Framingsupplies.com misleads customers on their website by listing items (framing glass, for example) at a very reasonable rate. They have no method of ordering this product online and they insist you call them. They do not have an order service so you have to talk to them during the hours they are open. They are on the east coast so, if you are in the western US you have a very limited window of opportunity to speak to one of their employees. When you do get someone on the phone to place an order, they then tell you that the shipping of framing glass will be at least $200.00 because it is shipped by truck. There is NO mention of this on their website. I wasted FIVE days (and God knows how many cell phone minutes) to find out that their framing glass is more expensive than the inflated price at the local hobby shop. I've seen comments on this company on a couple other sites so if you are not ordering glass they may be okay. However, don't think you will get their "we will not be undersold" service on framing glass.
