We've worked with Ben for several years and this is the SECOND time he's pulled this on us! He got a credit card chargeback from a listing we did MONTHS ago and wants US to pay for it! Now this man is withholding payment for current services rendered stating the chargeback is our liability! He claims his company does not fight chargeback's because they don't have the 'time' and yet, he expects his affiliates to pay for them! What a rip off! Customers and affiliates...you must avoid this company and Ben LeQuang! He has three other complaints on this site and who knows how many other unhappy customers.

    We've had a terrible experience with FSBOSupport.com as well. They won't return phone calls and I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel. They're horrible to work with! Do NOT use this company!
