FTD Companies funeral arrangement in white

I ordered a floral arrangement for my family 2 days ago. I called a few times to make sure it would be delivered on time. I was assured it would be delivered. I asked that the time would be 2pm. This was a funeral. I spent 197.17 and the flowers never arrived to the funeral home. This arrangement was the be the White flowers that we use to send off our loved one. I called to say they are late and people are arriving. no flowers. i called to say we are at the 1/2 way point still no flowers I called when there were 2 people left. I was told the florist had closed. What the heck this is so stressful and FTD should be ashamed of how they handled this. I asked for a refund. but this is not how you treat VETS

Desired outcome: You need to compensate for more than just what I had paid for. and why did no one follow up on anything. shameful

FTD Companies Flowers were never delivered...twice!

I ordered flowers, a week early, for my 13th anniversary. I scheduled to have the flowers delivered two days early, just in case there were any issues. The Flowers were never delivered. I called FTD, the were very sorry and stated that they would order new roses and throw in a teddy bear, balloon, and chocolates and have UPS deliver them on my anniversary and I agreed.

However, the flowers were never delivered the next day. I received a message saying the address was undeliverable so I called FTD...again. They informed me that they didn't know why I received a "undeliverable" message, since the reason the flowers were not delivered was that FTD couldn't find any roses.

FTD offered to deliver and the roses two days later. I told them that this was unacceptable and asked for a refund.

I will never use FTD again and I would recommend you don't either.

FTD Companies Flower Delivery [protected]

Scheduled FTD delivery via USAA ( my bank).

Delivery # [protected] to my daughter, Sarah Williams. Address on orderconfirmed correct. Local florist marked “delivered” while flowers were MIS delivered to incorrect address and I cannot contact them due to your “policy”. More than 20 hours went by w/ no resolution. YOU need a new local florist OR I’ll be ordering via someone other than FTD. You’ve become fat & lazy. Restitution is fully expected for your contractor’s ineptness.

FTD Companies International Deliveries - Order FAD801450

I live in Australia. On July 3rd 2022 (July 2nd in the US), I placed an order for international delivery to Santiago, Chile. The form asks for billing information which clearly states that I live in Australia yet at NO time during the process was I warned that I would be charged in US dollars instead of AU dollars. My bank account shows the difference of AUD 57.46.

This is unethical and misleading to say the least. I normally order online from many different countries and have never had this problem.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the overcharge or a full refund and cancellation of my order.

I paid $60 for an item and invoice shows item costs $75 order number [protected].

Desired outcome: Charge me the $60 the amount that I agreed with and was charged $85.00 on my credit card.

FTD Companies Non-delivery of flowers

My husband ordered a flower arrangement from FTD for Valentine's Day delivery on [protected]. As it was only a few days before the holiday, he was offered a limited selection - but FTD committed to the delivery on Valentine's Day nonetheless. The flowers never arrived. By Thursday they still had not arrived. My husband communicated with FTD daily, receiving assurance each time that the arrangement would be delivered the very next day. FTD refused to identify the florist, but promised they would make it right. Each day my husband received an email claiming the flowers were in transit. Each day would pass with no flowers. After four days he gave up and asked for a refund. It seems the florist in question had no intention of ever delivering the flowers.

What we don't understand is how a florist could accept an order and fail to deliver over the course of four entire days? One day late after a major holiday we could understand, but FOUR days and counting? And still be unable to deliver? We decided to move our business to 1-800 Flowers from now on.

Desired outcome: The delivery of a flower arrangement of the quality ordered at NO CHARGE is the only thing that could make this right.

FTD Companies The Deaf are not welcome at FTD.

I saw quickly I would be required to have both a phone number for a phone I do not own nor am I required to. And because of my deafness, I don't have my friend's phone number either. We use the internet.

The FCC has required all internet businesses since 2013 to provide equal access to the deaf community that you give to those who can hear. You are ignoring federal law.

And I now have to find another way to send something to a special friend who is two hours away from where I live. Not a very Merry Christmas here and frankly I am stunned.

FTD Companies Flowers never arrived at funeral.

Flowers were never delivered to funeral location. Upon calling ftd, they couldn't tell me anything. They couldn't even tell me what business was supposed to deliver the flowers. The representative said they would do an investigation but he also said FDD would never get back with me to find out the results of the investigation.

They protect the incompetent vendor that they contracted with via their "privacy policy" but screw the customer.

They owe me more than just a refund.

FTD Companies Must have mistaken the trash bin for the plants bin

Today, I called FTD regarding an arrangement supplied by one of their dealers. The green plants had several brown tips obviously due to age of the plant. Then they had some baby mums stuck in there (yellow) and a purple net type of bow. It was ugly, and it was poor quality. They said they didn't have an order for my son as purchaser nor me as recipient. When I called the grocery store from which these were delivered, I discovered the order did come from FTD. The arrangement was assembled at the store. (I guess he was done stocking the shelves) I spent two hours tying to make sure of the company to whom I would complain. This is not the first time the same vendor sent crap ordered through FTD.

Desired outcome: I returned this to the store from which they were delivered - should be credited back to my son

FTD Companies Wrong arrangement

After several complaints and pictures I have not received any form of communication back from FTD florist so I am filing a formal complaint. I purchased an arrangement on 2/10/21 to be sent to my daughter on 2/13/21. The arrangements in comparison are completely different and am not happy at all with the one they sent. I paid $112.00 for a chosen arrangement for one that I feel is far less attractive. I feel I'm entitled to a complete refund as they did not follow their agreement to say the least.

