Freewallet Freewallet

Don't use it. It's a scam. Anything or anyone that says otherwise is bs or being pawned. Shows receivable addresses of coins not supported. You'll have to check the fine print of what's supported even though you can make an account and there's a receive address available, and the fine print changes. No other wallet does that, you won't ever find an unsupported asset if it's not supported in the search! Not worth it, so many other options out there.

Freewallet Block my account and store all my crypto

I have used freewallet since 2018. Yesterday I login to my wallet and withdraw my coins to sell on Binance and Freewallet said "you account has been sur..."
I heard about freewallet scam but I not belive. Please check and open my account. I have KYC. id:trunghaudz

Freewallet Ordered KickToken which their wallet said they accept

April 7th I ordered $200 in KickToken which I thought their wallet can hold.

I ordered KickToken with tag (KICK)

Their wallet holds KickToken (KC) whatever that is.

Being new to crypto I ordered through challengely and I have documentation proving KickToken was sent.

Never arrived and there is another who had similar situation. His never arrived.

Immediately I contacted freewallet and was given a response and a ticket #299090 that they are working on it.

The same day I received another ticket #299119, same reply, they are working on it.

The 8th I was glad to see a reply requesting hash tag for transaction and screen shots which were immediately provided...

No reply...

April 11 I sent another message and was given ticket #300297.. no reply afterwards..

I sent another message April 13 #301176 and received a message on the 14th how the market grew and they request to submit only 1 ticket which will be answered in order received was my understanding.

Basic instructions were also given for resolving key issues.

Nothing afterwards as a reply..

I sent another message receiving #304315 & afterwards, April 16th received the comforting message they are working on it..

April 19th I sent another message requesting HELP! and receiving the not so comforting, we are working on it again.. and #307130 ticket.

April 20th, Mike, support manager at Freewallet gracefully shared via email as follows:

"We have forwarded your case to our financial department and will get back to you as soon as we have a technical possibility to retrieve that token.

Best regards,
Mike, support manager, Freewallet"

April 26th I received this treasured email:

"Hello,

Due to the current network conditions, we're getting more and more requests every day.
Because of the significant volume of support tickets, we're currently unable to do detailed research on each of them, as the average research time for a single ticket is around 30 minutes.
With thousands of new tickets coming every day, it would take months to process all of them.
That is why we're closing all open tickets at this point."

Closing all open tickets?

I'm thinking are these folks understanding the consequences of that action?

Immediately I filed #311693 to ensure I had an open ticket for a path to resolution.

No reply...

May 8th I sent a message resulting in #320314.

Refreshed to see canned answer thanking me for the message and they'll get back as soon as they can.

May 8 evening I was blessed with #321147 automatic reply..

Nothing in over a month of reaching out to seek resolution.

Understanding life isn't always easy but on resolving this freewallet won't just help me but all with the same issue.

A streamlined resolution will help them to hone their efficiency to a razors edge.. and gain and retain trust!

Freewallet Deposits

I am two weeks in on a deposit that never hit my account/wallet. I opened a ticket and three days later was sent an email tell me they were deleting all tickets to clear their queue. So I went to Reddit and posted and was then told again to open a ticket. I did and received an email from Paul a support manager saying... saying we can fix it just sent us verification and screenshots from your withdrawal. I sent them the trans detail that showed all proof. That was 7 days ago and have yet to get an email update or my funds back. I have never had a problem with Freewallet and this is the first time I have had to use their CS. Really disappointing because I like their app but when you can't even get CS for the service, that is not good.

Freewallet support finally was able to fix my issue. While it is fixed, FreeWallet's support system is completely broken. I have never had a company send an email to say.. "we are just deleting all the tickets as there are too many". That in itself should tell you the quality of their product. No customer should have to turn to reddit or Complaints Board to finally get a resolution. Nor should it take over two weeks for something so simple.

