On 12-15-2018 my car was taken to Jerrys for a MVA collision repair. Week after week it was excuse after excuse as to why my car was not complete. On 3-14-2019, I was advised I could come pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed unacceptable work and even fraud as old parts were put back on that were charged to the bill as new. I took many photos advised I was contacting my insurance company. They held my car hostage to repair and attempt to cover the fraud. 3 weeks more on 4-5-19 I had my car picked up and taken to another shop which was evaluated with me on 4-8-19 and confirmed all of my concerns with the hack job work performed on my vehicle. There is now talk that my car will be totaled out. Photos and video was taken with the new shop and is attached below. I am contacting a few lawyers as well, as this is completely unacceptable. I have also reached out to the GM - Rick at Jerrys Chevrolet 410-661-9100. I had to leave a message and no call back as of yet. I don't have any invoices relating to my car as I was not offered nor did I sign anything agreeing that the repairs made. The interior smells like mold, the floor bolt is rusted as that my top isn't secured properly and water has gotten inside over the 4 months this dealership has had my vehicle. Additional damage is done to my car as there is multiple scratches in which I have pictures from accident before it was towed to current damaged photos.

Desirable outcome would be that my car be paid for to have acceptable repairs and work completed. The safety of my vehicle is also of concern due to the questionable suspension repairs. The accident was not my fault and my vehicle should be repaired to as new conditions. My repairs should also be completed asap as its been 4 months now without my car.

This is highly upsetting as I love my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Convertible Fifty.
