Dear Sir/ Madam,
Our wedding day started out really well, everything was going to plan and everyone was enjoying themselves. But after the meal and the speeches, some of our guess noticed the wine being taken off the tables by your staff, My son-in-law asked a male member of your staff what he was doing, he just laughed and walked off with the wine. When I confronted Connor about this he said he didn't know what I was talking about, but the young black girl behind the bar said to him while I was standing there, "oh look a bottle of wine shall I get it", Connor shook his head at her.
I asked Connor to put the bubble tubes and sweets out for the children, I found a lot of them under the table the next day.
Then our friend had a fall just outside the door of the Park and Dudley, myself and two friends helped her up. One of our guest got her husband and I went back to my seat, Connor told them there was no accident book and he didn't have to record the accident. I asked my friend if she received any medical care or first aider attention, she said no, Connor said we don't have a first aider, this really spoiled her evening.
Our wedding cake was taken into the kitchen with the Bride, Groom figures, 2 model motorbikes, and flashing lights, all we got back was the Bride and Groom.
Also our family member that stayed in room 107 left they charger behind, when we come into see you on Sunday they said nothing was left in the room. We never got our small black usb stick back that had our wedding music on it.
I have reordered the motorbikes, and have enclosed a copy of the invoice.
We never got our keepsake box for the bride and Groom, when I asked Connor he said you don't do them. Personally I don't think Connor should be a coordinator on his own yet, I think he could do with a bit more training.
