unauthorised deduction of monies from my bank account, unethical practises regarding unsolicited goods.
A free sample of 'wild raspberry ketone' was offered on facebook, £2.95 p&p was required to receive the free sample. At no time did I order any other supplies.
Unfortunately it required me to give in good faith my bank details by way of the long number on my debit card.
At no time was the figure of £79.31 or any figure for future purchases or subscriptions quoted.
I received a package containing a small pouch with two tablets inside & a carton of 60 pills which I had not requested. There was no paperwork or invoice enclosed & I was therefore not aware of the 15 day return clause. If that information been clearly pointed out I would have returned the pills within that time as I no longer wanted them & in fact have not opened the sample or the carton of pills.
This appears to be a big con to dupe unsuspecting people into unknowingly be set up to receive unwanted, unsolicited, expensive goods.
This unexpected, unauthorised deduction of £79.31 from my bank account has caused me hardship, as a pensioner I have limited finances to cover my day to day expenses each month. Therefore I would like a full refund.

I ordered there product They stated that I could cancel this product I decided not o continue with there product but Phenom Health Don't answer there phone and have no email address to cancel, I think they are a scam company. By all accounts they have a lot of complaints I am not the only one. I have rang them 31 times day and night and cannot get a answer the number they give you is [protected] the number rings but no one aver answers, so what can I do, they should be shut down, they were offering a product free but I had to pay postage and was told I could cancel if I was not satisfied, aim not satisfied as the tablets give me indigestion.

Company will not refund all of my money nearly £80.00 despite numerous emails and going on for well over a month due to non -delivery. Only half has been returned. An email from Trish G on 11.07.17 promised to contact me when the 'upper dept' would look into it within 48hrs. Today 17.07.17 still not heard anything and it's difficult to telephone as they are based in Cyprus. I was also badly treated by Phillip on the Live Chat - he was appalling with his attitude and said that once I received the product I could send it back for the rest of my refund. HOW CAN I SEND THE PRODUCT BACK IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I am totally disgusted with their lack of response and huge upset both these people and the Company have caused me, not to mention the financial loss.

This company offered a free trail, and then sent the products anyway which are excessively expensive. I contacted the number and they quoted an exorbitant amount for the products around £60.00 for each product. They are now asking me to return the products which I will if it is to the UK if not I will not be returning the product.
I have contacted my bank and they are cancelling any further payments.
It's a scam and unfortunately, I too have been stung, my bank said that I had not authorised them to take money and have put a block on them, I am going onto trust piolet and all over the net to sham, these gits, plus I am going to contact the fraud department of the police.

I ordered this "free" trial for £2.95 on 31st March 2017. I received a confirmation email which said
"If you made a trial purchase, you can cancel your subscription easily online at any time!"
No where did it mention that you would be charged further if you kept the product or charged for cancelling. Once you ordered you received an email which stated:
"If you made a trial order purchase, you've been automatically enrolled in our time-saving Delivery Program. At the end of your 15-day trial period your Visa ending 0341 will be charged the value of your trial order. Every 30 days thereafter, you'll be sent a refill order using your Visa on file. We offer a 30-day guarantee. Should you decide for any reason that you do not wish to keep the product, you may return it for a full refund, less the cost of shipping & handling. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer."
So I cancelled but they still charged me £38.71 for cancelling a "free trial".
The company does not answer emails or the telephone. Is this 'legal' or can I reclaim my money? They do not print any monetary information on emails but money came out of my account in the name of 'Pinnacle of life' the same as the original £2.95 amount.
They are a scam company and should be stopped. I have the original emails should and don't know how to attach them but can send them on request.
This company is obviously very dodgy and this is scam. It should be stopped.
HOW DO WE STOP THEM, MY BANK HAS PUT A BLOCK ON THEM
I foolishly did the same and cancelled, but rang my bank this morning to stop all payments to this company. If for some reason payments do still come out, I'm covered and bank will refund payments to me.

This company offers a free trial - just pay £2.95 p+p ... when you get confirmation email you have signed up for ongoing product at almost £80 per month + after 15 days if you don't cancel you will be charged for the free trial! Telephone lines aren't answered, and in order to get any chance of refund you have to return product at your cost to Cyprus...
I've had the same problem as all of you.
Do NOT even send back.
I sent 3 packs back to Cyprus at a cost of £13 and recorded delivery showed they were received.
At that point they stopped responding to all my emails.
I am £200 out of pocket.
The idea of sending back is so they have the products to then send on to other unsuspecting new customers.
I have no idea how they are allowed to continue to trade on Amazon and other supposedly reputable outlets.
I am currently trying to locate their UK address so I can raise a Small Claims Action against them.
This company operates a very sharp practice and should be avoided at all costs. People are easily duped - I was (never before and never again)!
Like others I was caught out by the sprat to catch the mackerel and had no idea that the continuous monthly payments would be taken. It has taken up a lot of time to unravel this - and it required sending back to Cyprus and paying Royal Mail nearly £10 for tracking.
I told the company on the phone that they are operating in an unethical manner and I want to take further action to stop the company operating in this way. They know perfectly well that they are doing this and they must get many complaints on the phone, by e mail and on websites like this.

