The stucco on our Fuller home has been falling off before the 1 year warranty expired. Fuller homes has tried to fix the issue 3 or more times but with minor patches that don't work. They refuse to fix it now since it is out of warranty. They basically performed minor patches to let the warranty expire & wont help us anymore. The stucco professionals agree that this stucco work was don't completely incorrect. They put the stucco on with little to no cement backing so the stucco itself was put on the wire mesh. The stucco will continually fall off so no I need to re stucco the whole house.

Jody Pauza is useless rep for home issues & he is your only hope to get stuff fixed. He yells at you & threatens to hang-up rather than address the issues. He just kept repeating "the warranty has expired" non-stop. I tried to explain the issue was apparent before the expiration but he JUT KEPT REPEATING "THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED!".
