i have given my phone for repair ( service order # [protected]) on date : 10-may 2017, and after 3 weeks i called samsung call center [protected], and there informed me that my phone has been repaired on 24-may-2017 and only waiting for shipping from jeddah to riyadh...
since 24 may, today has been 4 weeks and still i haven't received my phone yet.
phone has been repaired... only delay is in delivering the device that to 24 days and no information...what so ever...
this is unprofessional work from fmp(riyadh) contact #[protected].
fmp service center (riyadh) has been harassing the costumers regularly, which can been seen in the reviews on google maps...
