Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Driving license

I am writing this with a heavy heart and so tensed, I would like to bring to your attention the problem I faced during my visit to Galadari office. I enrolled in Galadari Institute for driving license, but due to some problems, I stopped the classes. Now I wish to resume the classes as I came to know that Galadari is offering a lump sum package. I asked to change my normal package to a lump sum. They told me that I have to pay around 7500 AED plus 5% VAT, although I already paid 2800 AED during my previous classes. I asked them to convert my previous package into a lump sum but they gave me the above amount which was very high for me.
I checked with other institutes who offered me a very lucrative package but they told me that I need an clearance from Galadari.
For the clearance I sent an email to Galadari customer service and got the answer that I can come with my emirates ID from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 am ID.
I went to Galadari institute 15-01-2022 around 3:00 pm on Saturday, it was a normal working day, all the employees were working there. I asked at the front desk about clearance and he referred to Mr. Nasir. I told Mr. Nasir the whole scenario and he told me that he was not able to give me clearance and advised me to meet the manager, I went to the manager office but Manager was not there due to weekend.
Again I went to Mr. Nasir and told him that the manager is not there, please help me. He told me that there is no work on Saturday. I said if there is no work on Saturday then why are all the employees there, why do they give the courses and deposit the amount and do all the work & I informed him that I came there after receiving the information form Galadari customer care if it was not working day why they have provided me a wrong information,, He said he does not know anything and I have to meet with the customer care supervisor. I went to counter number 19 where a gentleman was sitting whom I asked to help me but he was not even interested to talk to me and told me I have to meet with Mr. Nasir. Nasir. It was like going from office to office, like a bureaucracy in a country where transparency is paramount.
How it is possible to a person working in normal days form 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM to visit in normal working days.

As a reputable institution, Galadari must be proactive in ensuring that the customer does not have to suffer by taking full responsibility.
As a reasonable customer, I ask you to look into the matter and resolve the problem.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Payment.

My name is Ali Raza

I have very bad experience with Galadari Nakheel branch. I am talking about my last incident. I failed in assignment test 28 November in abu hail. Then I went to Nakheel branch and i took the classes after booking it, however for the test again this person name Imran twicely book my test for Muhasinah that's too far from my area and i requested him to keep my test in abu hail itself.
He is always rude and not listening what i am requesting only asking about more money.

Kindly look into this matter and take action or else i have to escalate this issue to RTA/POLICE.

Very bad sarvice madeena mall office... I come morning 7.30 then I sitt there then call me come counter then come then asking wich time test I told 8.30 then I sitt then 5 minit sitt after call me come asking againe wich time your test I told 8.30 then told sitt there I sitt after 5 minit call me your test manuval or ouatomatic... This very bad sarvices

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Galadari motor driving center

5 months of my life and 7000 Dirhams gone for waste.
Let's start with the customer experience - 0. I had to spend 2 weeks on the phone, attempting to book the theory test, being constantly redirected to different departments. Eventually I went to the school and booked the test.
Road test - the examiner will look at it you as if you owe her something, wondering what my examiner didn't like about me from the first second she saw me, and what made her think she could speak to me the way she spoke.
2 times failed tests. I admit my mistake that I've done on the first time, should have been more assertive on the road, but the report she wrote was a big joke, she took time to mark all possible mistakes could be done.
Second time I went I was quite confident about me passing the test, but guess what - another report with contradictions and lies.
I didn't have any time or patience to retrieve the footage of the camera or have a fight with the manager, so I quietly went to the main brunch to withdraw my file and it was another drama to deal with.
Wondering, why in 5 months they didn't teach how to drive ( according to the reports I can't drive 2 meters distance), or is it just the way to make money constantly failing their students and killing their confidence. I am, honestly, feeling anxious, whenever I remember my road test, hence, driving classes were enjoyable and my instructor was really amazing.
If you don't want to waste 5 months of your life and 7000 Dirhams from your account don't go there

i totally agree with the above.

i sometimes feel like it is by look you are giving the license.

which driver even the old drivers make mistakes.

the examiners interfere on the driving.

it is really upsetting because some get their license and can't even go out from the parking.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] worst experience

The worst place with so many wrong things I cannot count. Do not go for this institute even if it is convenient for you because they are just into money making, they don't care about you or anything else. Here are the reasons why:
1. To begin with the reason what made me so irritated and made me write this review. The lady examiner who took my exam shouted at me while something I was thought not to but when I was waiting at the stop and told her there was a vehicle there and I cannot take that left she shouted which made me panic and then she failed me. Now if you are the examiner aren't you just suppose to examine?
2. Twice I had to pay for my 8 classes and Exam when I told them I wanted to cancel my application from Galadari they dint let me kept on manipulating me
3. There is no transfer fee yet they were going to charge me for that but when I told them I have already enquired they got scared and cancelled it
4. They don't have dates, waiting time is over 25 days each and everytime for classes and exam for students to just keep stretching
5. The last attempt examination was not my fault still will they return anything? They said no

I demand my refund and what can they do for all the patience that I lost and for the bad times in that place which made me cry so much. Can you'll do anything about it?

