Time to get rid of the tidy whities! The majority do not wear white undies unless they are lacey stuff. Please keep the whites in separate packages for those who prefer them. It's money wasted as I have give them away or throw them away.

From the pic I attached, the package includes 3 free panties. Which gave me in total 4 white panties. 5 which I can wear, the 4 were given to goodwill. Not a money saver. Thank you.

I contacted Fruit of Loom about underwear that I purchased that was not properly fitting They asked for all kinds of information Puctures Bill of sale etc

And then I never heard from them. I contacted them many times about my case

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

I purchased some underwear at a local Walmart about a months ago. I wore these underwear a hand full of times and now they are ripping at the seam. They still look brand new other than that defective seam. I'm wondering if they can be somehow replaced. I don't have my receipt, although it was a medium size 3 pack boxer briefs which I payed around 20 dollars for.

Firstly they are no where near the quality that they used to be. It's a paper thin material that is way way way off in sizing. I just put on a brand new unwashed pair of size 36-38 that are tight fitting. This is a literal rip off as people have been making this complaint for years and years. I stupidly thought that this company would have smartened up after doing this exact same thing to me years ago. Fortuantly I had money at the time and just sent the Lg that were really medium size to my son. But now I'm on a handicapped pension and out $101.67 ca from Walmart for 16 pairs. FYI I have all my receipts

I purchase a pack of 7 T-shirts L on January 4, 2023 by Rewe here in Germany. One T-shirt was not sewed properly. (see attached) The T-shirt I wore and washed only one time. I sent 2 e-mails on [protected]@fotlinc.com with no response. (not good service) Until today I always purchased Fruit of the Loom underwear because until now was always the best quality and that for over 50 years! But by not receiving no response from your company I will consider to purchase my underwear elsewhere if I receive no response from you. Thank you in advance for your help.

Fruit of the loom white cotton briefs have been my choice of underwear for many years (50+). Traditionally, the briefs were of very comfortable and durable. Over the last couple of years (2021 and 2022), we have noticed a dramatic decline in the quality of the briefs. I speculate that the decline in quality is due to a change in the manufacturing process. Perhaps an inferior quality of fabric is being used. The last two six packs that we bought deteriorated within a couple of months, with tears developing just below the elastic bands and in the crotch of the underwear. Traditionally, although one expects underwear to wear out with repeated washing and use, no tears would develop in the underwear over a period of a couple of years.. What happened? I am a loyal customer and hope to continue to use your products. I see that other reviewers have voiced the same complaint. Please investigate and correct this dramatic decline in quality if possible. The reputation of Fruit of the Loom with many loyal customers is at stake.

Bought a pack of 3x white fruit of the loom brief underwear on 06/2022 at Walmart, and now it is 10/2022 and they are disintegrating. As if they are dry rotted. Never in my life have my underwear ever fell apart, like these have. To add, the price of this pack wasn't cheap. I will have to find another brand that cares about quality. The old attage you get what you pay for is not true today.

First, I have always believed in Fruit of the Loom. However, with these underwear, I am totally under- whelmed. After the first wash then wear, they literally fall apart at the waistband. I bought 2 packs each of 2 different types and both have the elastic or whatever the 'string' is unraveling after the first wash and wear, at the waistband. I thought maybe one or two pairs were a fluke, but no, all 20 pairs have unravelled and now are in the garbage after one wash and wear. The unraveling was like a cartoon, I pulled at it in an attempt to break the strand but it separated from the cotton brief part! Then a huge hole which then expanded and I ended up with a two-piece underwear! Needless to say I am not a happy camper and highly do NOT recommend these.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and needed a bra that sis not require clasps. I purchased a pack of the adjustable racerback sports bras after dosing they were comfortable and easy to get on and off. I was very disappointed however with the plastic circle connectors when one just popped. Why use such a cheap material with no means of replacing them?

We have bought Fruit of the Loom men's underwear for years and years. I got a pkg for my husband and 5 out of the 6 pairs were defective. The stitches didnt stay in tack. Never have seen anything like this in all these years buying them. I tried to return them to Walmart in Hastings,NE they told me I had to contact you my 90 days is over. I have never had any trouble with them and bought them back in April 22 and didnt keep a copy ot it.

Yesterday I purchased a 10 pack of women's cotton briefs at Walmart in Logan Ohio The package was sealed and had not been opened but still only had 8 briefs. I am going to have to purchase more now. I paid $15.48 for what I thought was 10. This is $1.58 per brief. Please give me back $3. 16 for missing product.

The last package of 6 T-Shirts Size Medium, made in El Salvador, were in extreme stretch. I compare the length of the underarm seam to my other T-shirts, and they were about 2 inches small. As my experience in manufacturing, I assume that either they were labeled incorrectly; or the manager to reduce cost is operating at the lower end of the specifications.

I will dispose the T-shirts in the fabrics recycling bin. Will have to think twice before risk buying your garments.

I ordered a 10 pk Fruit of the Loom Hi-Cut panties on Amazon. To my disappointment they were extremelyyyy big and only received 8. I would like a refund, please. I made a review and no one reached out to me. I am furious 😠 😡 I cannot return as it would be too costly, I'm unemployed. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Waste of money. I need refund.

I wear grey pocket T-shirts every day, the problem is not being able to find just grey without buying a packet of mixed colors, the t-shirts without pockets are made of a different material and are not comfortable, when I look on line the price for pocket T-shirts is around $28 for 4 price is way out of control, probably wasting my time sending this email, have a nice day.

I purchased 2 packages at walmart in Gatesville, Tx for just at $20. There is not elasticity in these under- garments. I believe someone tried to cut costs and ruined products. I cannot use these. I wish for a full refund. I also suggest you start making the products with the same quality that you had before this virus shut us all down. I bought a pack of 12 Fruit of the loom mens socks size 9 to 12 at Walmart and tried to wear a pair, But when I put them on they were extremely tight. After one hour I had deep indentations in my legs. It seems that the elastic doesn't stretch enough. I have never had a problem with your socks since I was a kid growing up. I purchased from Giant Tiger in December of 2019 two packages of your ladies panty briefs 6 pack size extra large. Basically ALL the panties waistbands tore away from the fabric, I have 3 pair that are still intact..very disappointed as I have always purchased fruit of the loom panties and never had any issues . I have sent a complaint to Fruit of the Loom in Canada so we will see if I receive anything back from them regarding my complaint. Unfortunately I have thrown them out so have no photos to be able to send. Attaching a copy of email to company.

Comment  I purchased 2 packages of fruit of the loom, womens size extra large, and I am very disappointed with the quality of these and so far have had to throw out 3 pairs already because the elastic waist has come away from the underwear and cannot be fixed. Not sewn together very well. Very disappointed in the quality of these.

I purchased several of your underwire, all cotton bras in 4 different colors. Every bra gets holes by the hooks. Same place on every bra. I'm so disappointed in this product as I love the all cotton. I looked for these exact bras online as was unable to find the all cotton with the underwire. These are so comfortable and was ecstatic when I found them. I'm asking for a replacement for these. Thank you

i brought two Fruit of the Loom bras (that come in the two pack) a Walmart and one of the bra straps was made backwards--it twist on the back instead of laying flat (like it is suppose to). i am not going to wear a twisted bra strap and don't believe any other woman would.
i would like a replacement bra--these are the only bras that i like and they fit good and they are comfortable.
i have sent an email to the company and left a message today 08/12/2019.
