Genie slim jeggings 3 sizes to small

This product is not available when ordered. Product takes 2 months and they then send you a post card apologizing for the delay. We finally received them and they are 3 sizes to small. They were ordered via their staff based on current size. They are a poor business to work with. You pay almost 20 for the jeans and then s&h is also 20. Then you get them and you have to pay for return shipping if you want to deal with them again and wait another (what 2 more months) delayed time period to pray they get the sizing right? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME! This company will FAIL if they do not educate their staff to order the proper size in the first place with the customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TRU49fST ME...

Genie slim jeggings Nothing like the advertisement

I ordered the Genie Slim Jeggings back in December, the buy two get one free deal. I bought two different sizes, thinking I could give my sister a set. I received them around March 10, then received a card in the mail a few days before saying it would be shipping in April because of a backorder. I opened the package and pulled out these "looks just like jeans" jeggings. I ordered the extra lining as well, to make them a bit thicker. For something that is supposed to have a "plush" lining, these are more like panty hose. It takes 15 minutes to get them on, and they look just like panty hose, showing every bump, crack and crevice! They would be absolutely indecent to wear in public like the girls on the advertisement do. They look nothing like the ones the models in the ads are wearing. The "jean" look is simply a picture in the material, with a pocket sewed on. Watching the models slide them on and adjust them comfortably is a joke. The Large/extra large had to be pulled and tugged and twisted to get on. According to their size chart, I should have had a medium. There is no way I could even get those up my legs. My sister in law, who is small, tried them on, and had to pull and tug them on, even the large ones, and her husband told her she looked "nasty" like she was naked and had painted clothes on her skin. That is how they look. Talk about false advertising. None of the models look like that in the ads. I wouldn't wear these in public without a shirt down to my knees! I tried to call to get a return number, and I can't get anyone to answer to give me a return number. This is the most false advertising I have ever seen!

Genie slim jeggings Order never received

Nothing ticks me off worse than to place an order and it takes 3 months to receive it. I placed an order with Genie Jeggings around the first of December and here it is March I still haven't received my order, although they have already hit my credit card for $29.98. When you call their "so call Customer Service you never get an english speaking person on the phone", if you asked to speak with their manager they will tell you the manager is not available or they will just hand you off to the person they are sitting next to who pretends to be a supervisor, yeah right. This company is a hoax, their customer service "SUCKS" and you can't get a stright answer from anyone. They can't give an estimated time of delivery or the product you have order. Something needs to be done with this company if they can't fulfilled their orders in a timely manner than they need to be closed down, it should not take 3 months to receive an order and they should never ever hit your credit card until the merchandise has been deliver to the customer. I will never order anything else from this company again.

I purchased these they are not what I ordered and are poorly conceived
I wear a large I ordered l &Xl and bearly got them on no real waistband to
keep them up. These would work well only for skinny girls and you would have
to order a much larger version . The advertising is misleading.

Genie slim jeggings Unfair practice

I had ordered this product, buy one get 2 free from their web site.I ordered these back in December and I just got them 2/20/2015. The web site states easy exchange or return but what they don't tell you is that you don't get the processing fee or handling fee returned. You can't return the items until you call them and get a return authorization number. Very poor practice on their part. I did receive an email stating my order had been received, the same day I ordered. The e-mail also stated that I would receive a tracking number which I NEVER received. I wasn't told the item was shipped. I got an e-mail telling me how to care for the product and got that even before i got the product. They took $31.22 off my credit/debit card which I am only getting back the $19.99. I will call thm this morning for the RA# and I will also inform them that if I don't get the full amount credited to my card I will report them to the BBB.

On the one hand, as a consumer, I can totally understand why Pelkoski is upset about receiving roughly two thirds of her purchase price back rather than the full amount. That said, all of her problems are on her. The company states their policy up front and in writing. It is NOT their fault, or problem, that she didn't take the time to research whom she was buying from and what THEIR policies are.

This is the digital age. More and more people are buying merchandise, sight unseen, from companies they have not done business with in the past. Personally, if I am going to buy a product I have never used before I take the time to learn ALL about their return policy. Even if their product is great, any woman can tell you, a size 6 from one company could be a 4 or an 8 from the next. MOST companies will NOT REFUND shipping especially if the reason is not due to a defective product. All the wrong color, size, didn't like or changed my mind excuses need to expect that THEY are going to have to pay for not being sure up front. The additional $7.99 which this company charges even if their product is defective is ridiculous. They shipped a defective product and charge the consumer to take it back? That IS scandalous BUT...That is one of their policies, stated up front and in writing...if you don't want to pay for their mistakes then do the smart thing. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM.

Pelkoski also complained about purchasing the jeggings in December and not receiving them until February. Again my question/comment...and? Their site CLEARLY informs perspective customers that shipping takes 4-6 weeks, definitely NOT the company to buy from if one is seeking instant gratification or even a reasonable shipping time. I don't work for the post office (nor do I work for this company with all the the sucky policies) but I have mailed and received a few packages in my day. The USPS sells the ability to track your package on the higher priced shipping options. If the company informs (in advance) that you will receive your merchandise in 4-6 weeks, that is practically the slow boat from China option and tracking is SOOOOO NOTavailable.

