Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how Genpact handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Genpact and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Genpact Roof etc

Claim [protected] File #105959 I filed 4 months ago with Home Depot,then Genpact and Sedgwick. Home depot installed roof for me and the Roof leaks are doing damage inside the house. I have been in contact with Heather Hoard and Pearline McKenzie constantly,to no help with this .I have had a offer to patch and come back with additional complaint as the roof slowly falls in! I read the Better Business complaints and they all sound like Me and My complaint. The roof was installed improperly!And I have had Roofing co. inspection as to the poor workmanship! I went to Home Depot because I felt as though they had a good reputation. BOY THATS NOT SO. If you and your MINIONS cannot assist I will seek help legally. $14,000.cannot be wasted on this matter!

Genpact Wrong exit date and denying to change

Hello,

This is regarding my old employer Genpact . I have requested to put date of exit as 8 June 2018 as i had to joined new company on 13th June 2018, however they marked as 19th June 2018. After getting the relieving letter , i was keep following up to change the date of exit...

It's been years they clearly denying to not change it. It worked there for 5 yrs and my whole amount stuck with this... Please help me on this

I couldn't even transfer my amount to new company.

Genpact Roof

Home Depot installed my roof in 2018. The roof came with a lifetime warranty. I discovered I had a leak in the roof in 2019. I was told by Home Depot to contact Genpact. I contacted Genpact and received a letter dated March 5, 2020 telling me to to call an 877 number and gave me a claim number. I have contacted the 877 number a number of times. Each time I am apologized to by the person on the line who is at a call center. They take my info and tell me someone will be calling me. I have yet to receive a message from anyone regarding my roof. It is now August of 2021 and I just left another message. So frustrating! Poorly run business to say the least!

Desired outcome: Fixed roof before I die!

This is exactly my current situation with Genpact. Three weeks of no call backs to even start the warranty process. I had the work done by Home Depot and their contracted installation co. in 2000. Roof has a 40 year warranty and is now leaking. Home Depot can outsource their warranty work to any company they want but I hold Home Depot ultimately responsible. Over 30 year customer of Home Depot and I may never shop there again if this issue does not get resolved soon.

Genpact very poor working.

Service and handling responsibility of HR in genpact is very poor.. They just make all the candidates wait uselessly.. If someone went there in the morning.. They make them wait till night 8 or 9 and complete only 2 3 rounds of the interview. I went for only documentation and still they made me wait 4 hours there, and didn't complete even a single thing like salary discussion.. Then I had to come back without offer letter.. They really need to learn how to work and how to handle responsibilities..

Genpact recruitment team

Even after giving the date of joining they are still not boarding us.They are delaying our date of joining even after calling us from different cities . The HR's of the company in uppal office of hyderabad (HR Sanjana, HR Muqeet, HR Chandana ) are not even responding to our calls and messages and harrassing us by giving fake LOI's. Even the HR Chandana has the most disrespectful way of talk. We have already spent so much amount of money because of their pathetic management .
This way the management team of genpact is not putting a good impression in market as an MNC .

Genpact cab driver of ts 15 ua 6442 hit our car from the back side

Cab driver was talking over the phone and hit our car from the backside, when we asked him to get out of the car he tried to drive it over me, but my husband came on time when he was doing that and stopped him... He was very arrogant and was not accepting his mistake... The people in the cab were supporting without thinking about future accidents that this driver might do in future... If he doesn't have the control on break, he will definitely hit a lorry some day and it will be a major accident... So the point is, if the driver apologized, we would have left him, but he was behaving like a rowdy and even wanted to run the cab over when I tried to stop him.. so I as a woman, do not want to leave this guy...

Genpact service

I came here for interview. Toilet and water is basic need of any person. But when I asked they told me it is in parking. If a company don't have toilet at reception or sending them to parking is worst experience in any company till now I visited.
Please respect everyone. And toilet was not even clean. Your staff behavior is also not good. Person came for interview will join you and if you behave like this to your future employee than it's pathetic.

Genpact salary/epf

Hi team
I am vishal singh chauhan ohr[[protected]] joined genpact on 14may2016. My nho was done on 30may2016 but i was going to office continuously since the date of joining as training was going on and all my batch mates have received their salary but i didn't received my salary of those 17 days from 14 may 2016 to 31 may 2016. I spoke to my manager regarding this a number of times but everytime he told me to wait and said that i'll get a cheque for it. But nothing was done, i spoke to my senior supervisor but still the same happened. At last my manager told me that i'll not get it. My nho was done on 30may2016 because our training manager told me that i need not to go for the nho at noida office and he will arrange an online nho for me because my training was going on so it was late. So please check and clarify. I am attaching a copy of my offer letter here please find it. My fnf letter has been sent to me a long back and since then i am continuously writing to you. But there ia no response. I can only go with my fnf once my salary issue has been resolved. I took this matter to everyone but all in vain. This is my final try.

Genpact my relieving letter

sir my self has been cheated by the company reputed mnc @Genpact as they are playing with my carrer where they had charged me for giving relieving letter an amount of 12k please help me on this as they are not responding now after taking money they won't even give a proper answer now for my new job that letter is mandatory so please help me on this

Genpact about the interview

I am Bharath.
I had an interview at genpact hyderabad for the position of general accountinformation and accounts payable.
I was at the spot at 10:00 am in the morning.
I am a semi qualified chartered accountant with 2 years of experience and a computer and commerce graduate.
I have submitted my resume at 11:30. and was told I was selected for voice process [censored] came with reference and they considered them who don't even have 10% of what I have. worst hrs with [censored] references

Genpact Offer letter

I cleared all rounds after that hr told me to arrange all my academic documents then I arrange all documents. But haven't receive any call for documentation. Genpact Interview process

I appeared for an interview in Genpact on 28th May this year and got shortlisted for Assistant Manger Band 4 profile. As per HR: Aishwarya Raghuvanshi the interview was for an Order Management process. It was scheduled Noida sector 135. I went through HR and operations rounds and finally got selected for the position. After 2 days I got an email for document submission and I submitted the same. Later on I waited for around a month for offer letter but no information found from the company.

Later om they confirmed that the business which supposed to own by Genpact is on Hold and they put my offer letter on hold. After someday I had a word with HR and they asked me to go for some other opportunities.

Fake people, fake recruitment process, no body should attend their interviews as they can do this to anyone.

Worst experience for me so I would like to warn others as well.

Genpact I really had very bad experience with GENPACT

This is to inform you that i am commerce graduate, did my graduation from University of Delhi. On March 31, 2011. i got letter of intent for BFIS, day shift at DITP. Manager told us to join after our final year results.After our final year results they didn't called us and when we approached them they again took so many rounds for further process.also. They told us that the loi, which we got in college has no value.

Moreover we respected the procedure, according to them the loi, we received on sep 01, 2011 is our final job letter and we got commitments for BFIS, day shift at ditp. We also got our joining date after 21 days i.e, sep22, 2011. Again we didnt received any call and when we asked in the office they told us that they are not having any opening at DITP for BFIS and day shift. This is really bad. we have wasted our six months for this. and very rudely we got response from them.Sir, i request you to dont play with child future and there should not be campus recruitment. I really had very bad experience with GENPACT.
