I have not received my AirPods 3 pairs order #16629 I don't know what is happening and I keep emailing you and no replies it has been since June 2019 until know Jan 2020 I would like to know the progress please just a courtesy.
Please please I would like to know how and where my package is like the whereabouts of the whole thing
I would also like to know whether or not it is possible or please refund me, please

Galosphere / MusicEarpods.com moon lamp bs

I ordered this stupid thing April 23rd and only had one email sent to me saying that my ordered was confirmed, and haven't had anything after this and it is currently September 12th. I emailed them three times and haven't had anything sent back to me at all. If you want a Moon Lamp, I recommend looking on Amazon instead. Also, when I click on the link of 'visit the store', it goes to a broken page so I am pretty sure they just stole a bunch of people's money and then deleted the entire website. I guess it is my fault for trusting a shady instagram ad in the first place.

I ordered a moon lamp after seeing an add on Instagram with them at a massive discount back on 3rd May this year. After receiving a confirmation email saying I would be notified once the item had been sent and sending 2 follow up emails, one in July and one in August but hearing nothing in response, I realised it was a scam. I want my money back! Or just send the freakin lamp already ya plebs. Order #6493

Just like everyone else, i spent my money hoping to get some ear pods for my brothers and have not recieved them after months of wait. I have my order number and everything, and i spent $10.97 for shipping. I feel like this business is a scam and i want either my refund or my earpods. If i can actually get what i was promised (that which i paid for), then i would be satisfied.

I ordered EarPods and have not received them. It's been months. I ordered from an Instagram ad and paid the shipping on the EarPods. I received an email saying I'd be notified when they were shipped, but no email has arrived. My money has been taken from my account, but no product has ever been shipped. I've emailed the company THREE TIMES now and heard nothing in response, which is absolutely pathetic. They're stealing from people. I want a refund. Order 22079.

I placed an order for the free EarPods through Instagram and I have sent numerous emails requesting notifications of when they will ship. Still have not gotten any response. As soon as I placed the order the money was taken out of my account $10.79 for shipping for 3 pair. I want a refund. Since it seems I will never get my EarPods . I have ordered form multiple ads before and never had a problem until now with communication or a refund or item being received

I paid for it.. I saw the money reduced from my statement... I got nothing... Its been a long time.. And I only got one msg... I got the link from an Instagram ad... Thought its a huge deal... And I even sent my friends... If they ordered it... It'll be my fault for suggesting it... How to block that site for good and get back what's rightfully ours.. Its our own money

Galosphere / MusicEarpods.com haven't received the product I purchased

I placed an order (#26052) for 2x Ear Pods on the 31st of July with Galosphere (www.shopearsounds.com) and still haven't received any confirmation email that my order has been processed or shipped. I found the ad for the free Ear Pods, where I only had to pay shipping of $9 (which amounted to about R180 in South African currency), on Instagram and thought it was trustworthy because its being advertised on Instagram. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback and I have received no response whatsoever. I want a full refund for the money paid to them.

I purchased an EarPods that I used on my debit card on 7/26 amounting to $8.97 and I also took a snap of the confirmation, which is (#24345). Along with the confirmation they said that I will get a confirmation in my email. It's been a week and no confirmation on my email.

I also went to there website (musicjearpods.com) and placed a complaint twice in different days under there support complaining about my item not being confirmed on my email nor my item being delivered.

I ordered 5 ear pods for my kids for school. They sent me an email with "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent", and sent like 3 emails saying I haven't received anything and with no info as well. The respond was nothing. The order number is 24110. If I can't get my EarPods, I would like a refund. I hope I get a respond here.

I ordered the earpods back on May 7th. (#8844) I received at text with confirmation of order being sent. I have not received the product or information concerning my order.
I have unfortunately joined a fraternity of scammed customers. I should've known better. I request a full refund. I have placed warnings on all my social media outlets about this company's integrity.

I ordered EarPods from the company galosphere because I didn't mind paying $8.97 for shipping. I contacted the company because the address on my order was wrong and they never got back to me. I sent them two emails along with putting in a service ticket. They never got back to me. I also never recieved a conformation. I want a refund. That business is a scam.

My order number was #19156 and I placed it on the 12th of July and I have yet to receive any updates or tracking info. I would just rather be refunded so I could order elsewhere but they wont respond to any of my emails. They have no number for me to contact. I am highly disappointed. I saw the ads on Instagram few weeks ago, free ear pods from Moonpods.com just pay the shipping fee for $8.90.

Actually i was thinking that this might be a scam, but it's on instagram so that i trust instagram must knew how to filter the scammer and i give it a try.

Well.. it's been almost 3 weeks, i did try to sent an email 3 times but no response. So disappointed why scammer can place the ads on instagram.

I placed an order back in may for 2 sets of ear pods. I never recieved them. Of course they took my money. I emailed them and still no response. I came across the ad on IG. It just sucks how should you even trust social media when they are just letting anyone place ads on there sites. In away I feel they are I it with them... Thata just my opinion...

On 5/24/19 I ordered a set of free earpods with a $8.97 shipping cost, order # 13774. I received an email confirming they had received my order the same day and money was taken from my account. The email stated they were processing my order and I would receive another email when my item shipped. It is 6/25/2019, nothing no email no earpods, no response to emails sent!

I want a refund!

same here... I also find it very strange to get an ad on IG which is a scam, shouldnt that be monitored/checked before using these ads

Can the account where your money get transfered be tracked... so that we can know who exactly own the acccount, theses days, you need government ID or other stuffs to make bank accounts, so i dont think he/she could fake the account. Maybe contact your bank and track your transaction
