Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Customer service and misinformation

Dear Team

Name Akhtar Abrar Khan

Student ID 5100999

I was having today's scheduled for Parking classes from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm in AL quoz location

As I stay in Burdubai I arranged transportation from fahidi to AL quoz for 9.10 am

But I cannot get through driver in morning named jawad due to which I missed my class today

This is the second instance the same has occurred and reported as a complaint to Transportation supervisor and same driver jawad has ditched me saying that I don't have my name in schedule for theory test day and I paid 53 AED for Cab and arrived at location for test

This time I cannot get through him on call

Kindly need your support against the driver attitude and negligence and also arrange my parking class missed today for 2 hours in another day

Dear Team

If there is any emergency related to shift at work there is no consumer money security and I have to pay two times one for absent and one for rebooking

I don't have money to pay I have faced lots of issues from drivers pick and drop to instructor allocation and till now around 10000 spent in license

At the time of opening file yasir from shindagha branch told me around 5000 will be overall expense and smooth process and service with flexibility in changing classes

I have faced lots of misinformation also highlighted from al Quoz branch and shindagha branch

If you cannot book the class kindly tell me the next process to close the file and I will take ahead from there

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Galadari driving institute

I request you kindly please inform me through which channel I can take legal action against Galadari driving institute should I go to police or Dubai court, please guide me it's being 5 months yet no solution for what all I suffered so far with this institute & I cant take further more stress & loss I got harrased by Ghaladari driving institute employee repeatly even after making RTA complaint, Ms.Raga being Manager she treated student so badly with discrimination & racism, no ethic to even talk with customers.. why should we take so much harrasement we paid our hard earn money to learn driving not for all such kind of harrasement & stress

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Why do the examiners play with poor people?

I have saved money since 11 months to just enroll and get a license and all my money is over.
I was dependent on my license for my promotion and the examiner failed me for no reason. He purposely entered his hand to fail me when i was right. When i passed the assessment test why fail rta test purposely? If you want money take the money but dont discourage people and make them feel failures. Want money ask for money but dont cheat people.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] My plight with them to get my license

It's been a week now that I've enrolled as a student at Galadari.. before I made the first payment to open the file, the lady at the marhaba mall branch had called me minimum 10 times in a day. Now that I've enrolled from then they are so hostile. No respect for the customers, the same lady doesn't want to even reply my queries. They want me to take an online test of 8 sessions before I even go for theory classes. But the irony is that their site is not available and not working. I'm clueless about what to do next.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Smart yard assessment test schedule

Dear Sir,

My Name is Girish Shetty & my Traffic File: [protected]

My smart yard Assessment Test schedule on 30.05.19 at 8.30 PM. I had receive call on 30.05.19 4.00 PM inform me that. your test Sechedule on 4.00 o clock. i had inform him 8.30 pm not 4.00 o clock. 8.00 o clock attend the test the instructactor is not available that time. So want check about test timing. so went block no.17 because of shift the office enable get the office. then around 8.40 come back test area another instruct told that instruct already left. he inform can't take my test. Then i complaint matter to office they assure that they will inform to mangement & 01st june i had receive SMS from GMDC status that your Smart yard assessment test will be held today at 1.45 pm. Kindly meet Mr.Osman. Then i had meet him & they told Mr.Showkhat will take test. Then wait him upto 3.00 pm after he come he told can't take the test. then check about my test sechesule office it's not update in system. and that time Mr.osman is not available in office. they wasted my 2 hours with out any reason

Now my humble request kindly re schedule my test timing with different instructor. I don't want give with Mr.Showkath.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Customer service

I called Al Quoz Driving institute 100 times but no one answering calls, luckily I get connected 2 times, they said in we will call you back.. but I received no call.
I am continuously trying from 9 AM and not its 2 pm. (to open file and to be registered).
Sorry to say, thats the pathetic service I received.
I am afraid after file registration how will you deal with us.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Poor evaluation of the examiner

This complain is regarding my road assessment test tht i had today for the second time. Galadari people are [censored] they just know how to make people a fool by failing them and when you learn with the instructor they say you are perfect and the examiner says try again. What the hell is this? You people need to get some nerves and need to learn and teach your examiners proper evaluation methods ... this is the worst place where i ahce enrolled and i will not pay any further for your [censored] classes or that bloody test and if you people dont take any action or dont respond me i will take serious action on you people.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Missed training class and rude behavior of service supervisor transportation supervisor and driver

