GearBubble necklace ordered

The item ordered was so beautiful, I had to get it for my wife. However, when it was received, the lettering was so small you could not read it even with magnifiers. On line this item is very clear, but it is not that way when you receive it. This is clearly a misrepresentation and deceiving. Objects should be shown in such a way that the customer to view it to size. Also, the item took one month to get...clearly missing the time frame for Christmas. We just received it on 1-4-19.
I would like a refund for this. There is no way my wife can appreciate it or show it to others and have them enjoy it.

GearBubble to my daughter-in-law pendant

We would like to return this pendant, the copy on this pendant
is so tiny it can only be read with a magnifying glass. We had no idea the copy would be so small and almost unreadable.
This is a round pendant, with copy we cannot even read.

GearBubble truckers wife pendant

I am very disappointed with this product as it is very hard to read the inscription the chain is not the one advertised and looks to be of very low quality. I ordered it on November 30 and have just collected it from the post office January 4. I also had to pay £14:73 customs charge which I believe you should have known about and taken into consideration. This was meant to be a Xmas present and I was very disappointed not to be able to give my wife a present. I would like a full refund or at least the custom charge. I will not be buying anything more from you.

GearBubble wrong order and horrible customer service!!

I received the 2 mugs that i ordered from you and both are wrong. 1 has the wrong color hair and the other had 2 completely wrong names. These were meant to be Christmas presents and not only are they past Christmas but they are both wrong. one is the right color hair but had completely wrong names! The second one, the names are correct but the short hair is suppose to be red. I'm extremely disappointed and have been trying to contact someome for since Dec. 28th! I've tried emailing everyday and I've gotten no reply but I did recieve a feedback request! Are you kidding me, then I cant even reply to the request the sent me. On top of this, I have tried to call the phone number, you are on hold forever and then they say they are no longer taking calls and to email them! This is absolutely ridiculous! I want my money back or my order corrected and I cant even reach anyone to fix the issue!

I ordered 2 pendant heart necklaces and they said they were being processed on 12/11/18 still no necklaces and it's 1/2/19, money was taken out of my account already.Would like to know where my necklaces are. reciept number is #[protected] Order # is gb_9df1bed305227a00 I need to have my necklaces sent to me or refunded my money.They werre gifts for my daughters and I was told they would be here before christmas but they weren't.I try to call but can't get a person to talk to.Please resolve this issue as I'm very disappointed that I couldn't give them to my daughters for christmas.I ordererd them from an ad off facebook.

GearBubble gearbubble / necklaces

What a piece of crab, you can't even read the word using a magnifying glass. Had to wait over 20 days to get it. It not worth $10 and cost $30. Going to report to BBB . Want my money back. The necklace is about 2 inches wide. What a crock. Now I find out if I don't put 350 letter they won't even look at this. so here are enough letters SCREW THIS COMPANY.

GearBubble necklaces

I ordered 2 necklaces one for granddaughter and one for daughter in law these were for Christmas I ordered them on Dec. 4 2018 they took money from account on Dec, 5 2018 I didn't receive the necklaces for Christmas I apologized to my granddaughter and daughter in law for them not being there I replaced the order with another company and they arrived in 2 days with free shipping I got my bank involved and disputed the charges on Dec.21 2018 I just today (Dec.30, 2018) got 1 of the necklaces I will be returning it as well as the other if I ever get it then we will see just how long it takes to get the refund I am certain my bank will get it for me in a timely matter I will never order again from them and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND HOPE THIS KEEPS ANYONE ELSE FROM GOING THROUGH THE DISAPPOINTED THEY HAVE CAUSED ME.

I have sent 3 complaints without any results What a SCAM never again I called your so called Customer Service several times and they are not taking phone calls. I paid for this and it seems that I'm getting ripped off. The zip code states the correct state which I assume your company and its employees cant figure out. Do I need to contact the Better Business Bureau on your so called business because I am NOT going away until I am refunded or have possession of the item ordered.

GearBubble daughter in law pendant

Not happy with the the necklace due to very small print. can not read. Need to return it for a full refund. Also didn't get a conformation or item number with the product. Believe i was suppose to get an email but never received it. I also call customer service left my name and phone number but as of today no reply. My phone number is [protected].

GearBubble faulty merchandise

I ordered the engraved men's watch from Great Family Gifts as a gift for Christmas for my husband. In order to make sure it got here I placed the order on 10/3 and it was delivered 10/25. However, on Christmas day, my husband wore the watch and it broke. I contacted the Great Family gift and their response was it had been over 30 days, there wasn't anything they could do. Seems to me like they know the items they sale aren't worth the money so they only offer 30 days.

