Genesis Air Services — unfulfilled extended warranty
Warranty paperwork provided by this company at the time of installation indicates full warranty until 2020, but since the company failed to pay the fee to the manufacturer, keeping it instead, when the unit broke down we were stuck with a $2280 repair bill.
We tried to contact the company by phone prior to having the repairs done, no return call. We've notified them several times by mail, no response.
We have notified the manufacturer (Trane Air Conditioners) for possible help or clarification, to no avail.