I have not received a reply or solution to book my class 4 missed

Customer service guy on 18.04.2019 name Matin he was very aggressive and shouting at me when I went to al quoz office to book the missed classes

Transport supervisor shafiq and driver name jawad all three fought with me and told me to leave and that go to RTA or police we will not help you they said

Kindly need your prompt response on the service provided at the branch and rude behavior and mental assault

At the time of taking admission you guys are welcoming with so much open hands and lots of talks of offering and customer service and when I enrolled you all have threatened assaulted me when I asked my rights to book my missed class due to driver negligence

I will Mark to RTA authorities the service I am receiving if it's not solved immediately

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Careless csr at arabian center and his name is sameer

I open a file for driving licence at galadari sales point in Arabian center and I paid money for the test without giving proper information and proper follow up they are updating the test and the detect the money its happen to me 2 times I try to complain but I dnt get any proper response. I believe galadari and I'm in paying money but its robbed. Kindly contact me and give me solution asap [protected]

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Driving

I was harassed by the galadari motors for refunding my money staff as they made a mistake of printing a wrong reciept of 320 where as the actual amount was 120. The cash supervisor of the qusais branch is not at all cooperative and doesnt know how to treat people. He reject my complaints even after telling him repeatedly that I travel from sharjah to dubai and its is not easy for me

Good morning,

I am really disappointed what is wrong with GALADARI what is wrong with your driver again he didn't pick my call as per your instruction I called him early month 5.30 am just check this time, until 7.00 am not picking my call & I waiting for him on street on road what he think of himself, I already informed you guys I am taking off just for this classes my two weeks are wasted, what do u guys think we are free here keep calling your drivers all my call credit waste every time I call it's go on voice call my day wasted, my 2 days salary got detected for no reason, I am really not happy with GALADARI service only in theory class I face so much problem how about driving class this shows how good your drivers skill are, I inform your agent too, no one have curtosy to at least revert, I think it been done turn by Galadari so that customer get harrased they get delay in their driving classes & it's go for long period,
I am really interested to continue with GALADARI with such a bad experiences kindly please refund my all money which I paid & unfortunately got harrased for no reason from last 2 weeks

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Failing student purposely

Hello,
Today i had my Assessment road test at Karama centre, i have drove the vehicle and followed the instructions properly but examiner has purposely put some faults and failed me, the faults in the test result are no where related while giving my test. i want clear response from galadari, even check the video during my test. you can go through the video and recheck my test results. Basically i work for RTA and i am a ROAD ENGINEER i design roads in Dubai. The examiner unnecessarily given me faults just to take few more classes which is not acceptable at all.

Just to take few more classes examnier has failed me which is not at all acceptable, i sincerely request Galadari school to take action on this immediately.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Driving license

I was supposed to have the parking class on 16-nov-2018 at 8am, and my parking exam was booked on the next day .
The day before the class the instructor called me and said as per the schedule my class is at 7am
The next early morning I called him around 6:45 and said my class was supposed to happen at 8am, but this guy says ur class is finished and "kalaas "
Two times I called him, he says the same thing and disconnects the call .
And when I went to complaint to customer care supervisor (her name is Aysha) she says you are absent and can't to do anything, and I have to pay the money .
I was thing what the hell, I haven't taken the class, it was his mistake and I have to pay the money.
I haven't seen such poor management .
Even the customer care supervisor, she was supposed to take care of the customer, and she is raising her hand and saying I can't do anything .
Such a waste

I am now transferring my file to another school and they are charging me almost 700 dirhams for the NOC - this is an outrageous amount of money for a piece of paper but I do not care anymore. I am not gonna give them anymore after this. It is very obvious that they are just good in making money out of people.

I've been trying to rebook my exam necause they just give me a random date amd the date provided is really not possible. I've contacted them through e-mail and didn't get a response, same goes with their call centre. I only receive a response through WhatsApp, but that person told me that I need to pay another 300AED ++ to move the date earlier. How good is that? I didn't choose for the date and when I need to rebook it I need to pay again? Aren't you guys robbing your customer? I'm so very dissatified and disappointed.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Misguidance from dragon mart branch

I have enrolled for driving on approximately 27th june 2018. My number is +971-[protected]. I have been trying to call the dragon mart branch since then for information about my further classes. Every time I call the people are not helping properly. They are asking me to visit the branch and take details which is not possible since I stay far away from the branch.

