I had booked for a class today at 7:00 am prior to my rta final test, upon reaching the venue at the Center, my instructor was not there as apparently the booking office at mercato mall had booked me with the instructor who doesn't even work on that day. Due to which I failed the garage test on rta and had to pay again for the next test!

I want this class to be compensated

Desired outcome: Class compensation.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] RTA parking test

I am writing this to show my frustration and stress I am going through to just get a license. I hold the student ID: 8601657 and permit no: [protected]. I am very much upset about the parking test that I have been attempting since past 3 months. I feel the decision is very biased if a local attempts and does a huge mistake also still gets the license, but other nationalities even a small mistake, you failed. You have no clue how much we work hard and earn money and every time spending AED 290/- for just 1 patking test not fair. I dont think so after getting the license people even follow these rules or takes a protector while parking the car. Just a way of earning money. That amount pays a huge role in someone's life. We have spent our savings in getting the license. But it seems that you guys are just busy being biased. Why while taking classes we do it all right but while test it says fail. This is unacceptable. You need to give it a thought for how long I have been trying for this. You cannot fail a person on just a minor mistake that too just because he/she is not Emirati or Arabic.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Service of transportation & poor responses after making the payment

As I open my license file on lumson contract 7.5k, they promised for free transportation both pick up & drop where as I used transportation only for drop. Everyday after the classes the make me to roam for requesting for transportation because mine is free transportation. As usual today Mr. Kashif gave a slip to show it to driver, the driver completely refused me to enter the bus. This cause me depression on all day of my classes.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Long waiting time

I was said that the waiting time for test would be less then a week. But when I booked my assessment test I had to wait for 2 weeks after I passed that on second try I booked highway classes and had to wait 5 days which is ok. But after that when I booked smart yard test I had to wait for 2 weeks and failed parallel parking when I rebooked it I had to wait for 2 more weeks just for a parallel parking and when I wrote a email they said they would do something but did nothing. Btw in their website it's written "register with GMDC to get your license in fast and efficient manner" that's not true they are frauds and you will have to wait for 2 weeks for test dates.

Shame of your services.. Your what's app services, calling services, email services.. Then your class booking... Then test date.. When you take the date you must consider the costmer free date. All customer pay the money you ask then why you people make this uncomfortable

I had rta parking on 26 th october 2020, that day I was fail, then I paid for parking clas and parking test, then I booked class and rta test through your customer service, that day they said they booked class and test, I didn't get any mesage after three days, after 3 days I called again then customer executive reply was didn't book the rta test, then I told to book rta test after my 2nd november driving class, they said they will book after noon time. And I will get the mesage 31st october, again I called today then today saying didn't get the appoinment that day, this is not may mistak it's yours mistake, if your are booked on 26th october if I get the rta test on 2nd november, nobody inform me, this is the service is yours, really disappointment,

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Unfair Tests

Its been 1 year since I opened my file in galadari driving institute and i have had the worst experience ever with them. They say that they are the ‘cheapest' driving institute in dubai but that's just a way to lure customers in. They have at least 10000 hidden charges that you will get to know about later.
The whole institute works on bribes and connections/reference. I know so many people who have passed their road test because they have given bribes to the order examiners.
Driving a car is not rocket science. Its the most easiest thing in the world if you know all the rules and regulations and the basics of car yet they fail people again and again to get more money.
As a student who works part time in dubai. This has been so difficult for me to afford even after the ‘student discount' which was like 200 AED. How are they gonna judge my 1 year of driving in 5-10 minutes. If they want to judge they should ask my instructor to see how i drive. Literally they will fail you if you breathe in the wrong way. They will be like ‘No you need to breathe 10 times a minute not 12 times'. I know this sounds ridiculous but believe me when i say this that they will fail you for no reason.
I had the road test and instead of letting me drive the examiner is purposely putting her hands on the steering wheel and then she failed me because she was ‘helping' me drive. The other reason she failed me because I didn't do a line change IN FRONT of the signal. Like that doesn't even make sense.
The instructor will tell you something else and the RTA will tell you something else. It hard to please them at all.
Not to mention the extra charge of 713 AED if you fail a road test. You have to take 2 classes even if you failed for a small reason.
I have my test again next week and i swear to god if i fail again I am going to complain about this institute to the Dubai Police Traffic Department because of how they are taking bribes and gifts to pass people and how unfair the institute charges are.
Under the customer protection law no. 24 of 2006. I have the right to express my opinions and i will do that.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Its waste of money and time

Opening my file in galadri driving school was my biggest mistake, I started almost 2 years ago and till now I didn't get the license, taking so much time aint my mistake its the instructors who does not care and the system with no good timing, it will take you forever there and you will fail and fail and sail till you suspect your self.
Failed once can be your mistake but failing 5 times and some people failed for up to 15 time... Who is mistake is this?
Why other schools do not have this failures among there students but galadari, I really gave up on driving and its there mistake, they dont care about your money or your mentality after failing so many times...

