogant, unprofessional, and in this case, very stressful. ordered article on 9th of december, its now 21 december, without any communication, tracking information, shipping information, etc etc. the only email received was a computerized thanks for contacting us. there would normally be some way to track an order or have a status . my credit card has already been charged so they are quick to take the money and impossible to deliver the goods. have complained to credit card company and consumer watchdogs.

Disappointed
I made an order and purchased some clothing from Genuine-People website. On their website everything looked so nice and well made.
Delivery took way longer than I expected, almost two months. The whole time I was trying to get in contact with customer support but received no reply.
When my order finally arrived I was extremely disappointed with the quality, items looked nothing like pictures on their website. Real items were made from very cheap material and looked poor. I tried to return everything in order to get a refund but they did not reply. Beware!