I have been asking for very simple payment structure for my practical driving classes and how many can I book for one day. They are not giving me correct information. Both the executives are giving different information and different amounts.

When I call the main branch al-quasis, all the executives are always busy and they ask to leave the number from which I never receive a call back.

I am feeling irritated from the entire process where you have taken half payment and not giving correct information at all.

Last time that executive told me that I have to pay 15 aed extra every time for pick up and drop which is actually free which I got to know from head office - al quasis on my theory day.

Please take strict actions else I have to file an official legal complaints.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Sakina muhammad instructor

I am really disappointed by the rude and aggressive behaviour of Sakina Muhammad who is my instructor. She has been finishing my classes 15 - 20 mins early. In one class she was 15 mins late and finished the class 10 mins before time, promised me that she would cover the missed time in next class which was today but instead of making up for the missed time during last class she finished the lesson 10 mins early. When I asked her why she became very rude and aggressive with me, said all instructors finish 10 mins early. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude, I was shocked! She would regularly use her mobile making personal calls while giving lessons.
I have made an official complaint about her today at Galadari Head Office and I am waiting for a positive response from Galadari management.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Instructor not coming on time

I have class today at 7:00 AM my instructor should be SAKINA MUHAMMAD with ID NO. 315010

I didn't receive any call from her and not even picking my call. I asked the counter to call her mobile since I couldn't reach her but she already switched off her mobile.

I paid and woke up early just for my class. Now I'm 44 mins waiting here in galadari Beirut branch and No idea if someone is coming or no.

My final road test is scheduled tomorrow

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Worst management and driving school

I was trying to take my DL licence from Galadari institute. Due to rude behavior of management and instructors, they left no option for me apart from changing file to another institute. Even it took me five days for file changing as they were not cancelling my file there. The Manager at Alquoz branch "AHMAD HASSAN SALIM" is very rude and once have a rough argument with me (throwing me out of the institue using security guards), but i resist on changing my file. My advise to everyone please don't go to GALADARI. they will squeeze your money and energy to the point that you will be thinking hundred time of Not taking DL.

With GMDC, You can't even pay for your classes online. Hey, since you don't drive, how about we torture you and take a ride and pay for your cab & back to pay for your classes. Makes no sense. Since July 2019 they claim that the I.T team is working on ( 7 months ). If they are not able to, change the staff! Simple!

Choosing Galadari is one of my greatest regrets in life. People working in this institute are very barbaric specially the customer service. I spoke with the lady customer service manager and I cannot find the right word to describe how rude she is.

Whoever wants to get Driving license, please dont go to Galadari. Best Institution is EDI or Dubai ..
all of my friends ask me to join other institute but i joined galadari because its near and little cheaper.

But now it cost me about 9700+ ..and i am Cancelling my file from Galadari to other institute i failed RTA Test 5 Times...
go to any Standardized institute you ll save your money . Galadari seems cheaper earlier stage but slowly slowly it will cost you more and may be after paying 10000 you will think about to change the institute ...

I am learning driving at GMDC, I have test on friday and wanted to book classes on thursday before the test.
I tried calling them so many times but nobody picked up the call, I tried to contact via website live chat and whatsapp chat but still didn't got any response.
The messages on whatsapp are seen, they are reading the messages still they are not replying.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Very bad customer service

I am one of the students of galadari driving institute..
today i experienced one on the worst customer service in my life.
I had my parking classes at 8.30am followed by my parking test at 10.50am.
unfortunately i forgot to get my attendance card, by the time i reached the institute it was already 8.20am, i requested the supervisor to give my an exception letter he refused, i requested him to postpone my class for 30min so that i can go and get my attendance card, he refused, i requested him to postpone my parking test he refused. IS THIS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I am one of the students registered in your institute i have all the ID proof required, there is no way i could have got an exception,
I went to the manager to request her, Firstly she had a very arrogant behavior, and clearly said just because you did not carry your attendance card why should i lose an opportunity to make money, since you missed your class you will have to pay.
Every staff wants to work like machines and speak scripted lines... there nothing known as humanity or helping genuinely or giving exceptions.
IT was my biggest mistake that i registered with this institute despite of reading bad reviews.

i am one of the gmdc student .. i am booking my classes from ansar gmdc branch i been there more then 10 times in this were but he is always on break or not receving the land line number . or stick note what time u go break so we dont to waste our whole weak
