To Whom it my concern,

Let me start of saying we do have a rep that should be taking care of us (but is not), our rep name is Kurt [protected]. My husband has been talking
to Kurt telling him his phone does not work. Kurt will say try this or take it to the shop and have them fix it. Thats is great and everthing but when your
business is done by a cell phone, what are you suppose to do. When customers calls and he sometimes can take the call and sometimes not, or he can't
get his messages. He can't get e-mails that have been sent. Why should he have to run around town to town and try and fine somebody to look at
his phone. We also have another partner in the company that is having problems with his phone. Its seems like when Nextal went to sprint we have
had nothing but problems. Lets say "sprints net work went down "and you called your rep, 1 didn't answer your call, 2 return your mess, 3 told you
to find somewhere to get it fixed. Our company works all over Washington State. I am asking for somebody to please contact me ASAP.
We are tired with the round and round we keep getting. We don't really want to go to a new company. We were with Nextal for 14 years and
never had a problem with service. We run to companys, we could never do this to our customers. With a phone that does not work right, it makes
it hard to do our job. Some body please help as soon as you can. Thank You Elizabeth Nicks, President