Same thing is happening with me, it's the worst driving school ever. If there is an option to just switch to another driving school I will be very glad. Now I'm giving my final RTA road test and the lady examiner failed me 3 times. As you said she yells in between while driving, it's very disturbing. They are just money suckers it's been almost an year since I joined them...!

That examiner said im driving good i have good control and all and in the end he told you need to take classes amd he failed me..when i saw the results he has given me unnecessarily fails for no reason worst driving centre in the world..they only know how to eat money thats it

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Galadari driving service is too bad

Dear GMDC,

It has been a very disappointing experience with my VIP classes and to add up the customer service has been even worse. My concerns are highlighted below for your prompt action. I have also registered my complain with Dubai Consumer and RTA.

No proper communication was given for my classes, infact I have to chase Kasim or Maiza on daily basis, not once they have contacted me directly for my schedule.

I have taken VIP classes but the treatment given to me is below normal levels.

The driving instructor Kasim has always been rude while teaching or communicating, whereas there are 2 other instructors like Arshad and another Hamad who are so humble, friendly and kind hearted.

The pick-up drop has never been properly arranged and at times I had to wait for over 30 to 40 mins until the driver arrives for the pickup.

Customer support in Galadari is not good, any concerns given have never been answered and responded on phone or even the WhatsApp support.

My classes where stopped and suddenly I get a call from Maiza for the payment, my question here is:

A. Was I given the dates of payment when I signed up?

B. Did the mobile app, SMS or email notify me with the payment reminders?

C. Did I ever delay or said that I will not pay?

D. How can they just stop the classes without any communication only yesterday
Maiza asked for the payment and I told her I will come today and pay it.

E. Last 3 days I have been sending messages to Kasim and Maiza for my classes why
were they not responding? They could have informed me for the payment earlier.

RTA directed me to call the RTA supervisor at GMDC and explain the issues to resolve it but unfortunately Al Quais customer support Rayna mentioned RTA supervisor does not sit in Al Quais brand and asked me to call on [protected] Al Muhaisna Branch and when I called there Usra answered the call and she said that she cannot connect me to RTA supervisor as there is no extension available.

All I need is an apology for their mistakes, and I need regular classes with Arshad and want no further communication with Maiza or Kasim.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Customer Service

WORST DRIVING SCHOOL IN THE UAE.
I have opened a file for nearly 6 months so far. The customer service is offering very late and far appointments but when it comes to money they would ask for it in a minute. I have paid for my final road test with classes and she has informed me that the only free day is on the 3rd of august the day where my license permit with galadari expires. This is evidence that they only want to earn money and waste my time and demoticate me to continue w my driving experience . This is unacceptable and not fair. The world is dealing with a pandemic and everyone is affected financially and is not ready for their scam. Disgusting service and company!

Desired outcome: I want the nearest appointment and i want to recieve the assisting and guidance that every driving school offers to their students.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Unethical Behavior

This is for your information; I had booked my RTA road test from RTA app also I had done the payment of AED 220 in online and get conformation from RTA "The test is booked on 10/07/2021 at 1.15 pm".

Also, I received a message from RTA to pay the pending payment, I spoke with Galadari customer care team they said AED 147 is pending and it has to be paid to confirm the booking, and I paid AED 147 also yesterday at 7.15 pm, yet the confirmation was not done.

Later customer care team informed me to check in the RTA test booking counter by today morning before 10 am, i reached the center I checked with the person who books the RTA test.

He said I had paid only the RTA share 220 and 73 Galadari share to be paid to confirm the test. I informed him clearly that I confirmed with costumer care team and they said there is no pending payment in my account, then he started arguing with me saying that " you don't have money to pay the amount also why are you coming and making my mood off in the morning" but I spoked with him politely that I checked with you team they said there is no payment is pending from my end.

However I checked with the cashier after this argument he said AED 73 galadhari share to be paid, also I am ready to pay the amount, but he said the system had some issue so it's not accepting the amount, after he called the same guy who argued with me, he came and checked and informed me there is an issue in the system so its not accepting the amount and my test will be rescheduled after 1 month, also he said that "who told you to book the test in RTA app and why you booked the test in RTA app ? it had to be done in Galadari center only.

If the test should not be booked in RTA app, then why there is an option for this ?
Also, I am paying amount to Galadari for ever class and service charges and why should I hear this kind of words from your staff also this kind of service from your team!

I don't know this is the way and standard a reputed company follows to handle their customer.

As I had booked my test and I got confirmation also from RTA and because of the system error, I can't wait for next 1 month for next schedule.

And the way your staff handles the customer is not good and this is not the first time I faced this; every time I visited the center I am facing like this kind of behavior from your staff.

Please take an immediate action on this, I have all the copy of the document of my payment, if there is no replay from your end, I will log an official complaint about this in consumer rights department.

Further to this, tomorrow test was rescheduled by your team without my knowledge also I didn't give any request to reschedule the test, and I didn't expect this response from your end.

And how can your team reschedule my test appointment without my knowledge, and before doing any changes you have to discussed it with me.

I am totally disappointed on our service, Also I don't want to continue my driving course in your center, please check if there is any feasibility to change it to some other driving center. Also return back all the service charges that I had paid to your center.