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] rta road test - galadari worst driving school in dubai

This is a real life experience so please read this review before making the decision to join Galadari Motor Driving Center.
Never join Galadari driving Center they are no 1 frauds. They just need your money and it's damn sure they will make you fail in the first and second attempts and rest depends on your luck. As per my 2 years experience with them, they just want money so they will make you fail and mention silly mistakes if you argue with them they won't bother you. The instructors and management are very rude. Nobody's driving is perfect on Dubai roads. Even if we see for example the taxi drivers, truck drivers, etc. They don't even do head check when line changing, Some people don't put an indicator when line change, etc. People drive as per their convenience. So making people fail for silly reasons is not acceptable.
I started my training with the Galadari driving center since 2019 and now it's been 2 years since I didn't get my license yet. Now am on the final RTA road test. I have been failed many times in the test purposefully by the RTA and Galadari instructors. I am saying this because I have seen many people crying there when they fail in their 7, 10, 15th attempt as they are fed up with this driving center. Even I experienced the same with 2 guys who had 15 years' experience in driving and licenses from Saudi and Kuwait, they both were sitting with me during the RTA road test, and after the test, the instructor fails all of us saying silly reasons which he keeps on justifying. This is because it was their 1st attempt. Later they informed me that they passed on their 4th attempt. It's TERRIBLE!.
There are many incidents that happened like this. Paying 900 AED each time we fail is difficult. They don't look into your grade even if you are blue-collar worker with 1200 AED salary or u are a managing Director they will make you fail. People with low salaries really struggle to get license. there are many cases reported that they didn't have enough money and they quit from Galadari some of them transferred their files to another driving school and passed in 1st attempt.
During the COVID -19 time, my instructor itself told me many of the employes resigned and Galadari didn't have money to give their gratuity and salaries are pending for many instructors. From this itself, we can understand that they are hungry for money and that's what they are doing purposefully.
First I taught it was my mistake and maybe I don't any about UAE driving rules. Common I have been training in Galadari for 2 years now and I have 10 years of driving experience in my home country. I am, not a fool I know how to drive safely but they just need money so they make me fail. I enquired with most of the peoples, my friends, colleagues, in my office and 90% of them had a bad experience with Galadari. They said Galadari would offer you a 100 AED coupon code and will give you a 3500 package to start. But once u start then they will keep making you fail many times and the minimum they will take you 10, 000 AED. Everybody suggests going to the Emirates Driving Center or Dubai Driving Center. Avoid other centers and I would recommend choosing emirates or Dubai driving center.
I am not saying that you won't pass but it depends on your luck that it. There are many people passed but the thing is you will have to pay more and your time, energy, confidence everything will be gone at the end. Am now in such a situation so thought to share my nightmare with you.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Service

Galadari is the worst company to ever exist in UAE. The management are all disrespectful, they don't know how to talk to customers. The services provided is not even worth of saying low quality because it is even more low and the worst of all. They are cheaters and liar. They never hear what a customer has to say. The whole company itself is a scam. Best advice to new students, never ever think of Galadari if you want to get a drivers License.
I am soon going to transfer my file to another institute. They made me cry so many times. I wish it shuts down

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Instructor and test

So I failed my assessment 2 times. The first time ok I understood why because I had major faults. But in the second test I did have a major fault, but my minor faults were very unnecessary because I made sure to know what I did and didn't do. Also the examiners have a habit of stopping the car on purpose just so he can give me a major fault. It happened two times and iam so pissed. My instructor on the other hand is an idiot, even after I failed my first he didn't teach me anything useful even when I showed my failed remarks. I changed my instrutor now hopefully he isn't a useless person.

Galadari motor driving centre just making money... Worst driving school... I failed my driving test 3rd time (RTA road test).. And examiner gave me mistakes, that mistake was not done... When i spoke with examiner she was so rude... She pass other student and that students did too many mistakes... Zero customer services... They fail student just for money...

