I have had multiple ankle surgeries and was looking for a non weight bearing ankle brace. I thought that the freedom Leg was the answer and Wow, how I was wrong. I purchased the brace and tried it on in my house and it hurt my inner thigh so bad, I am not able to use. I called the company and that was a waste of time. They have on there website 100% money back guarantee. The company doesn't answer the phone, nor do they call you back. Horrible business practices! We should start a class action lawsuit against this company. This is a total waste of time and money! Do not purchase!

unprofessional / refuse to refund
This company over charges in the first place, but I bought the freedom leg brace.. I should have not bought this. very bad design. the video showing the girl walking so easy, she had a lot of practice to try to make it look easy.. the company has refused to give me a receipt and failed to give me a return. they say I have 14 days to return here it is day 5 and they will not return any more of my calls and the online customer service was very rude and cut me off the conversation. I have documented and recorded the phone call. I have delt with bad companies like this in the past.. and I am prepared to sue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM>> They do not hold a professional company. and no one ever answers the phone it always goes to voice mail... I want my MONEY BACK

Returned Freedom Leg Off-Loading brace (cost $449 - pd with credit card) in August 2011 after receiving authorized return number MS080801 from company. FedEx online record shows it was delivered to 170 W Dayton St Ste 102A, Edmonds, WA 98020 on August 22, 2011 at 3;54 p.m. No refund received. Cannot get reply from phone messages left or emails.