I feel bad for Pelkoski, I do. But hopefully she, and everyone who reads this, will learn from her mistake. DON'T assume the company you are thinking about buying from is as open, up front and as honest as Amazon.com. Many, if not most, of them are not. Don't rush to purchase that great deal! The fine, and not so fine, print may have you tucking your credit card back in your wallet and counting your blessings. Even if your jeggings arrive in the stated 6 week time frame, by clicking to buy from these guys you are agreeing to accept soliciting phone calls and unsolicited e-mails, not just from them but from ALL the third parties they choose to sell your information to. If you don't know the company on the internet, who is offering that SMOKIN' deal, take time and do a little more clicking. You might find reviews from people who do know them...some of the reviews might be good and some might be bad, but at least you will know...before you give them your hard earned money. Internet shopping is not like going to a brick and mortar store at the mall. The manager isn't quite as willing to refund your money in the hope that you won't scare away the perspective spending customers listening to your conversation. There is no one listening here. Pelkoski, threatening this company with the BBB is an empty threat at best. Odds are really good these guys aren't members and BBB only holds sway over members, not to mention that hardly ANYONE even checks with the BBB anymore. Bottom line - ALL of the things you are upset about were posted IN ADVANCE of your purchase. Warning someone doesn't help...If they ARE NOT LISTENING.

Genie slim jeggings Company double charged my credit card

I call to order these jeggins after seeing them advertised on tv. I called on December 29th and when I placed my order the machine would not let me hang up the phone without trying to get me to order more stuff.everytime I would say no or press the number for no it keep asking me what size I wanted. After about a hour of saying no it finally said ok your order has been place and that I would get a email in the next 20 minutes. I waited and never got a email conformation. So i waited 24 hours and went to customer status to check and it keep saying there was no order for me. I got suspicious and went online to reviews and saw the bad reviews so I call the 1-973 number to cancel my order and they had no record of my order so I check my credit card and there was a pending charge for twice the amount of my order. I call my credit card company and report to them. They told me that they would put a hold on the amount I said was fragelent and for me to file a dispute the next day when someone was in the dispute office. The next day I called customer status and still no record of my order so I called my credit card company back to file the dispute and try and cancel the charges. They could not do anything until that company applied the charges but they told me as soon as they did to call back. I checked my account everyday to make sure they had not charged my credit card. Seven days later I get a email conformation from customer statue with the charges on them. They had charge me for two set of jeggins plus an additional $19.98 processing and handling charge and a $4.99 shipping safeguard fee which they tried to get me to get the safeguard fee when they had me on the phone for $7.99 and I said no. So I called customer status when I got the email and told them I wanted to cancel my order that they had charged me for things I didnt even ask for. She ask me was I ms and said my name and I said yes she paused a minute and then said your order is cancel. I asked for a conformation number and she gave me my order number I said that's my order number she said it's the same. I said have y'all charged my card she said it was a pending one and I shall see it gone in a day or two. I keep checking my card to see if it's there. So the moral to this story is don't trust this company. I will not order from any of the tv advertisement again. Be aware these are not the companies they have brought rights to these companies products.

i ordered the 3 colors from them and after several weeks of waiting recieved them with a $$19..00 shipping order. i don`t know what kind of scam this is or where it comes from but BEWARE ! after many call of having them tell me i had not placed an order, it showed up on my credit card with the crap they called jeans, i have dishtowels thicker.

I tried to cancel as soon as the order was placed. They said no record of my order.
Then they sent me 9 pair of their junk and charged my credit card for a huge amount. Junk, junk, junk.
I filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I called to place an order on 01-07-15 the amount for order was pending the same day as soon as I got off phone with them. Then the next day the money was back in my account I called customer service and asked about my order. They told me they had no order for me so I said fine don't worry about it. Then on 02-05-15 $29.95 was drafted out of my bank account by the jeggings company saying I had ordered the jeggings a whole month later they just up and took money from my account without any notice mind you they said they didn't even have a order for me right. They are a fraud rip off please do not deal with this company now I have to wait two weeks for my money to be replaced in my account very inconvient I'm changing my bank information:-(

I filled put all the ordering information for genie slim jeggings on their website. after seeing the shipping would be almost 10$ and take at least 3 weeks to ship I changed my mind and did NOT select submit. The next day (Thursday) I saw that they had phoned as well as the following day. Again on Monday I got a call from 'unknown' and answered only to find they had saved my information and were using it to harass me into buying the product. I told the caller to stop badgering me and to delete my personal information. I don't want them to be able to charge my account. I notified my credit card company to not allow any such charge. I hope I have no more problems with this company.Thank you

I order leggins and bra on12/29 it is now 1/11 and still have not recieved...I ordered something else from a different company on the same day and recieved it a week ago...this is insane...I called them and they told me it has not even been shipped yet...I asked why and they said it is just their way of shipping...I told then to charge me 14.95 in shipping and handling and that it would be 3 weeks till they ship is insane...then they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy something else from them I told them they are crazy and they took my money the same day and havent even shipped my items yet that I will never be ordering anything from them ever again...poor way of doing business !

I ordered buy one and get 12/9/14 and I was told that my order would be here the 27th of dec. I called the service rep and I was told that my order was back logged. I called about my order again and I was told on 1/7/15 that my order would be before saturday because it was still in their warehouse and it be here this week. Today is sat. Iwould really like someome to explan to me about this situation HOW CAN YOU PUT BUY NOW BEAT THE CHRISTMAS RUSH AND WHEN I CALL YOU SAY THAT IT WILL BE HERE IN TWO DAYS .WHY LIE TO ME ABOUT SOMETHING I SPENT MY MONEY ON ? YOU MAKE WAIT OVER A MONTH BUT WHEN I CALL IT WILL BE HERE IN TWO DAYS ( FAST TO TAKE THE MONEY BUT SLOW TO SENT YOUR PRODUCT) NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
