We applied for a loan with Franklin Credit Group and had been approved. We were then told that since we were a High Risk Loan that we needed to pay 5 months up front. We had the option of Check or Money Order as well as Western Union and we chose Western Union. We had signed the contract for the loan. Once we sent the payment we were told the loan would be Direct Deposit into our Checking Account within 24 hrs. We have not gotten it. We have tried to call but all we get is Voicemail. Neither our agent Craig Connelly or Customer Service will answer the phone. We have left numerous messages and no one has returned our calls. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to use them. Keep in mind you cannot do a Reverse Phone look up you will get nothing, not even using just the Address or their Phone Number...
