Geek.com My order

I ordered a product from your geek app and I have a confirmation order number and email confirmation but every time I want to track my order an error message comes out and it doesn't appear on my order list so that why I'm trying to get in contact myself with your customer support to see what is going on with my order and why can't I track my order

Geek.com Moon and star light for kids

I was informed that when i oredered it that i would receive my delivery by december 28 thru the 31... I received it yesterday and witnesses saw the mail carrier throw it against my front door.. Which startled everyone except. . My roommate just had pulled up and seen the us postal carrier was in a bit of a hurry and they didnt have time to knock or ring the door bell.. Or if it was too much they should left a note to pick up package at the post office.. I might say... A little girl who waited for her gift from geek.com which is also co partners with wish.com.. This is pathetic.. And i will be refunded. Its messed up to had waited so long and have it treated like uncared for.. What services you provided my family yesterday.. Hell.. That was so plain rude! Never again will i be suckered to purchase through wish.com or geek.com.. They are they products.. Bogus bull#### that led you to believe that the product eas larger for the price i paid for a crackerjack item.. Gee... Such ####ty customer services folks. Rip off online shopping.. Dont waste your time.. Your beter off going to a flea market for the same #### and pay less for what should very differently. And.. It doesnt work: (
Shame on the ####ty app that wont allow you to get back on in trying to save power.. Sucks!

Geek.com Swegway Authorization To WISH (ContextLogic Inc.)

Angry Mom Ordered 2 Swegways for my son's Christmas gift Nov 22 20415. Knowing they would be coming from China I ordered early... I got an order confirmation followed by tracking info with in 48 hours. When tracking # stated 5-10 days before tracking available I emailed the company contact for tracking # and carrier info. No response. Dec 10 I received a refund notification from Paypal with no explanation giving. Needless to say I am more than disappointed. As will my sons be as I now have no time to order the item from another source to get it here by Christmas. I will stick with Alibaba or Ali express where my purchases have been successful.

Geek.com Missing item

this was my first online purchase. First time for also purchasing from this company, . Item was shorted from package. customer service was horrible. sent two emails, no response. called, avg time on hold waiting for customer service was 122 hour. finally spoke with rep and they stated that because of the weight of the package, they were sure it was shipped. suggested I call the police department. Called the police department. They said they would not waste time with this.
Therefor no refund for me.
Would not let me speak with a supervisor or anyone else because they would have said the same thing.
Her solution was to buy a more expensive product, pay extra shipping to cover for Christmas.
Please be aware of purchasing from them

I bought a stereo from them and it was broke and they sent me another one and it was broken to so they iwas told to return both stereos and the would refund me the stereos and the installation and the shipping and handling to return them and now they wont give me my money back and im not happy about it cause now im out $469 dollars that they owe me 205 and 125 for installation 181 for the stereo and 139.05 to return them

I PLACED 2 ORDER WITH GEEK.COM 1/1/2009
THEY VERIFIED MY CREDIT CARD BUT STILL SUSPECTED NOT VALID IT'S MINE
DROPPED THE ORDER AS SHOWN ON MY PENDING TRANSACTION ON MY BANK STATEMENT
LATER E-MAIL THEM JUST GO AHEAD CANCELL THIS ORDER SO I CAN GET FROM OTHER VENDOR EVEN LEAVED THE MESSAGE TO NICOLE M.
LATER 9 DAYS ELAPSED WHITOUT UPDATING WHAT GOING ON THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
TODAY I TOLD THEM NOT TO SHIP THE CANCELLED ORDER SINCE IGOT FROM OTHER VENDOR COMING
THIS A HUMILIATING TO DEAL WITH GEEK.COM
PRETEND THEY NOT RECEIVING ALL THE E-MAIL NOT VOICE MAIL
I WILL UPDATE MORE THE OUTCOME

they are a rip off. items were supposed to be new but it looked like they must have taken them off of the clearance rack. a box was torn and neither had the directions. this is a rip off waiting to happen

i ordered from them as well. did not get as ordered. took 4 months to get refund through the credit card company. Not a good company to do business with