GearBubble not receiving order.

I ordered the father-daughter pendant #gb_03313f526e4a57df and the to my wife-us pendant #gb_201ccae55e7eba97 on [protected]. When I try to check the status all it says is processing. It has already taken the payment but I have nothing. Why is it taking so long to process when it should have been shipped already? My e-mail is on the order so I would like a response as soon as possible. Thank you.

GearBubble bonus dad mug

I ordered this because it said it would arrive BEFORE Christmas. That's not true. It says it it wont be here till the 27th. If you can't send your product as promised, than you shouldn't be ADVERTISING that you can send it BEFORE Christmas. Now my kids are upset because the gift we purchased from yall wont be here for them to give to their stepdad. VERY disappointed.

GearBubble necklace ordered on 12/17/18

How in the world can you; as a retailer, find it acceptable to tell a customer you have NO IDEA when my order will ship? Here is the initial statement. "Please be advised that all our items are customized and our standard turnaround time is 7 - 12 business days excluding weekends and holidays but I already sent a follow up on your order to our production team to get your order ready for shipment." I thought this meant someone was following up on a status?!?!?!?! Yet I get this response, "

I have been waiting for these mugs for maybe over a month I checked and it said delivered on the 20 ate 7:54 am on front porch I need this product delivered asap I have cancer and it works be the last Christmas gift to my daughters I need something done about this product. I have ask d neighbors and would appreciate them to be send overnight I will not buy anymore products from your company and I shop online a lot.

December 4&5 ordered wife necklesses order no #GB-4553890e9ed544af #GB82f46c9332036786 and GB-94d70c60ee9b3d5 and as of 12/23/2018 the order says order being made evidently they have no instock product If they have the same message on them surely they should have seed stock on hand these were ordered for Christmas gift for my wife and 2 days before Christmas they are still being made? I am asking to cancel my order as surely they cannot produce their product in a timely matter and request a full refund. If called for I will dispute the credit card payment and contact the Indiana attorney general

GearBubble delivery

I ordered 2 customized products and the delivery said between 12/19 - 12/21. Ot is now 12/22 & there have been ZERO updates in days. The gifts WILL MOT get here in time. Now I musr buy replacement (NOT CUSTOMIZED ) gifts. Then I will get these sometime after Christmas and have to pay to ship them somewhere else. No response from e mail to customer service.
I plan to tell everyone I know, and put my experience on social media. Everyone else delivered on time...Amazon, Ebay, Kohl's, Lowe's, Wal Mart. I will NEVER get burned by Gearbubble again.

GearBubble coffee mug with picture of dog

First I placed my order on 12/6/18 and on 12/9/18 I received an email stating that my mug was being made. According to the email it was suppose to take a couple of days to make under a week the longest but for more customized 10 to 14 days. I already sent an email to inquire about the status and received a response two days later stating the same thing. No information on what is taking my order so long to make. After reading all of the other complaints I can see that I am not going to receive my order for christmas or probably at all and I want my money refunded! I do plan to take action if I do not receive satisfaction. I will definitely let everyone know about gearbubble and not to trust them.

I place my order with a picture of the cat on the 7th of December with a promise of an Xmas delivery. Took them 2 days to answer my email with just a canned explanation that there is no timetable on order and just wondering if I want a refund. I do not want a refund I want what I paid for. Do not buy from this company they are liars a product ordered on 12/7 with a promise of an Christmas delivery is a fraud they charge you the second they get the order then they don't care

I finally received the pendant I ordered on 12/14/18 today 1/5/19. I am very disappointed. I can not read the writing on this and would like my money refunded. It would be an insult to give her something like this. please respond to my e-mail. Thank you Michele Lyons

GearBubble no tracking and order information

I placed a order for a blue and grey fleece Fox Racing jacket on 11/20/2018. I still have not received a tracking number or any information about my order. My card was debited 79.99 for the jacket a few minutes after placing the order. I have tried contacting Gearbubble by email and calling two different customer service phone numbers and I still have not been able to speak with a representative and no one has replied to any of the 5 emails that I have sent to this company. I am very upset and disgusted that a company would treat their customers this way. I will be filing a grievance with my bank today regarding this matter and I will definitely let everyone on every social platform that I am a user of that Gearbubble is a scam and do not order a thing from this place. I am not the only having person having this same exact issue. I have read may comments about this company and other people's experiences and it's ironic how every situation is exactly what happened to me.

GearBubble you should be ashamed of yourselves.