FTD Companies Flowers and gift delivery failures

I purchased products for delivery the day before Valentine's day, I spent $200.00 delivery never showed up, never gave me notice I had to call them to find out wtf! It's now 8pm on Valentine's day You people ruined my wife of 30 years Valentine's day claiming delivery was held up, I ordered on the 11th you had ample time to make this right!

A day after the delivery date you send me an email offering a $10 dollar rebate for the future and a refund, how can you be so course and ignorant? No notice of delay, not notice or offer to truly make this right, this is the worst display of business services I have ever experienced. And I have used FTD many times in the past, if the company is ok with this model, you should go bankrupt! My order # [protected] look it up! This is not ok, if I ran my business like this I would deserve to lose all my customers!

FTD Companies Flower arrived in pieces

I sent "Young Love Pink Rose Plant" to a friend. Order no. [protected]. The rose plant when opened was out of the flower pot and dirt also out of flower pot and the plant in parts. My friend had to assemble it back together. The flower should have been packaged better for delivery with sufficient wrapping to keep it intact upon delivery through UPS. Photos attached as to what it looked like when opened and the third photo is what the flower should have looked like upon delivery.

FTD Companies Mother's day order was a bust

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered on 9 May 2020 about a week or so earlier. 9 May comes and goes - no word from Mother or FTD. I used the e-receipt to track the order - says it is out for delivery.

Call Mother mid-day 10 May and still no flowers, no notice from FTD, and tracking still shows out for delivery.

Check tracking on 11 May and it still shows out for delivery. But again, no word from FTD. Screw it - Missed mothers day so call to cancel order. "Due to the high number of calls..." I wait for I think 20 minutes before I get a SE Asian (sounds indian/pakistani?) customer service rep that I can barely understand. He supposedly process the refund. But other than the robotic "Sorry you are having issues with your order" there is no attempt to placate (hey here's a discount for your next order, or we'll still deliver but free of charge, or something). WIfe's mad (she placed the order), Mom is mad as it looks like I forgot. I'm still mad as I hate poor customer service (an email or call saying it will be delayed, attempt to placate, etc). Just another corporate Machine outsourcing to India. Never again.

FTD Companies Confirmation number [protected] / order number: [protected] / delivery date: 16 april 2020

I placed an order with ftd.com on the 14th of april. The flowers were sent to my daughter for her birthday on the 16th of april. The delivery person handed his phone to her to sign and then told her to swipe to accept the delivery! What the heck! We don't know who touched the phone before her! The manner in which this delivery was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary particularly with the current environment we are living with! This needs to stop!

Your website {ftd.com} specifically states that "no signature" is required! I am so upset right now that I could spit! I sent an e-mail to [protected]@ftd.com on the 16th, I filed a complaint on the 16th and followed up "again" on the 20th of april!

I have not received a response and feel totally and completed disrespected and disregarded. I spent $122.23 for this order! I can assure you that I will never use ftd again and will let anyone and everyone that I know hear about it!

FTD Companies Dead flower delivery on valentine's day. Order # #e4654722.

delivered to 1101 S Lyman Ave Oak Park, IL 60304. The flowers were Calla Lilies.. I was visiting my mother in anticipation of the flower delivery. When I arrived, the FTD package was left at the front door. The leaves were the first to go. I watered the flowers and let them rest indoors. Within 10 to 15 minutes the flowers were drooped over. Bear in mind that the flowers were a gift to my 94 year old mother. what a disappointment to her!

FTD Companies Non delivery of purchase

I purchased flowers for delivery on February 13, 2020. The delivery was scheduled for Valentine's Day delivery on February 14, 2020, at a business. The business is closed in the weekend Saturday and Sunday. The delivery never occurred. I contacted FTD on several occasions on February 14, 2020 prior to 6:00 PM, due to the non delivery. I was never able to get through.

FTD Companies product / delivery

I ordered flowers for a funeral online through legacy / FTD flowers. Flowers were to be delivered to funeral home. I received confirmation of the order and the following morning received a message advising that flowers were be prepared for delivery.
At 5pm in the afternoon I received a message advising that they were not going to be able to deliver. FTD advised that they would send flowers to the person's house. If i wanted them delivered to the house i would have had them delivered there to start with. After numerous messages they refunded my money. Do not recommend FTD.

FTD Companies flower delivery

I ordered a specific arrangement from the website to be delivered September 17. However, I received an email saying they had delivered a substitution. They had my phone number and my email, but no one contacted me to ask about a substitution--they just informed me after the fact. I called FTD to find out what had happened, as I had specifically chosen an arrangement without roses. The gentleman told me that they had substituted roses, but they would deliver the original order free of charge as soon as the florist got the correct flowers and that I would receive a confirmation email when the correct arrangement had been delivered.

However, I heard nothing until Sept 23, when I received an email saying that the flowers would be delivered on Sept 24. I received no confirmation on Sept 24, so I called in the evening and FTD told me that the flowers had not been delivered, but they would be delivered today (Sept 25--8 days after I place the initial order). I received no confirmation of delivery, so I called FTD for the third time. The woman told me that the delivery was made today (Sept 25). I asked why I had not received a confirmation email, and she just said that FTD had received a confirmation. I could not call the recipient to verify delivery, as I am not on speaking terms with them.

The woman told me I should call back tomorrow during business hours and ask for the name of the person who signed for the flowers. I asked if I could just the florist and ask them. She said she could not give me the name of the florist, which seemed very strange. I told her I wanted to call the florist, not FTD, because I no longer trusted FTD. I also felt that I should not have to call a fourth time. She then told me someone would either call or email me tomorrow with the name of the person who signed for the flowers.

I requested a refund because of all the aggravation and the fact that there was such a long delay. My request was refused.

I have no idea how these people stay in business