Why should I have to pay the service charges if there is no proper response from your end, also for this kind of service.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Galadale staffs who are taking students for first road assesement

Today was my second day of road assesemet but one thing that i have sensed is that the staffs taking students for assessement are more intrested in student failing than passing, as if they get discount if the student fails.
The school is very good with very good instucotrs but those taking the assessement should work on their attide towards the success of students . They have really discouraged me, how can i recommand the school to my friends when am going through such exprience.
The management should do some thing about this.

Good afternoon sir
I have opened lumpsum package in total 5250 I gave the first amount to a boy of the staff of aed1200 but there ISIN the system, get the add-in only 769 AED
Nd second I have all proof about this payment
And I toke your offer card and I give AED 110 to for open the file but the boy later took his card back from me. I want if helpless management take action against that boy

I have opened file in galadari driving school 6 months ago. At the file opening time one of the staff member told me if buy the unlimited package in 8650 Dirham this is enough until you get the license. So we agreed 👍 and opened file in galadari driving and suddenly after completing the file opening process he told us eye test fee is separate not included in 8650. So we go to Irani hospital and pay some more money and completed the process. Now my problem is I completed my 70 classes he is demanding more money 52 dirham per class. So why he demanding me more this is unlimited package and at file opening time he not told me this I mean 70 classes. I didn't have more money. All I have I payed. Will someone help me with this problem. They are miss behaving me. Even the lady supervisor and complain office do not hear my problem.

Today I call GMDC to check my balance since I wish to resume on my driving lessons to complete them. My last driving lesson was 6 months ago, however when I talked with one their representatives they confirmed that I need to go back to zero and they officially close my file. In order to resume, i need to avail their unlimited offer or I can get a normal classes again which is totally unacceptable on my end.

Hello to whoever is reading this I have opened my file since July 27/7/2020 am gonna complete 1 freaking year with you guys which I never wanted to am stuck in RTA PARKING FROM 4 months and literally in one freaking parking which is garage you people are making me fail for silly points where I see other driving schools clear them out but you galadari people just want money I fail in garage for 7th time how much I'll pay am not a millionaire here am a Indian who's father earns 4, 000 a month whenever I ask that please give me my file back I'll go some other driving school you people always come up with excuse or say that no we will help you next time where no one helped me I hope this goes viral and I get some help

Mohammad hashim from sudan instructor stay away from him girls and guys if anyone encountered with him pls dont very unprofessional first class with him and he touched my thighs audacity to tell me he will beat me if i do any mistakes! very unpleasant experience! he even denies touching me such a lunatic person with no shame! even showed whats app of how other girls passed rta street assessment with him while he beated their thighs or touched it. Very disturbing

Dear sir / madam
My problem is that about three years ago I opened the file of MOTOR CYCLE in GMDC school in which I passed SIGNAL TEST and later took 40 classes. After that I also took 4 or 5 tests. There were some that I could not pass and due to some domestic circumstances I could not CONTIUNE it and I left it cost me 4 to 5 thousand dirhams. Then about a year ago I visited GMDC and Turns out my file will be EXPIRE and I will have to start from scratch to CONTIUNE again, but that time due to my circumstances I did not start and left
Now that I have opened the car file in DDC, they told me to bring NOC from GMDC first, then your file will be CONTIUNE. I went there and talked about NOC. He said, "Come tomorrow. The next day, when I went, I found out that your file has expired. First you REOPEN, then we will give you NOC. Now this So there is no rule that I will REOPEN first and give NOC later even though I have opened the ALREADY file in another school and I don't want to count in GMDC anymore, I just have to take NOC. I have been walking around the school for a week now. But no one is listening. This means that they are forcing me to open the vehicle file in GMDC even though it is not possible. I have paid in another school. Now the issue is only in NOC. There is no BALANCE in my record then why they are not giving me NOC. PLEASE solve my problem

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Regarding smart yard test timing

This is my second incident with galadhari. I booked smart yard test two times without asking they are changing schedule and receiving message for different time shedule. For attending the test taking leave from the company and once came again different timing. Without informing changing schedule and need to wait long time for the test. If I approach the consult team from them very bad experience also need to face very poor customer service.

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] RTA road test booking

So disappointed with this school, the employees are helpless, I wanted to boom my final RTA test on Saturday as it is the only day I can do the test at, I called with no response, and then contacted them via whatsapp and clearly told them about Saturday, after that they just decided to book randomly on Sunday without even asking me about the times! I called again and the told me you have to come to the branch, I went after work at 6 and the manager was gone and the there were only 2 employees and 20+ angry customers still waiting before me. My problem is not solved! This is a total waste of time!

Galadari Motor Driving Centre [GMDC] Driving center qusais

My son passed his parking test in dec 5 th 2020 we paid fees for road test but they told RTA not updated his parking test in system later i visited muhaisinah branch more than ten times and yesterday i came to knw its updated after 3 months
Meantime learning permit expired on feb 26th 2021 they said i have to renew i went and paid fees for renewal of permit later thry said file is expired and they said they will rectify and call back but no body called
Please i want somebody to take action
