Ford Motor Companyproblem with car

D Jun 12, 2019 Review updated:

I have a 2011 Ford GT Mustang and the Advance Trac will come on for no reason. It applies the brakes on it's own. Very Dangerous and scary while you are driving. I learned a trick on how to temporarily disable while driving. But, every time you start the car, you need to do this trick. If you forget, brakes will be coming on. Anyway, something like this should be a recall!!! Ford told me $2500 to fix! Really? Is it going to take a death for a recall? Very disappointed in Ford not dealing with this dangerous issue.

Same thing happened to my Mustang GT. Ford denies it happened. Wouldn't do anything...period. Yet, there are many posts (on-line) about this problem. Can you imagine going 70 mph and suddenly your car slams on the brakes, on it own? Incredibly unresponsive manufacturer. Safety is less important than money. To deny it actually happened is to avoid massive lawsuits.
