Cash app transfer
On February 12th I sent $100 in Bitcoin and the payment never even showed as verified. The transaction was completed and went into their wallet. No way to contact them and no way to leave a comment so I guess I'm just out $100. Total scam! I feel like an idiot at this point.
Desired outcome: To get what I paid for or atleast a refund of my money

I wrote a review on them yesterday and all of sudden it was erased. I sent $100 for a transfer and here it is now 4 days later and I haven't even gotten a response or anything but they erased my earlier review. I am no angel but I have do believe in good business and this is not. I did everything that was asked and 4 days later I still get no response but ok thats cool. Thanks guys for helping everyone but me.
I would stay away from this site I wouldn't be surprised if they are the ones who are putting up all of these reviews on their site just to make it seem like they are legit

My payment has been received by bitcoin over 4 hours ago & I still haven't receive my transfer nor my email of my purchase being complete order #15433, how long should I wait until I feel like I got scammed? Vendor said no more than an hour & the funds would be available on cashapp, I haven't receive as much as an email stating that my purchase was complete

I never received payment
I sent the requested bitcoins to the preferred bitcoin wallet and after 3 hours nothing. I waited 2 more hours and a message saying transaction was complete but still no payment was sent. They even mentioned how I over paid and to in touch with them. Well unfortunately the contact info doesn't work at this time. So I wasn't reimbursed or paid. This is a scam.
Complaint
I ordered a WU transfer from them last week. They promised that the money will come within an hour. I waited 2 hours and so did not see the money and decided that it was a scam. Began to write complaints on the forums. But at the 3rd hour I received the mtcn code by mail and successfully cashed the transfer, the support apologized for the delay. After this incident, I ordered 2 times, everything arrived on time.