Hi. I was just wondering if you ever received a full refund please? I received half and they said they would refund the other half as soon as they received the product. I have been arguing with them over email for 38 days as they’ve been blaming it on a system error as to why I don’t have the refund.
I received half on 1 pack - ie around £40
I sent THREE packs back recorded delivery and never heard from them again.
So they have £200 of my money and all 3 packs back so they can send out again to other fools.

Partners just been caught out by this phenom health scam, best thing to do is cancel with phenom (just a going through the motions thing).
Then call your bank to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority that's been set up and also cancel your card as it's highly likely your card details are now comprised.
just happened to me .went for the free trial, asked for my bank details for £2.95 postage .just taken £69 out of my account .tried to stop it but could not do it.left me with£7 in my account .thiefs.How do they get away with it.

signed up for a free trial got more than just Garcinia clean got bio slim as well and protect a package which looks to be part of this though difficult to confirm
To return you have to send to Cyprus which will cost a fortune yet the postage and packing paid for delivery was only £2.95!
If you do not return you have to pay £29.95 a product even the one that was not ordered
The advertising is so misleading and links them to Dragons Den
The customer service keeps sending you the same mail response each time they don't even change the date

I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one as they have your card details and just keep taking payments for products you haven't asked for ...CANCEL YOUR CARD to be on the safe side
I cancelled by email as they requested, they emailed me back saying it was cancelled and they would be in touch in 24hrs which they did not do. 30 days later I'm checking my bank account for something else and noticed they had taken £79.00 from my account, I phoned them there and then and they said "it was an oversight and they would refund me immediately" (3 days later) I got the money back into my bank, he also said "when I emailed them to cancel I should have followed that up with a phone call" and yet no where on there sight does it "say that". The morning on posting this review I had just received "another months supply" Unbelievable this "mob" what do I have to do for this "crap product" to stop coming through my letterbox!
Please Please when you email to "cancel" phone them to "cancel" too! and go to your" Bank" also and explain to them and they will "Stop"! them going back in to your account for any more payments! as I have done! I will post this crap back to them (more money) for postage and that will be it Over! Never ever again!

I had the say experience with them a few weeks ago. Please do not buy from them as they are a big con. I signed up for the 2.95 trial but got a 150 pounds bill. The good news is I managed to get my refund. This is how I got my refund. I rang my bank Royal bank of scotland visa debit department and explained to them my experience and that I am been trying to cancel the sub and get my refund. After a few simple question my money I mean all of it was back in my account within 2 hour.
I had the same problem, I ordered a free trial but had to supply my bank details for postage costs, I ordered at 10.30pm one night then in the morning received an email saying I was now going to receive this product each month, and would have to pay with my card details they had. I cancelled the Oder immediately. Then I got another email to say my second product was on its way again a free trial but then was contracted to buy each month and they would take the money from my account, again without my aurthority. I hadn't ordered this product, I then got a third email saying I had to pay a postage insurance again a small fee was taken out of my account, without my permission ... Phenom Health, Bio slim powder cleanse, Garcinia clean...protect package are all connected .

I ordered from them, but within several days they again charged me. And at this time, they took $78.99. I have no idea for what. Also I tried to return it, but the seller never replied to my emails and no refund. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
I want to stop receiving these capsules, daily power cleanse and wild raspberry ketone. They just keep arriving and I rarely have them. Please stop my order, delete my details and cancel my payment details giving any refund please. Thank you.

I ordered the 2.99 trial on both was not told I'd be charged 120.00 odd a month if I didn't cancel and to add insult to injury I never received any goods I've just been on to my bank to find out I've been charged 3 months of this I want a refund now this is a scam and absolute robbery
I am receiving this every month I do not want it Order no [protected] Mrs R Turner...
I do not remember ordering it possibly Amazon I will not pay for it I will cancel any bank payment I certainly don't want it regularly and am moving house soon so will return to sender in future so far in the bin

Going through the same thing, 15 days to cancel any further shipments, did not say the trial pack would be charged at nearly £80. Contacted explained the situation to them as to why I did not want them sent me a returns number and said they would issue a refund of half the cost instantly and the other half on receipt of the returned goods. So far so good, then I threw customer service off script, the pills were for my husband who sadly died a couple of days after receipt, as soon as I had the death certificate I closed his bank account and with it the debit card used to purchase the trial pack. I explained they could not return the money to an account that does not exist on more than one occasion but the Just will not listen. So £80 is floating around the Ethernet they won’t recall the refund they won’t reissue to me and on top of that the won’t give outbthe name of their CEO. It stinks and I am now about to put this all over Facebook and complain to Facebook for hosting scam adverts