Freewallet Can't transfer my funds (dogecoin ) to other acct

In year 2018 I have made account in cryptocurrency wallet in android app whose name is Freewallet owned by website freewallet.org and mined cryptocurrency named dogecoin and done some treading using that Freewallet account it was working fine back there, but now when I have reopened that account to check my holding of dogecoin they didn't allowed me to transection through my wallet, and there is written that my account is suspended,

What is going with you guys back then when I have opened my account in 2018, there is no limitations for doing transaction
But now thay aware showing account suspended what is the reason behind it.

Bunch of fraudsters .

Freewallet Account suspended and coins held hostage!

Freewallet claims security and reputation/integrity as their core values. I've had a Freewallet since 2012 with no problems initially. I started small and I've been making Pay ins and one payout on Thursday September 14th 2017 without concern until the value grew and I tried to make another payout. On Thursday 28th January 2021 all of a sudden, my account was suspended after I tried to make a payout. Curiously I was still able to make pay ins but no longer able to do payouts. Then the requests began for "account and identity verifications" on an anonymous wallet. I have the phone, email, and transaction history, 2FA etc., but they wanted my photo, holding a current photo ID against a blank backdrop (it's an anonymous account!). All of my inquiries and attempts to contact were met only with requests for more information. I actually complied with the first requests...sending my picture, and even a current utility bill...and the account remained suspended. Now they are asking for the hash verifications, which of course, would allow them to open the wallet themselves. I'm at a stall, because I won't hand over any more information to them, and yet continue to have no access to the wallet except to payin more coins. I opened tickets with Freewallet support (TICKET ID# 268656, 272723, 278501) and they do not respond to any of my questions, or statements, only asking for more information. This reads scam behavior at the highest level and I need help to resolve the suspension. It was suspended sometime in the range of Thursday January 28 2021 to Friday January 29 2021 and yet I was able to make a pay in on Saturday March 6, 2021. Clearly they are willing to take my coins but unwilling to release MY COINS!

Desired outcome: I want the wallet off suspension so I can manage my personal property as I see fit.

Its October, SEVEN months later, and I'm still awaiting action from Freewallet. I've been patient. I've complied with every request. They still won't answer my questions about "what (alleged) suspicious activity" are they concerned about that prompted my account suspension. I have provided ridiculous verifications at their request...pictures of me holding a hand written sign that says I'm aware that it is illegal to do fraud...utility bills, additional transaction info...No one could provide these but me...and I've done so on the original phone, 2FA, emails...etc. I see all these "complaint resolved" notations for other complainants/customers and I'm confused about what is so hard for them to verify? I'm not satisfied. Please release my account.

We have received another private response from FreeWallet, this time from Phillip, a Support Manager, who claims that "our customer support team has no control over blocking or unblocking withdrawals". He assures me that he "absolutely understand(s) the difficulties associated with this procedure for (me) and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused". He then assured me that I "will be able to withdraw (my) funds once the verification procedure will be finished".

So, no response to my questions about why they have concerns; no response to my evidence of verification already provided; and no access to the people he says can block and unblock my withdrawals. What I'm seeing is that their "customer support" group functions as a shield for their verification group. I will reiterate that the verification group clarify their concerns and justify their process publicly, or unblock the wallet. Phillip, Mira, you represent one company. Act like it, if you want to have a reputation of integrity. Give me a phone number that I can call to speak with you.

Additionally, I would warn people who are considering using the FreeWallet services. After you have input your funds, are you prepared to provide all personal information, financial documents and hash verifications to unknown persons in the background, and STILL have no assurance of their process or their motives? I'm to just "trust FreeWallet"? I did that, through startup, inputs and now verifications, and am still without my coins. Consider my case carefully. I'd be happy to sing their praises if they were to live up to their claims of integrity and their processes actually made sense. However, currently, I can only raise serious concerns about the apparent shady practices.

Freewallet's response is a duplicate of the responses I have been receiving over the last few months. My questions are ignored and I am only asked for additional information. In addition to receiving this public response, I also received a private response on my email, from Mira, detailing even more information that Freewallet wants, including the hash verifications. If I were to provide this information, then Freewallet could have access to my other financial information that is not relevant to the current verification. I would also be exposed to significant risk for identity theft. This is an outrageous request, and I would ask Freewallet, and Mira, to publicly respond to these questions:

1) Your suspension of my account, after 3+ years of the same phone, email, operations, account pin, etc., is described as "suspicious activity (was) noted on your account". What "suspicious activity" you are observing?