The student of your motor driving school I am very disappointed from this school I shouldn't take
Admission there because I already have read many negative reviews about your school in online platforms and that was true. your instructors don't care about student's time student money and I changed 6 instructors All the are same many busy on the mobile during the teaching and i take Friday classes and pay more money to finished Quickly but they give me the assessment parking test after 16 days today again I failed now they give me the date after 11 days these mean i have just passed the assessment test in 1 month They don't care about the student time All care is for money

Open my file in Oct 2018, till now did not get license.Changed the instructors more than 10 times, all of them are busy with their mobiles .they just don't care .Worst place to learn driving .if you book the assessment it will take more than 3 weeks for the date.instrustors won't be available for classes, hence you have to wait 2 weeks if they gave you extra classes after assessment fail .Parking classes each instructor teaches diff way .10000dhs is over for me. Just got parking after 5 attempts.failed RTA road test already 2 times .Instructors not even insterested in checking the mistakes when taking extra classes.And if it is one hour class, 40 minutes or less is the time you LL get to drive .they LL start after 10 times and stop before 10 minutes.

Miss. Sherlyn answered my call and transferred to Mr. Mohammed of respective department for further information instead of listening to my query and concern Mr. Mohammed started argument speaking very rudely with me instead of solving my query he disconnected my call asking me to call back again as he is not interested in taking request .

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Payment and customer service issue

Dear Galadari Customer Support Team
Attn: Galadari Management Team
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company Galadari Driving institute on Sep 17, 2019. I visited your JLT branch in Dubai to register for a car driving course, during the registration process I shared with him my "Yahala Card" confirming to him that we have an agreement with this card under the Prime Minister Office voucher, he insisted that there is not promotion with this card and guided me to go with Groupon and pay 100 AED which I did.
I opened the file number "[protected]" and I had to pay the full amount without any discount on Yahal card!
After calling Yahala card management team and checking with your main office in al Quoz branch they confirmed the offer is still valid till end of 2019 and it was started since 2017
After checking with the customer happiness Manager Ms. Hind in al Quoz branch she confirmed the same after checking the system and promised someone will call us to resolve the issue
Till date no one even bothered to call or even check the issue, and this is the reason I am writing this letter today to you seeking your support please on how I can claim my right with Yahala Card!
I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning (and half a day's vacation) waiting for Mr. Madman to show up. My impression of That Awful Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing business is being managed by your firm. Furthermore, Mr. Madman's inability to remove his muddy shoes has meant that I have had to engage the services, and incur the expense, of a professional carpet cleaner.
I trust this is not the way such a Regional well-established company like Galadari wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been dealing with your respective company since many years now and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] The policy

Since i have opened my file with Galadari it was worst decision of my life that i have given 4 tries in final road test first 2 i was little wrong but the previous 2 tries i have given shows that they have no interest rather you drive good avoid mistakes i was only fail that he tell me my 2 minor mistakes and i was expecting result with pass but when i receive it he write every where that the same mistake.i don't understand why there is not a standard of test.he was not able to make my 14 minor mistakes so he make 1 major even there was no such mistake happen in my test.i will never recommend any one to register with galadari. its not RTA Fault its galadari ...Dissatisfaction

I was having today's scheduled for Parking classes from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm in AL quoz location

As I stay in Burdubai I arranged transportation from fahidi to AL quoz for 9.10 am

But I cannot get through driver in morning named jawad due to which I missed my class today

This is the second instance the same has occurred and reported as a complaint to Transportation supervisor and same driver jawad has ditched me saying that I don't have my name in schedule for theory test day and I paid 53 AED for Cab and arrived at location for test

This time I cannot get through him on call

Kindly need your support against the driver attitude and negligence and also arrange my parking class missed today for 2 hours in another day

Dear Team

If there is any emergency related to shift at work there is no consumer money security and I have to pay two times one for absent and one for rebooking

I don't have money to pay I have faced lots of issues from drivers pick and drop to instructor allocation and till now around 10000 spent in license

At the time of opening file yasir from shindagha branch told me around 5000 will be overall expense and smooth process and service with flexibility in changing classes

I have faced lots of misinformation also highlighted from al Quoz branch and shindagha branch

If you cannot book the class kindly tell me the next process to close the file and I will take ahead from there

I request you kindly please inform me through which channel I can take legal action against Galadari driving institute should I go to police or Dubai court, please guide me it's being 5 months yet no solution for what all I suffered so far with this institute & I cant take further more stress & loss I got harrased by Ghaladari driving institute employee repeatly even after making RTA complaint, Ms.Raga being Manager she treated student so badly with discrimination & racism, no ethic to even talk with customers.. why should we take so much harrasement we paid our hard earn money to learn driving not for all such kind of harrasement & stress