2) I have detailed to you my possession of the phone, the email, the authenticator, the pin. How can ANYONE on the planet do this for you except me, the owner of the account?

3) Lastly, you have written that I am fully able to continue to use the account "during the verification process". I did a payin on March 6, 2021. Since I can do payins I obviously have account access, the 2FA, email, the account pin and device. No one else in the universe has this. I am only able to do payins, and no payouts. Why is that?

I have retained technical and legal experts to assist me in this matter, and we are establishing a clear, professional process to resolve this.

Please re-activate and end the suspension on my account or publicly explain in detail why you are justified in not doing so.

I tried to withdraw my $60 from Free Wallet today. They suspended my account and asking for all information for an Monroe which is meant to be anonymous. Screw them, I will take that loss but never trust them again.

Freewallet Account suspended

I have deposited large domes of ltc to this account from another wallet converted it to dogecoin and now that I am trying to convert it back to litecoin or any other crypto my account has been suspended.
They keep telling me it will be resolved but yet to do so. I cannot send any money or access it on this wallet I can only see it in the wallet but can't do a thing with it I can Sms s'more they will accept but to send it out my account was suspended

Freewallet Holding my cryptocurrencies

I have deposited large amount of a token a while ago, since the last two weeks I have been trying to transfer these tokens.

Freewallet dosn't allow me to do the transfer, nor an exchange on their platform.

I have raised my concern few times and through different channels but they don't respond.

On their telegram channel, all their users saying they got scammed.

For me, I will do all I can to prevent other people from facing the same we, current users, face.

Freewallet ethereum wallet scam

They claim to provide the best cryptocurrency service. Well obviously not.
I created a wallet on 14/02/2019
Throughout the year I made deposits and withdrawals.
However on 19/12/2019 suddenly, when I tried to make payment to another wallet my action was blocked. After 24 hours I received an email demanding all sorts of personal documents (including electricity bill, and a snapshot of ne standing in front of my computer with my wallet on the screen)
I was using cryptocurrency because it has some sort of anonymity and security if I'm to provide the most personal documents I'm going to use the bank.
After a month on 5/02/2020 when I opened my wallet, to my surprise my 1.4 ethereum had been turned to "0" .
This app is nothing but a big ripoff that enjoys taking other people's money

Joined Freewallet looking for the convenience of cryptocurrency exchange, but found myself the victim of a major scam! The first transaction is account lockout. After that they require verification and then simply ignore the documents sent. As a consequence, lost funds and hope.

Started using Freewallet, and it turned out to be a genuine nightmare. Deposited a substantial amount, attempted to withdraw, and my funds vanished. Loss - $5,000. Account locked, support playing hide-and-seek. Freewallet, you're a true nightmare in the world of cryptocurrencies!

Fraudulent wallet, frozen and require 10%, received coins ETH ERC 20, they have no value, with support service is impossible to solve the issue, do not give a specific answer and do not solve the problem, to email write, no response, all very bad, do not recommend to anyone. If you want to lose money, you can use it.

I got an email saying I had to remove my funds. ( bitcoins totaling $270.00) I transferred all funds to my gmail address and I cannot locate the funds. This was done on November 9,2023. The transfer was done successfully after many failures. I have the request # if needed. Thank you,Alan Slavin

Sorry to hear that but that's a typical story. Freewallet scammers block wallets as soon as you get there enough coins or tokens. Check this freewallet scam reviews

It's been three weeks since my account was suspended and the support team still refuses to answer my emails. I ask for your help and guidance very clearly and logically, what is the reason for your behavior that is completely against the customer's policy? You are not giving me any guidance on the required information you want me to upload.

Received e mails from customer service advocating patience till resolution sine April 1 . Account still remains suspended pending verification of documents submitted. Never had this issue take this long before in 2021 and 2022.
